Be forewarned this company does guarantee their work! They came to drain our basement since we had our main line clog. They ran a line, said it was fixed charged $240. It clogged again four days later We called again, they charged us again and did the same procedure and charged us again. They shared then that they don't guarantee their work. It happened a third time- a day before my kids birthday party. We finally called another company- that does guarantee their work and they fixed the problem. Unbelievable.

Drainman spent an entire Friday attempting to diagnose a problem. Main line not allowing water out and backing sewage into basement. No definitive diagnosis. Technician needed more experienced technician to come help. Told us then that work would not be performed until maybe Monday. But would call later that evening with update. No call. Called drain man back on Saturday. Brian says he will make calls and somebody to call back within hour. Nope. Called drain man back two hours later. Got Al (a supervisor), Al says if they said they would get back to you in Monday, they will.
Inform Al, no they said maybe and would call back Friday. No call and no call after follow up. Surely supervisor Al could call his people and get an a set of what is going on as we have no indoor plumbing. Ask Al of an answer is too much to ask. Al says, you PROBABLY won't get an answer today. This is the definition of horrible service.

Originally called the Drainman on a Sunday to get some help diagnosing a blocked sewer line. Promptly Monday morning I received a follow up call to my message left with this firm. I needed a camera ran on my line to specifically locate the blockage as the initial firm out was unable to give me an exact location. These guys came out the same day and were able to located the specific spot. Both techs were very helpful and informative giving me options to consider.
