Superior Plumbing Service

I have used Superior for over a decade. Their work has always been done with quality and by professionals. I do believe their rates have increased significantly and above market average. I had a simple smart water leak detection installed. For 3 hours of work, total bill was $940. Something has changed with this company and unfortunately next time I need plumbing, I'll look elsewhere.

They were fast to answer my inquiry and had all of the supplies and tools needed to complete the job same day. Installed a new water heater and fixed a faulty shower fixture. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and cleaned up everything before he left. This was not my 1st experience with Superior and it is service like that, that will make me think about them again for my next plumbing need.

Great expierence from start to finish. Which was refreshing, considering the times. They had Seth and his partner out that afternoon. They gave excellent customer service, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the parts to fix multiple issues that day. Having just moved here we've been getting a lot of services done and are always weeks out if not more, so the fact that I called that morning and they were out and had it fixed that day, bravo. Thank you.

I worked with a lot of contractors recently and Seth with Superior Plumbers has been my favorite. I feel like he's my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs- I've called several times for different issues. Every time I get a reasonable quote, they schedule the work to be done, and then complete the work professionally. End of story. Everyone is also extremely kind, personable, and they all seem to have a great sense of humor.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to drill a well to build a duck pond and supply an irrigation system in my back yard and I'm not even sure if they do that, but I'll be calling Superior Plumbing first.

It would be great if companies could clone Jason! I have had multiple service providers come out this week for various things, and each has done a half a** job.until today. I was thoroughly impressed by his work ethic, knowledge and experience. He solutioned with me to find an option that I was comfortable with (which is rare) and successfully delivered with no surprises (also rare). I hardly ever leave reviews, but my experiences with Superior Plumbing have always been positive!

I have called Superior Plumbing twice and they are amazing! The office staff, owner and technician are friendly and communicative. The technician, Jason Gallagher, did a superior job repairing the sink faucets in my Master Bath. A different plumbing company had attempted to repair my issue several weeks ago. Things went from bad to worse. Jason arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and had the repair completed quickly. Jason was very personable and professional. I have used Superior plumbing several times, and I have never been disappointed.

Superior plumbing installed a basement bathroom for us & built new plumbing lines. Toilet, vanity & sink, stand up shower. Beautiful. JJ did a great job from start to finish. Our water heater sprung a major leak, I called Superior when I saw it that evening. They were able to get a plumber out here by 10 AM the next morning, the plumber was very professional and replaced the water heater w/in 3 hours. Superior had replaced it 8 years ago and said it was still under warrantee so we just had to pay for the labor to install and a few code upgrades. Thank you Superior for being so quick and efficient, got us up and running in less than 12 hours.

We have used their services several times over the years. We have always been happy with price and service. However this service we were quoted around $ 4800 for replacing two 50 gallon water heaters. We think it is too high. Giving them benefit of doubt may be that is what it costs nowadays

Ken did an excellent job replacing the damaged pipe and also making sure not to add any additional damage to our drywall where we just had a board and batten wall installed. My parents have used Superior Plumbing for their home and business and their recommendation did not disappoint. Superior work! Will definitely refer and use again in the future.

Very prompt found and repaired a leak that a previous plumber had been called out repeatedly for. Replaced other parts that were causing issues. Very pleased with the service as always. First, sending the name and photo of Eric when confirming the appointment is a good business practice. Reading his bio gave us assurance that he was experienced. Eric was on time, immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair in a short time. He was very professional and pleasant. I had feared we might have to have a new water heater installed, but Superior came through for us again!

My experience with superior plumbing and Andrew was excellent! They were quick to respond to my call, Andrew was on time, he was very pleasant and did not waste time. He got right to business and took care of everything efficiently. I would definitely recommend them. They told me what the costs were going to be before they started and stuck to that.

The crew was excellent & very professional & friendly! The main water line to our house broke & had to be completely replaced. The men were careful not to hit any other utilities while they hand dug the entire line from sidewalk to house & engineered a much better way to install the water pipe than the original builder. Am so grateful they were willing to work in the rain to get the job done quickly for us. Highly recommend Superior Plumbing!

Oh wow what a disappointing experience with superior plumbing services. We called them to come out about a gas leak to our house and the technician took a look at it and decided that he couldn't do it. After telling me that he was going to charge me over $800 just to test the inside of the house. After the gas company had already pinpointed the leak on the outside.

So then he tells me that you know you can probably get it done cheaper elsewhere and then proceeded to charge me for a service call for a service that they did not perform and then left. Wow we will not ever be using the service ever again, and we will never recommend them to anyone.

We had a suspicious leak in our family room and assumed the master bath toilet was the culprit. Within two hours of calling Superior technician Mitchell M. showed up. Mitchell was professional and efficient and did a great job removing and installing a new toilet and evaluating the issue. He was willing to answer all kinds of questions, too, so I was able to learn about our new (old) home's systems. Highly recommend.
