We had a leaking water pipe in our garage which leads to an outside faucet which I was convinced was leaking in or below the concrete slab. My experience with Atlas was positive from my initial conversation with Pam in the office to meeting Ryan and Kyle. They inspected the pipe and quickly discovered the leak was not in the slab but an easy fix. This is a well established, professional, and honest group who know what they are doing. I understand why my neighbors recommended Atlas Plumbing and will definitely recommend and use them in the future. Don Larsen

Had some minor issues with one of our toilets in the house and one of our sinks. They came out same day to fix and even took time to explain to us what was wrong and gave us an idea as to how these problems could be fixed in the future if we wanted to do it. They were very professional and courteous and took time to really help us understand what the main drivers behind the issues were, which was way beyond what the expectation was. Thank you Atlas!

This is no longer the Atlas we have known and trusted for years. Under new management they no longer honor long standing customer relationships. They surprised us with a new policy of charging for estimates (never provided)even after they failed to resolve the original problem they were called for. Great, honorable, ethical company for years, sorry to lose them as a vendor

Needed a Gas Line added to the kitchen. I was presented with a couple of options, and we looked at them both. The construction of the house precluded the interior extension - it would have required extensive renovation at a considerable expense. We chose the exterior route, knowing that it would involve excavation of a trench. The price was very fair, and in line with other quotes we received. I was very impressed that I received confirmation from the owner, and the work that was done was excellent. Super impressive!

Called for water heater issues, from the start they were much more interested in selling a new one rather than working thru issues. Having the mfg. of the water heater on the line was not helpful in getting this company to be responsive. The techs sent out seemed way in over their heads for this simple task. Wasted a lot of money, and left needing to hire another company to fix their mess and issues caused. Not sure how they got Angi certified. Would not recommend.

Gas leak detection. After a gas leak was detected and our gas was shut off I called Atlas. They arrived within an hour and began testing. The servicemen were efficient and repaired the leak without delays. They asked to stay while I called ATMOS to return and turn the gas back on so they could tell what they had done. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this company.

I've used Atlas Pluming for years now and I could not be more pleased with their service. They have repaired several issue with my old house's pluming and each time they have did the jobs professionally. They are always in communication with me from the time they leave the office to the time they arrive. They inform me of all the work and parts that maybe needed before they began the job and immediately alert me to any surprises that may pop up when working on these old pluming's.

Their on time, fast and cleanup after the job is done. You know you hate to have to call a plumber if you can't fix it yourself. But I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing for their service honest knowledgeable technicians and competitive prices.

Atlas Plumbing & Heating installed a new condensate drain line for our air conditioner system. For the initial service visit we were lead to believe that actual work would be performed, but the two people who showed up just looked around, described possible solutions which were unacceptable to me (e.g. dump the water onto the grass), and then charged us a quotation fee to cover the cost of the visit.

I discussed the work with the owner of the company and what he described to me was much more agreeable and would meet code requirements. After we agreed to the stated cost (very high!), two workers showed up and installed the new condensate line. The proposal said that the condensate line would be attached to the air conditioner, but the workers did not know how to do that (due to system-specific plumbing) so a lesser charge was agreed to, and we used our normal AC repair company to do that part.

The difference we paid our AC repair company to finish the work was very similar to difference in the reduced charge. The workers were clean and tidy, and the people who did the work seemed to be very dedicated. The team leaders seemed reasonably well educated and were easy to talk to. The condensate pipe which was installed appeared to be installed as expected.

After the work was done, we learned that one of our AC ducts near where the work was performed was totally destroyed. There was mention about damage to ducts at the time. Cold stinky air (almost like a sewer) blew in through the duct all night. The stinky duct is now blocked with a towel. Destruction of the duct was confirmed by our AC company, so now we need to pay an AC company to replace the duct.

We needed to replace the main water line to our house due to a leak and after finding the leak, discovering the water pipe used originally had been recalled in 2020. Atlas was very accommodating in scheduling someone the same day we called to come out and look at the work we had done to find the leak and give us an estimate on how much the job would be and how long it would take to complete. Eddie and his partner texted to let us know when they were on their way and were very professional and helpful.

