Ideal Plumbing is outstanding. After I submitted a note for help online, a principal was on the phone to me in a couple minutes. He diagnosed the problem, confirmed after the crew arrived promptly. They fixed it right away. The fee was reasonable, even cheap considering the damage that could have resulted if I had ignored that hissing sound that came from a hot water line under the house. This is our second time (new house) having Dustin come install a tankless water heater. We had such a great experience with Ideal the first time we knew we wanted them for the job this time around. Dustin has an incredible attention to detail and really goes above and beyond. Love that they have multiple people in the office working on scheduling and making sure we're all on the same page and on time. Highly recommend!

I recently found myself needing to replace my HVAC system at my home. I called three companies to bid the job and did my due diligence research on the equipment each company was installing. By far Ideal plumbing was the most responsive and knowlegible on the subject. When I called with questions Cheryl was able to answer or get the answer and she wasn't reading off a script like one of the companies. Dan was my estimator and was very personable and custom built my unit to my very specicic needs. Phil and Catalino showed up when promised and both were very tollerant of my oversight and constant questions. They estimated 2.5 days and finished on schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality high performance HVAC system.

I have been using Ideal exclusively for my heating, A/C, plumbing and AC/heating preventive maintenance for at least 15 years. It's a family owned business, which I really like. They are extremely professional, always on time and responsive to emergencies. All their people are employees; no contract workers. I have never had to call back for a "re-do." And they have been extremely cautious during COVID. I recommend them highly.

Had a slab leak, called Ideal at 9am and someone was at my house by 10:30. We had already had no water for 2 days waiting for another plumber to come. The leak was fixed without the need to jack hammer a hole in the slab and the repair was done quickly and looks nice. I also had the guys that were working on my issue put in a new house shut off valve, hose bib, and also add another 3/4 shut off valve for potential future uses. Will definitely use Ideal in the future if the need arises!

Ideal Plumbing recently replaced our obsolete and leaking water main. They initially set up temporary service to our house so we would not be without water. While they where replacing the main supply line. The workers were very neat and did not butcher the lawn even though they had to dig right through the middle of it. It's nice not having to clean up after a contractor. 5 stars to Joe V for his communication throughout the whole process.

Ideal has been by three times in the past month for a few different items. Ample time to see if they're the kind of company that tries to turn everything into an up sell (it's worth it, right? Instead of a $100 repair, they could try to talk you into a $5,000 replacement!). But no. I got awesome repairs and intelligent description of my heating or plumbing problems. These guys are great! Oh, this last time they also showed up early. That was refreshing.

I had a major unexpected plumbing issue and Ideal Plumbing took care of everything. I felt as though I was in good hands EVERY step of the way. Dustin was knowledgeable and trustworthy from the first interaction. He kept me posted every step of the way and took special care to ensure I had an understanding of the work being done. I have never needed a plumber until I needed a plumber.

I feel confident in the work they have done and do not foresee needing more work in the future because they completely fulfilled the repairs that were needed. Ideal Plumbing came out to fix a toilet that was not installed properly by a different company. The plumber was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and completed the work in an appropriate amount of time. He had to uninstall the toilet, repair the supply line and valve, reinstall the toilet properly, check everything, and clean up. Couldn't ask for a more professional job. Will definitely call Ideal Plumbing when I need more work done first.
