We were lucky to have James as our technician. James was outstanding, professional, and informative. Carl Stillwell is a fraud conducting illegal business. Yea Company owner and business establishment is facing legal investigation. Do not trust the business, the employees, or office manager. They are a rip off.

Matt and Joe showed up on time. They assessed the issue and walked us through what was wrong. They were very polite and worked through the problem efficiently and effectively. I would not recommend this company because they did not show up for my appointment when I had a major plumbing issue. I was assigned to Stilwell plumbing by my warranty company. They claim they could only give me an appointment for Wednesday July 1st from 8-12pm as a window of time of arrival. My warranty company call them, then they assigned me a 4-8pm time slot on Tuesday June 30th.

No one from Stilwell Plumbing showed up to address my major plumbing issue. Nor did anyone call to inform me that they had to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I call their emergency line and left a message around 8:30pm and it is almost 2 hours later, and I still haven't receive a call back. I would think as a business they would have been more professional and to their customers.

I must say that these people cannot be beat. This company was by far one of the best prices and service in the area. Believe me, I called 6 different companies and no one came close. They were also very courteous, professional, friendly, its everything you want in a business. The repair we needed done was our water line that comes from the city and They were very efficient.

They kept everything clean and precise and that was no easy task considering the space that they had. They even came back the next day and topped everything off with hay and grass seed, something that many company's don't do or just charge extra. All and all, this is the best plumbing company around. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Stilwell plumbing.

I don't know why this company doesn't have a five star review but I will never call anyone else to work on my house it's almost one hundred degrees and they are installing main water supply very good company the workers are all nice polite and kept working through the heat the owners are very nice people office communication is right on the money my name is Donald Dorsey jr and Stillwell plumbing should have five star rating thanks guys for getting my work done it means a lot to me

My insurance warranty hired them to repair an electrical problem. Not sure why. Do not trust the words of this company. Bad customer service. All lies, they don't call when they said they would. In fact they will not call you at all. They don't submit paperwork when they said they did. Be ready to spent hours calling and making sure the work is completed. I am still waiting for my work to be completed.

Company fails to call and set an appointment within 24 hours. Plumbing Technician finds reason to not repair items under a warranty contract. Technician unprofessional when called out on his findings. Fails to call and advise ETA then shows up on footsteps late. Also used for electrical repair. Took 3 visits to fix what was a dangerous issue.

This company is horrible, unprofessional and can not grasp the meaning of good customer service. Avoid them at all cost! After waiting 5 months to replace two ceiling fans, Stilwell Plumbing refused to complete the job after rescheduling several times via their failure to document scheduling and execute properly. The management (Christy Stilwell) was very unprofessional and could not execute properly handling needed documentation or follow through with proper tools and scheduling several times. Do not use this company as they are very horrible.

Bryan was out to our house this past Tuesday, 12/08/2020. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He was able to clear our VERY clogged kitchen sink drain, all while maintaining social distancing with not only myself, but my two young children. If I use Stilwell again in the future (I only phrase it this way because I hope to avoid any and all future plumbing issues), I will definitely be asking for Bryan!

I've had Stilwell Plumbing come to my house(s), each time they showed up within the service window, and were able to resolve the issues I had. I've read some of the other reviews and were shocked. Most of the bad reviews I saw included a warranty company (AHS, .). I've dealt with a few of them before, and I'm not surprised. The company that comes out to do the work, must work through the warranty company to figure out what they can / can't do. The service and support I've had with Stilwell Plumbing was excellent, and I would call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Refreshing to see great customer service and response. Called after getting a price from Len the Plumber for over $1000, spoke to Cristy in the office and got a price of $600. She had someone here within an hour working on our problem. Technician was polite and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Left the area clean, no complaints here. Would highly recommend them, will be my first call for future plumbing problems for my business and personal needs.

Ugh. where do I start? I was having trouble with my water heater and my home warranty company sent this company. They were here multiple times, each time it was a different tech bad mouthing the previous tech. Ultimately the water heater was replaced. On the day of replacement the tech (the 4th one by now) tells me I will only be without water for maybe an hour.

Then he leaves and is gone 2 hours! I called the office and was told he had to go buy the heater and was on his way back. Why would he not bring it with him in the first place? They insist that I need a new shut off valve and pipe modification ($325) on top of the $175 for getting the permit to do the work. After the tech was gone I notice he tore up my drywall.

They did send someone to repair it. I waited a couple weeks for the inspector to come and finally called the office, they NEVER got the permit! I called multiple times and received multiple excuses. After 2 months the inspector called them and they did finally do it. When the inspector came it failed! One of the valves is blocked. And it turns out that the "required" changes weren't required! It's still not been fixed!
