Tucson Plumbing did all the plumbing in our new house in Tucson in 2021. Everything they did was top quality. The owner, Chris, even took the time to give us advice on water softening. Since we moved in, we have made a few changes that were all done perfectly by Ron and his crew. We could not be happier with Tucson Plumbing, and always recommend them.

Excellent customer service Brandon was our plumber and he was great evaluating our PRV leak and making replacement. Very thorough in explaining the process. Gave us a cost estimate right away I was impressed that he automatically put on shoe covers when we went in the house to also discuss water softener options Highly recommend

Tucson Plumbing and Heating did great work on a new water heater instal today. High quality Bradford White unit. Also installed a bunch of angle valves. Both jobs are critical to your home. Highly recommend this company! The employee than came to my home was very nice and explained what he needed to do to fix my drainage problem. Also the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use this company again if I have plumbing issues. Used Tucson Plumbing for the second time. The young man was extremely nice and did a wonderful job installing a water heater.

Very trust-worthy. I called them to get a second opinion because another company said I had a collapsed pipe. Tucson Plumbing came out and unclogged the pipe which the other company did not do and removed some roots which was the actual problem. The other company sent a quote to jackhammer through the tile floor to the pipe and repair the "collapsed" section for over $3700 without tile and drywall repair which would have cost more. Call Tucson Plumbing.

We discovered a leak from a pipe in our 8 year old water conditioning system. Called Tucson Plumbing after normal business hours. They came within 2 hours and quickly repaired the leak (some rubber washers had deteriorated after 8 years). They were very professional. The after hours fee was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Adam was sent out on an emergency call, so missed our scheduled time, but we were notified in plenty of time, by both the office, and later contacted by Adam. When Adam finished the emergency call he contacted us, and said he was 30 minutes out. He arrived, went right to work, and had our water heater up and running in less than one hour (we were having the anode rod replaced). Very happy with the service, and the service provider! Adam was enjoyable to interact with, and had the skills needed. Thanks, Adam!

We had a small leak from our toilet but knew it likely needed to be replaced as it was extremely old. Tucson Plumbing was able to come out and do the job today, and we loved working with them. They also replaced a leaky spigot for free after seeing it at the front of the house. We're so appreciative of the quick and professional service.

He described the order and scope of the 4 items we needed fixed. Twice there was an opportunity to charge more and twice Ron and Chris came up with cost effective options. Chris was methodical, vested, careful, respectful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Tucson Plumbing and Chris in particular! Their business card reads:"Modern technology.
