Branden Smith was so pleasant to be around and extremely efficient and professional. He fixed my garage disposal quickly. He evaluated my toilets and the symptoms I described and then identified that my water pressure was too high. He came back the next day and replaced my water pressure valve and rebuilt my toilets. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions thoroughly.
His professionalism and overall personality made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. The repairman Matthew was timely. He took the time to explain why repair/rebuild of my builder grade disposal was a solution but not the wisest. Also showed me all price options. He was personable, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable and skilled. I would recommend this company as I've used them before and always had a good experience.

Woke up to having a water leak cause by bad pressure regulator and a dying tank. I was fortunate for Dupree to not only come earlier than planned, but they had same day availability to get the job started! The water pressure regulator was fixed, which gave us back our water. He came back two days later to replace the hot water tank and add the carbon filtration system.
The whole job was not cheap, but the quality and service are worth it! Everything is up and running, plus the carbon filtration system has dramatically improved water quality! Less chlorine in the water makes it cleaner, safer, and less dehydrating on the skin when you wash your hands or shower. I am very pleased with the end results.

Matt was my technician who came out to check my slab leak concern. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening. Him and his crew came in very professional shoe covers and all. I would highly recommend Dupree plumbing. They did all the plumbing for us when we finished our basement. We added a kitchen and a full bathroom. They also installed the sump pumps. They were responsive and took care of any issues throughout the process. We had some minor issues that required attention after completion and they came out without any question. This is hard to find in a company. I will be using them again in the future.

I had a new build that I closed on in August of 19. Dupree installed my tankless water heater. About 1.5 years later the hot water heater stopped working and because it was still under warranty they were able to "fix" it. The hot water heater stopped working again 2 months ago so I called them to service, the gentleman that serviced the machine the previous time was professional and courteous.
I learned that they no longer serviced the area. I called three plumbing services out to help fix the hot water heater and was told by all three that the hot water heater was installed incorrectly which led to no hot water and heavy vibration to the equipment. The last plumber called the manufacturer to validate the incorrect installation of the unit. This instillation error caused me to have to purchase and install a new hot water heater unit.

I have you tell everyone about the great experience I had with Dupree's technician Brian. A little background, my water heater went out and since I had a home warranty I pursued a claim with them. They directed me to a plumbing company that was not only unresponsive but unprofessional. It was a nightmare. I choose to invoked my buy/cash out option on the home warranty and contacted you guys. Dupree had a technician out very quickly; Brian Turner to the rescue.
He called when he was on his way and we discussed my situation; he arrived early for the appointment. He walked me through all the options available to me and we selected our action plan. While he was unable to complete the job that day - he was very sympathetic to my situation and prepared for the tank replacement on his first visit. He removed the old unit so when the new (tankless) unit was available all he had to do was install. Brian and Ric showed up on time to complete the work on the agreed upon date.
They were courteous, professional and hard working. Brian even called the next day to check on how my new (tankless) water heater was performing. I truly enjoyed my interactions with Brian; he represents Dupree Plumbing very well. I will definitely be calling Dupree Plumbing for any future plumbing needs (and asking for Brian). 5 stars to Brian and Rick!.

Brandon was the plumber who came. He was polite & courteous. He called to let me know his ETA & was punctual to that. He got right to work on fixing the temperature adjustment on our tankless water heater. He was very thorough & explained functions as well as maintaining the unit. We were very pleased with his service. Although we did find the quote for flushing our system to be quite expensive considering the cost of our unit & our own research regarding the maintenance through the unit manufacturer website. The quote given was nearly 3/4 of the cost of the unit itself.

If you have ever had a hot water go out and leak all over your basement, you will understand the urgency of getting a new hot water heater. Steven was excellent. He came to the house, the same day, he explained everything to me. What was needed, what was already up to code, etc., he answered my many questions. He was patient and polite. Denise called that night to see how the appointment had gone and again the following day to see how the installation went. Steven was able to put 2 50- gallon hot water heaters in the following day. What a wonderful company. Kind, respectful, and on time. Thanks I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them to everyone!

Dupree came to my home in July 2021. I had a very minor plumbing issue. I needed a new stopper for my bathroom sink. No more than 30 minutes later I was charged $354.06, including a "$50" discount! Why would it cost this much to replace a sink stopper. It's sad because I have used Dupree in the past at my first home. They used to be reasonable.
They no longer have my business. It's unreasonable to charge for a job, less than one hour, and if neeed be, I could have purchased the new stopper. They are criminals tryng to no doubt make up for the business they lost during the pandemic.

Dupree came out to do some warranty work on our new home a couple of times. We've been dealing with a lot of contractors lately for various warranty related work and almost every other company we've dealt with just doesn't show up (after you take off work to wait for them) or when they do show up, they come in from the get go with a defensive attitude when it's warranty work.
I have to say Dupree has been the easiest of all the contractors to work with and they are so pleasant and professional. When I called the first time, they got someone out here the first day.unheard of! We've been working with both Austin and Jason in the warranty department and they are both so pleasant and professional. They solved our problem and even educated me on some of the features on our new water heater.
Thank you guys! It's good to know that putting the customer first and providing an exceptional customer experience is still a focus for some companies! So rare these days but so valued when it exists!

Very happy with replacing 4 old leaky toilets and utilizing their camera's to ensure we didn't have any other stoppages they could snake out. Reasonable prices on new Kohler toilets and even fixed a garbage disposal that was 7 years old and leaking for us while they were at our house. Robert B. was our technician along with another guy. They were on time and respectful of our our home. Highly recommend.

