I highly recommend this company and especially Mr. Chavez. My 85-year-old mother's master bathroom and shower backed up, a real mess, and Flavio "Speedy" Chavez was extremely kind, considerate and professional. He arrived on time and corrected and cleaned up the clogged drain line. Very few people can be truly trusted with elderly people this gentleman is indeed one of those remarkable people. Thank you!

The technician, Joe, was awesome! Not only was he a super nice guy, but he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Plumbing Express, Inc. was much more expensive than I was anticipating for what I would consider pretty minor work BUT they did come out same day when we needed them AND they sent their best technician. In the end, the issues were resolved and I'm quite happy about that.

This was yet another good experience with congenial professionals, who know their game. Their honesty is refreshing. Rob has come to our business multiple times and has been able to accommodate all of our crazy requests! He has installed double sinks, drains, and large faucets; single sinks and faucets; and then he was able to run more water lines and provide us with capabilities to operate better machinery! We are so happy with Rob and his service.

Brandon has done plumbing work for my family twice at our rental in Venice. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and gets the job done. He knows how to troubleshoot problems and explains it to the customer so that they can easily understand. He's an asset to the company. My technician, Speedy, was very nice and skilled at his work. We ran into several problems resulting in his having to saw the kitchen faucet out due to rust, and he also had to replace the under sink valves (leaked). Our main shut off valve to the house also broke during the project and he had to use specialized equipment to replace it. An expensive day, but very nice workmanship.

My water heater went out on Christmas. Day, I called plumbing express the day after Christmas, the new water heater was installed one day later. I was amazed at the quality of service I received over a holiday. Our plumber, Josh Moran, was knowledgeable and professional. The price was reasonable. I will continue to use Plumbing Express exclusively.

The job was to install a new 65 gallon Rheem Hybrid Water Heater. It is a complex install as the locations of the cold input and hot output are in very different locations that the "standard" water tank design. There is also a need for a condensation drain as the reverse heat pump extracts heat and humidity from the air. I got bids from 3 local plumber outfits and I selected Plumbing Express for two reasons: first was that their prices was a factor of about 2.5 times below the highest estimate.

And second (the more important) as the competence of the estimate and the installer named David Soto. David showed up right on time and started immediately to remove the already drained tank. Moving the new tank (which is very heavy) was expertly done and he got the tank perfectly positioned. Now, the plumbing was the time consuming effort, but what made the job go quickly was that the copper piping was not joined by heat and solder but with compression fittings.

Tank filled the first time with no leaks anywhere. Electrical was an effort due to the constrained space and the gauge of the wiring, but that went expertly, too. Powered on the system and I selected the heat pump option to start heating the water in the tank. The pump fired up and within a few minutes we had warm water. David finished the job with a thorough clean up. Signed the paperwork and paid exactly the estimate. Overall, the job took about 3.5 hours. Extremely please; highly recommended.

I spoke to Mike on the phone, as I was attempting to see if I had a sewage leak. He was interested and wanted to make sure he understood the issue and gave me thoughtful consult and scheduled a diagnostic visit. Josh came on time, was very professional and friendly and quickly diagnosed that there was not a problem. I have used plumbing express once before. This is a reputable and professional group that I feel lucky to have in my home town. If possible, I'll always use them.
