Whoever was driving their truck at 4:05pm at the intersection of S. Marietta and Fairground just cut off a whole lane of cars from the turn lane. Potential customer lost.

Tim and Hugo were a fantastic team. I woke to a leaky water heater and flooded basement (finished with carpeting. NIGHTMARE!). When they arrived they got right to work and were very diligent with the repairs they did and paid particular attention to clean up. I wish all service peeps were as knowledgeable and friendly as they were. Thank you!

Paige and Eric were courteous and friendly. This team was quick and efficient in getting me scheduled, communication during the whole experience, performing the job and follow-up afterwards. Poor value/overpriced - I contacted HM as they service my townhome community/apparently townhome plumbing can be specific, but I felt that they were dishonest and price-gouged just for showing up to show my contractor where the valves were. As I am currently remodeling my bathrooms, my contractor needed to shut off my water but couldn't locate the valves; as HM services this community, I called to ask where my valves were, and they suggested that someone come out to show my contractor because the valves are by the pool and it's a complicated system. Erring on the side of caution & as my contractor needed to know how to operate the valves because he'd be turning them off again for the second bathroom, we agreed and scheduled a tech to come out the next day.

When the tech arrived, he walked my contractor out to the side of my building, showed him where the valves were, and left - nothing by the pool. All of this cost me a total of $250 - my contractor said that all the technician did was turn the knobs to the valves, and that had he known that the process was actually so simple instead of complicated like HM had advised on the phone, he wouldn't have had me call them.

While I understand the pricing structure for these service-based businesses, this first visit was a huge eye roll because it felt like HM was unfairly capitalizing on what my contractor and I didn't know - had the process actually truly been confusing/complicated, I would've gladly paid for their know-how. But, knowing now that they chose to be dishonest (and even when they're already our community's recommended partner), I can't say that I'd personally keep them in mind for future business.

We had many plumbing issues with our house and they came out within a week to fix everything! Not only were the plumbers nice and professional, but they definitely know what they are doing. Josh was a consummate professional. He was tireless when we discovered my brand new never been opened Kohler Toilet box was missing essential CUSTOM parts. He drove to the store to try and find them. Ultimately we had to order them from the manufacturer and he returned today to finish the job. I love my new toilet and will recommend HM Plumbing to all of my friends!

Had a new water heater installed by the plumbers at HM Mechanical. Josh was very professional and explained everything he was doing and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Will definitely use again.