This place is the worst place ever. If they dont honor their word. Then how can they honor their work. My wife was apart of a contest giveaway on Facebook. The person with the most likes on their comment won a Yeti cooler. My wife had 142 likes and her competition was the manager with 107 likes. The contest ended on Friday at 5:00pm and the winner would be notified on Saturday.
On Friday at around 4:20pm the whole page disappeared and left everyone hanging over the weekend. People that were apart of the giveaway went on their Twitter and was asking questions on what happened and no response. So I decide to go there and talk to them to get our prize. At first I was talking to the owner, then he got the manager everything was running smoothly until she came out and he explained that I was there because of the contest.
She told the owner to leave and she started talking to me and said that the contest was over and no one won the prize. I tried to reason with her and say that my wife was trying to win the cooler for our anniversary. She refused let us claim our prize. So I asked to speak with the owner and she said no. I saw the owner through the window and said excuse me Sir.
He came in the room charging towards me. The only thing I said was do you believe in God and stand behind your word. My wife won the contest and should have received her prize. He started yelling me and told me to leave. Within a few seconds he started screaming at me and was about to come towards me. Then this lady grabbed my right arm and started pulling me to the door.
I looked at her and looked at my arm and told her not to touch me and she had no right to touch me. I left the place and waited for the cops to show up. I talked to them and they said for me to just leave. Guess what still didnt get the prize my wife won, and I got assaulted over this whole mess. Everyone there was extremely rude, dishonest, and doesn't stand by God or their word. I would not do any business with these people. They are shady people, and untrustworthy.

I've used Dupree Plumbing many times at my mother's house and at mine. My mother had called Mr Plumber who said the sewer line from the house to the main line needed replacing and quoted over $4300 which included a senior discount. She called Dupree who could start the next day at $1700 and a lower bidder who quoted $1500, but couldn't start for over a week.
She went with Dupree. She used them many times after that, always fair and prompt service. I had them for a toilet leak and it was fixed promptly the same day. Recently, I tried installing my own garbage disposal and could not stop the leaking around the sink, I just removed it and called Dupree. They came, fixed it promptly, charged $125 after the $25 coupon on their home page. I've had excellent results every time, prompt service reasonable prices, and I'd call them tomorrow, if I have any problems.

Dupree did the plumbing on my kitchen remodel and I called them because my dishwasher is no longer stable. They are holding to their one year labor warranty (which is now past) and confirmed that I will have to pay someone to fix their work. No helpful solutions offered - at all. I have also recently noticed a dripping sound under the toilet they installed. Will not call them for any work ever.

Don't ever use them to install a pump. Especially don't use Travis. He is extremely confrontational and not helpful. His poor customer service skills are the reason I will never again do business with Dupree. I have worked with other employees and Ingrid, Robert, and had a positive experience. When I called Ingrid was able to pull my invoice but she did not have the make or model of the pump they had installed.
I had it because I kept the Installation Manual. Despite the fact that the wrong product was recommended to meet my needs, he did not have a problem interjecting a comment about my feminine hygiene products. To that I responded, I'm sorry, I'm a woman what I am supposed to do?" He called me a liar and told me that they were not the plumber for me.
I guess not. I paid 791.00 for the liberty ejection pump they installed. I was willing to forgo the cost in order to just move on. But going back and forth with Travis was unnecessary and added no value. I think the problem was, he didn't expect me to investigate what was installed versus what was required. I was't playing the blame game.
I did my own research in order to solve MY problem. I don't have time to have plumbers running in and out every year/ Also this is not my first Rodeo. I lived in my last house 11 years and I never installed another pump and I used the bathroom like a woman. I woke up and thought this is ridiculous. I called Dupree. The main dispatcher was on vacation. So, I was referred to Patrick.
I knew what Liberty Pump I needed. I read the specs. Travis wanted me to call them and I did I explained the scenario and the tech at Liberty agreed. I verified the model number and he gave me a distributor near me. I called Dupree thinking they would order and bring the pump. Ingrid said that was the case. Travis responded no, you'll have to call and have it delivered.
Even though I had distributor's number I asked him if he new a few. He responded, with two names and they were no where near Marietta. Which is where their office is and close to where I live. I called and scheduled an appoint with Dupree. By the time I got done with every obstacle Travis presented. I actually had to apologize to him for being a woman.
Any female who is expected to cart her used feminine products to the trash in 2015 has the wrong pump. I mean think about this, "For how long are we supposed to that? I've been flushing mine for forty years." I'm sorry but I am not willing to go back from there. They sold me a Liberty ejector pump. When they should have sold me a Liberty Grinder Pump.
I only asked for was for some consideration on the install fee. That's it and it will still be 791 wasted dollars later. But at least I'll have the pump I need. I am adding this as an edit: Maybe they meant to sell me the wrong pump. So they could continue add to their service calls.

Travis from Dupree came out today for what I thought was a nice machine drain leaking. It turned out there was a blockage in the kitchen drain line that was backing up into the other drain. It was a hard job. Travis snaked the line with three different snakes and it was still blocked. He didn't give up he tried two other things until the last finally worked.
He was professional, courteous and worked really hard the whole time. What an asset you have there at Dupree Plumbing. Oh, when I paid the bill it was for the amount originally quoted. Thanks Travis! I will recommend y'all

Dupree plumbing did the plumbing in my new house so they were who I called with my one year warranty problem. I have to admit that their phone system was having a malfunction when I tried to call them but I sent an email through their website and someone got back to me within 24 hours. The lady on the phone got me an appointment set up in the time frame I needed.
The plumber arrived on time on the appointed day. Unfortunately, it sounds like my problem is not fixable. However, I appreciated the plumber's candor about my faucet (after market, hand held shower heads can cause the faucet the drip a bit).