He provided options for us to consider and also gave us his recommendations. He answered our questions and provided us with contact information for a finance company before he left, when we requested it. All communication and quotes were clear and in text or email so we were able to go back easily and reference them. Atlas called back the next day to check and make sure we had received all the information we had requested and to see if we had any additional questions. I will definitely recommend Atlas Plumming to anyone looking for quality plumming services from friendly, professional individuals.

Was referred to Atlas from Rinnai for my 12 year old tankless that stopped working and Eddie is the Rinnai master! Did not end up having to get a new tankless, thank goodness and only had to get a new pc board. Everyone I spoke to or worked with have been an absolute pleasure. Very kind, professional and trustworthy. Atlas will be my go-to plumbers from here on out.

I needed some leak repair of a shower and called Atlas in morning explaining that i needed someone today, since leak was bad. they scheduled me for afternoon. But late in afternoon called back and said they could not make it. Since it was Friday, and they don't work weekends, and had scheduled customers on Monday, they couldn't get to me till Tuesday. Tried to reason with them, to no avail.

I had to get some work done under my kitchen sink last week. The guy that came out to work on it last week apparently didn't finish the job. They came back out today and fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything. They even did a few more things without charging me. I recommend them because they want you to be satisfied with their work. I'm definitely satisfied and will use them again.

I called Atlas for a major remodeling project. While the job was too big for Atlas I found an extremely knowledgeable, nice, and very helpful company. I learned so much from Atlas that it helped me work with my GC towards a successful outcome of this project. The interesting and very positively surprising thing is that Atlas granted me their time even after they knew that they will not be winning the grand renovation project. I am definitely calling then for all other matters in the future.

I have used Atlas for years when Curtis worked for them. My first experience after he left the company was terrible. I have a leak in a bathroom, and another faucet that is draining slow. The new plumber spent 3 hours, and could not find or offer a solution to either problem, but charged me $500. Will not be using Atlas in the future.

This plumbing co is NO good. We had a simple job. replace 2 washers in the bath tub faucets. After they left and we attempted to take a shower we could barely turn the water on (fixtures too tight), and then we couldn't turn the faucets off. Do not call this plumber

After getting a $16,000+ estimate of work and repairs from another plumber, I called Atlas to get a second opinion. Ben spent a significant amount of time walking through the video diagnosis performed by the first plumber and talked me through my best and worst case scenarios (all of which were much less than $16,000). His crew arrived at my house a couple hours later and began to perform repairs.

After about an hour of work, the technicians had completely resolved the issue and my total bill was under $400. Needless to say, my wife and I were ecstatic with the service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire Atlas team.

Will look for other alternatives next time. 1.5 hours, 2 guys, ran a new line and diagnosed. $400 after $25 off coupon. Seems like over $100 per hour per person. Hopefully it's good work but wow, that's a big hit.

My wife and I used Atlas Plumbing for a bath room remodel last month, and we were very pleased with everything about the process. Their work was top quality, and everyone with whom we talked or met was helpful and courteous. At our request, they also recommended other professionals to work with them in aspects of the remodeling process, and we were very pleased with them too.

They were very professional and competent. They very clearly were experienced. They fixed my plumbing issues (replaced a garbage disposal, I provided the replacecment, and replaced a shower spigot). However, they overcharge. They sent 2 people for a 1 person job (the second man mostly stood there, occasionally handing the first man something) and charged me for both.

They also charged me for 1 hour 15 minutes of work. I had started a timer when they walked in the door, and they were done at 52 minutes. When I pointed this out, they grudgingly took the cost down a little (still charging me nearly double what the estimate was). I'm not sure if I would use them again because of this.

From the initial contact to completion of the requested work I found Atlas Plumbing and their associates to be professional, experienced, and very personable. The team of Eddie and Mario were knowledgeable and completed the task providing additional information and expertise. The cost of the work was well worth the peace of mind knowing it was well done. Thank you Atlas Plumbing!

