Foster Plumbing provided fast service at a reasonable price. They charged an hourly rate and worked at an efficient pace. Had my stove converted and connected and my furnace serviced. Unlike the other companies that charge a flat-rate for showing up, an hourly rate, a service charge, and a diagnostic fee, Foster Plumbing gave me the hourly-rate on top of the materials needed (minimal charge under $20). Will definitely use again. Leon was the technician.

I filed a claim with my home warranty insurance to find out they wouldn't cover my tankless water 8 days later. Johnny and Teresa at Foster Plumbing exceeded my expectations with regards to responsiveness and customer service. Not only was a provided a bid significantly less then other companies, but Johnny made a trip to Durango to get me a unit $800 cheaper. who does that - a company with values and great customer service. Save your money they charged $320 dollars to put in a cheap plastic water line that was duck taped to the cabinet that cracked 8 months later and could have flooded my house! Also the worker said he didn't have the right parts (a simple water line $24) and wanted to come back the next day, if I hadn't said no he would have charged me labor for the next day!

Shockingly bad service called 5 times trying to discuss my $2000.00 plus bill for work that duplicated did not get a solution until I stayed home and followed them around until they got the work done. Not able to get a hold of anyone with any decision making ability yet they continued to bill me. Shameful

Save your money! They are an not a good company if you want to know what the problem is with your broiler system and do not return or call back to fulfill service. They "warranty service "for that hr' I've never heard of that. Either the parts or warranty or the time invested thereafter. The tech. Henderson didn't even know why is was leaking fluid. Save your money go someplace else.

In September of 2013 when my house flooded I called them because my contractor was not answering, well I told them that my septic system is something different and that I did not think they could even touch it but I wanted to make sure. so the lady calls me back and says she is just sending the guy over anyways because they are not sure and again I remind her that I can't afford it if they can't help me or know anything about these pumps.
I told her the name on my tank/grinder and she insisted on sending her guy. Well right after the flooding I found out my insurance would not cover it and I felt it wasn't fair that I had to pay it at all anyways for 1 hour of service for him to stand there while I knew they possibly wouldn't be able to help anyways. Well its been a year of 1 of their main guys blowing me off telling me call back next week and telling me I should and would get a refund and now his number is changed so I call the office and the lady there says they looked into it and it is justified because her guy came out. WTH I told them not to come unless they could work on my exact pump and I made it very clear to their dispatch!
I will never call Fosters plumbing even if I am completely flooded that to me is a rude greedy company and will make sure I tell everyone I can about it! I know they also own other companies as well and I will be avoiding them all and will be sharing with my friends and family to not use any of their companies.
