Since moving into a new home, we've unfortunately needed a plumber multiple times in the last year. Fortunately, this company is amazing! Can typically get someone out quickly and at a reasonable price. Honest and good people!

We have used Southside Plumbing twice now and received exceptional service each time. Response time was awesome even during a super busy time. Not only were our issues all fixed the same day, but the customer service was above and beyond. Each technician was polite and communicated what they were going to be doing as they worked. We will continue to use Southside if any other problems arise and would strongly recommend others do so as well!

We called a few plumbers on a job to bring the laundry box valves up to code, and Mark from Southside was the first to call me back and with a reasonable price, and they could also schedule me right away. Whereas the other plumbers I called either gave ridiculously high prices and tried to sell me memberships, or they couldn't come in early enough to help.

So I'm very glad to find Southside. Chris the master plumber also did a fantastic job replacing the valves, in a timely manner, leaving the work site clean as well. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

I've had these guys out to my house twice in two weeks, and I can't say enough good things about the work they do. Extremely responsive, professional, and they were happy to educate me about the parts of my house I'm unfamiliar with. I've worked with Trevor and Chris so far and both have been stellar.

These people were very Professional. In the middle of a bathroom renovation my hot water heater was not working. They came out to assess the problem. When I explained I was installing new faucets he asked if it as a Delta. It was and he quickly shut of the stops in the rough plumbing and all worked fine. I tried to pay and he refused, just asked me to use them next time I have a need and I definitely will.

Southside Plumbing just replaced our old water heater with a new tankless system. They were fast, professional, and very courteous. They arrived when they said they would. Finished and cleaned the area like pros. Everything was perfect! We couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend Southside Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I have now had 3 different and outstanding service calls to my business, a small dental office, from Southside Plumbing. I will never consider calling another plumber before calling Southside. One call was for a pre-orchestrated and fairly large job. One call was an urgency for a water leak and was fixed within 24 hours. One call was for an emergency due to a catastrophic pressurized airline leak, and was fixed afterhours within 3 hours of my phone call. I owe these guys big time.

We have used Southside Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for almost a decade (both in our old home and our new home). We have always had professional, responsive, and high quality repairs or installations. We've had so many types of services performed and they have all been fantastic. Recently we had a leak in our water heater and they came out immediately the next morning to make the repair.

We trust all the repairs and costs they perform. Also, I've never had any issue with calling them back if we had questions or something didn't seem to be working properly. Southside Plumbing always made things right. We really appreciate having a plumbing company that we can count on.

Trevor was as particular as I am. He was on time, removed his shoes in the house, was very professional, he installed a smart water shut off valve for us and the install looks incredible. We needed a new water heater installed in our home and were fortunate enough to find Southside Plumbing. Miles and Kyle helped install the unit. They were on time, professional, courteous and did a thorough job. We needed some additional repairs for our heating system. Trevor helped resolve that issue. He was also professional, explained the process/how our heating system works and fixed the issue. We appreciate all three of their time and expertise. Will definitely be using this business in the future for our plumbing/water heater needs.

We recently moved into a house with a hot water heater that had exceeded its life span. This past weekend it died with a flourish of water leaking from the top and bottom. This particular heater is not the type you find at Home Depot. It's got all this fancy venting. Of course it died on a weekend. We texted Southside on Sunday and included pictures of the old heater with make and model.

A few hours later the owner called and said that they could come out in the morning and would be able to install a new one immediately. He also checked with my husband to make sure that we shut off the water and gas to the defunct heater. They arrived early this morning and were extremely efficient and professional. The job was completed and hot water was restored.

They did such a good job my husband asked them to install 2 new toilets as well. Again the job was completed quickly and without incident. We recommend this company above all of the larger big box type companies around. They were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them for all of our future plumbing needs.