Imagine pulling up to your pro-golfer boss's house at 6am in the middle of February to take him to the airport, only to find him using a squeegee in the master bedroom due to a busted frozen pipe and water pouring in from under the floorboards. Once the city turned off the water it was time to call a plumber. First company I called didn't answer, so I called Atlas Plumbing and Ben answered immediately. Arrangements were made for 10am the next day and by the time I arrived, Ben and the fabulous Atlas crew had already fixed the problem. Atlas Plumbing should always be your FIRST call if you want it done right.

I just moved to Dallas, and was unfortunate enough to need a plumber right away for a broken kitchen faucet and garbage disposal (ugh). I felt a little helpless. I found Atlas through Angie's List. What I liked, and why I'm taking the time to write a review, is how they treated me with respect from the beginning. As a single woman, I am often worried about service companies taking advantage of me.

Not these guys -- they were helpful and put me at ease from the first phone call. I spoke with Ben, and he explained the entire process and pricing model over the phone, and put no pressure on me to go with their company. I felt I could trust them, so I hired them to come do the work. All went smoothly. They were professional, and I felt the price they charged was very reasonable. I hope I don't have to deal with any more issues any time soon, but if that happens -- I'll definitely call these guys again.

Terrible experience because NOBODY SHOWED UP & NOBODY CALLED TO NOTIFY ME. I ended up having to call the front desk who gave me a lot of attitude, and also said there was an "emergency". Very poor customer service, very disorganized company.

Nope this is the CORRECT company in Dallas. I have a Property in Dallas. The owner sent a comment saying its the wrong place since I live in SF but its for Dallas and if I could remove it. You would think having the fact that I listed their pricing model he would know I was talking about his business. Oh well.

Atlas Plumbing came to my house to hook up a new faucet to my new kitchen sink. Despite their bill which stated that they "checked for leaks. All ok", I went into my kitchen that night to find it flooded, water gushing out all over. It took me 2 hours to sweep all the water out and dry the floor with towels! Despite Sonny, the owner, telling me that he would not cash my check, he did!

When I called him on that, he said he did the work. If that is how he does the work, it is pretty sorry. No class. Imagine what would have happened if I had gone out that night!

Called Atlas based on reviews for a clogged sink line that I could not fix. I had rented a snake from Home Depot and been on the roof with it and under the sink. But this sink was interior location with no exterior clean out and I could not make the various snakes (owned and rented) worth their way past a turn or elbow in the wall. They estimated same day arrival between 2 and 4 and arrived around 3pm. Dan and his assistant tried roof and it was a no go just like my attempt.

They were successful going under the sink. Their snake had a U-joint, or drop head, attachment which made it turn the corner that my rented unit could not. Once they got it working they put at least 75' of snake through the pipe and busted out the clog. Total price was just under $250. I wish it was less, but am glad it was not more. Thank you Atlas and Dan and Dan's assistant.

So, our house was built in 1948. I have no clue how those people lived 60 years ago but CLEARLY they had almost no possessions because the closet space in these old cottage-y houses is nearly non-existant. I mean, sheeit. One of my first dreams when moving into our house 1 year ago was to redo the kitchen pantry/laundry area/hot water heater closet. Yes, all of that in a space that most people have for just their pantry in modern homes.

The biggest space sucker was the hot water heater. and being 10+ years old it was probably going to need to be replaced before too long. We consulted with tankless hot water heater installers and decided that Rinnai was the brand we wanted to use. From the Rinnai website we found Atlas to be the top rated company in the Dallas area and we phoned 'em up.

The owner himself came to the house to do the estimate. He was a professional looking dude who really seemed to know what he was talking about. He knew how many BTU's we needed to tell the gas company we needed. He had knowledgeable opinions about what size we needed and placement of the new machine (we opted for outside the house). Their estimate was on par for others we'd gotten so we hired them.

The installation of the tankless took one day and went very smoothly. The plumbers were very professional, super clean and even had some kind suggestions for completing other half-assed home improvement projects we had started (who knew you couldn't drill through asbestos siding?). All in all, it kinda felt like your dad was over at the house taking care of a project you needed done. only he wanted a fat ass check at the end of it and not just dinner and a six pack of beer. Hrmph!
