Highly recommend HMcF Plumbing. David L. was here precisely on time and was up front about a) the situation with our faucets/pipes, and b) how the remedy may take certain steps. But they were extremely efficient and effective, and were able to fix the situation in short order. They were responsive, transparent, and great to work with! I'll be recommending HMcF and David to anyone who has plumbing needs in the area.

I really wish I could give zero stars. I'm sincerely disappointed in the level of dishonesty that occurred. Beware when working with this company and your home owners insurance company. They were contacted by the insurance company to come and inspect a plumbing issue. During the inspection the plumber made my husband and I aware of sitting water he uncovered around our shower and excluded that from the report he provided to the insurance company.

In addition, he told my husband and I the seals in our shower were good and only leaked because he was spraying water directly on the shower door. However in his report submitted to the insurance company he stated the leak was due to bad seals but he could not confirm where the leak came from and we needed another company to go in the wall, which is what we did.

Our claim was denied due to his report. The plumber advised us to call him once the leak was found to inspect, we called and of course he wasn't available and never returned our call. We finally had to reach out to the insurance company to contact them and of course no one could arrive until two days later. We appealed the denial and this plumbing service wrote another report stating that could not determine the source as someone had already entered the wall, which was the recommendation provided on the first wrote they submitted. I say this all to say beware of using this company when working through your home owners insurance.

I called Herndon McFarland to detect a potentially slab leak detection. They correctly determined it was a pipe issue in the front of the house. Another plumbing company incorrectly diagnosed a slab leak which was wrong. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

This is the best company I have ever worked with. Their workers were always on time, very courteous and professional and always treated our home like their own. They had to do a lot of digging up on our foundation in order to repair our sewer lines which were very broken up due to age. They did a great job putting plastic up to minimize the dust thru out our home.

The wore plastic on their shoes and even laid down cloth on the floors so they wouldn't get scratched. They cleaned up every day when they were ready to leave. Made sure the holes in the floor were covered up with plywood so we wouldn't fall in, etc. Once they were finished with the job they were kind enough to wait until we had repaired the tile flooring in our bathroom before putting in our toilet.

When the job was done they hauled off all the old pipes, and made sure everything was nice a tidy. I just can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and professional. We will always use them when we have a plumbing issue.

What a great experience. All the team members that came on site professional, fully explained to me what was happening. Part was not readily available due to supply chain shortages but that did not stop them. They explained the delay, searched the metroplex til they found the part, and let me know it was on way. A plumbing experience like no other and highly recommend them. Job well done.

I hired them for fixing a main drainage pipe outdoors. In the beginning they were not very responsive. Also, the estimate of efforts were done wrong but they adjusted the cost when they finally did the work. Overall, I would recommend them. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

I called Herndon McFarland Plumbing to repair a broken shower valve in a rental property. I spoke with a lady named Teresa and she made an appointment for the next day; however she seemed very incompetent and acted like she didn't know what she was doing. I gave her the tenant's phone number so the plumber could let them know he was on his way over.

Without my knowledge or consent, Teresa called the tenant behind my back and requested the tenant take photos and videos of the shower valve and send them to her. Teresa never asked me if she could speak to the tenant about doing this and therefore I did not give the tenant a heads up that they were going to call her and request this. This makes no sense as the reason I made the appointment was for the plumber to go over there and see what the problem was.

So I guess they were not going to go over there after all and wanted to make a diagnosis of the issue by some photos.how unprofessional! When I found out about this I called and spoke to the owner Mr. McFarland but he defended Teresa's actions. I made him aware that it was me that was hiring them and they should speak to me about any photos or videos they wanted.

He became very rude and told me not to call them again.which of course I won't. I called another plumber and they were right over there and fixed the shower valve without all the drama and maneuvering behind my back. Would advise anyone needing plumbing service to avoid this company as they are very unprofessional.

I highly recommend HMP! Had them come out to look at the drain line for my washer and master bath. It was raining that day so there was a concern that they might have to cancel due to it being unsafe getting on the roof. Their dispatcher called explained everything and assured me that they would get it done as soon as possible. David and Tyler showed up and despite the rain, they stayed long enough to troubleshoot the issues and resolved them without having to get up on the roof.

It was late in the day and I for one would've already been ready to call it quits but they hung in there to see that I was satisfied! Exceptional service! If the owner can read this, those two are truly an asset to your company! I will highly recommend this company, mainly due to the staff. Great job everyone!

A couple of years ago we had a sewer leak under the foundation Two plumbing companies insisted that all pipes had to be replaced with one bid exceeding $50,000! Lee McFarland encouraged me to have the one leaking pipe re-routed at a fraction of the cost. They did the job when they said they would do it, how they said they would do it, and left my place like they had never been here.

Recently we suspected another leaking pipe so I hired them to do a leak check. As it turns out, no leaks this time! Once again they arrived within 5 minutes of when they promised, got the job done, and were careful to not track dirt into the house. I will only use Herndon McFarland Plumbing when I need work.

Super efficient and competent. I have used them twice for slab leak detection. Most recently they found the leak that another plumber could not then proposed a great solution. They showed up right on time and did the repairs perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Had a leak again in what appeared to be the same place. It actually was water leaking down the outside of the pipe from the AC condensation lines. They came out and showed me it and were very nice about it. Once again, I highly recommend this very reputable company.
