Called over the holidays and they immediately picked up and gave me a quote based and my description and pictures sent. Plumber showed up on time, did a professional job, and charged exactly as quoted. I will certainly be using again for all my plumbing needs. Service: Plumbing leak detection

I hired Batylin to move some plumbing lines for two new vanities to be installed. When they came to install the vanities the lines were not centered so the vanities would not center on the wall. I called them to come back to adjust them at my cost and hook up the sinks and toilets. All of this was to be additional work. I was not even disputing the costs.

They said they would be there on Thursday to do the work. Waited all Thursday and called several times. They have never called me back. I tried for a week to call them. I am super sad about it too. They were very nice. I hate that just making a phone call to coordinate was too much for them.

I'm so glad I found Batylin Plumbing. Jessa and Vladimir are terrific. We weren't sure what to do after another plumber had misdiagnosed our problem, but luckily Vladimir came by quickly, assessed the issue, and helped us fix everything at a fair price. A truly great plumbing company! They took care of putting in a new faucet in our kitchen with no problem and were very professional about getting the work done quickly and efficiently. The day they showed up for our work, there was a massive rain storm. However, that didn't keep them from doing the work as agreed upon despite weather issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

My shower drain had been starting to slowly drain water, causing the water to backup into the tub. I had called and talked to a woman that was very helpful and explained to me what was going on. The plumber came out the next day to unclog my drain, and completed the work within a timely manner. Their prices are great and I recommend using them for anyone with pluming needs.

I had an emergency toilet leak that flooded my bathroom. I called Batylin Plumbing hoping to get it fix that day, and when I called, they were very helpful and explained to me why it was leaking and the prices provide to fix. The plumber came out that day and fixed it within a timely manner. I was very pleased with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone with any plumbing needs.

An excellent company! My heating contractor referred me to them. I had a small repair to a toilet fill line and shower faucet repair. Despite a very busy Friday night Vladimir said he would find the time to get this taken care of. He arrived and fixed the problem in a very courteous and cost effective way. I'm thankful for the referral and will use them again. Update: the plumber had to come back out because my shower would not shut off.

It ended up being a defective part in my shower (bought from homedepot) but the best part was he must have felt bad for me because he only charged me a trip charge. Honest guy! 2nd review: I was out of town last Sunday and had my neighbor feeding the animals when she noticed a leak. I had her call Vladimir and he came and shut the water off on his way home from church and came back on Monday to fix the leak.

I got back yesterday expecting the worst but he had cleaned up all the wet sheetrock, vacuumed up the water off the ground, put fans out to help dry up the mess (which I'll have to give back). Amazing! He will always be my go to plumer and I will refer him to EVERYONE! Amazing!

He was quick in assessing and fixing the problem and was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. The lady in the office, Jessa was also very helpful and friendly.

They came out right away to help figure out the source of the problem. I was very impressed with how they squeezed our repair in as quickly as possible and how hard they worked to get it done.
