These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10' of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don't know when).

After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn't want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that "according to another clause in contract, I didn't contact them once I bought the house, didn't paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn't visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred". Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don't promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.

I was very pleased with Brinks installing the 50 feet of lining in our sewer pipe that was necessary due to root intrusion. Bill was a pleasure to work with, as was Ryan in his accounting department. Tino, who was at my job site from the first camera work to the hydro-jetting to the installation of the re-lining was stellar. Very polite, always on time and answered all of my questions and concerns with patience and kindness. I would highly recommend!

This job was a leak in a water main, with the line being under a long cement-slab driveway. They came out right away to assess the situation, and a few days later had a leak detection subcontractor attempt to source the leak. That done, it was several days to provide a pricey estimate. When I tried to get the quote broken down into parts, labor, and contingencies, I got nothing.

What if the leak isn't where you think it is? 'All bets are off', he says. I went with them anyway because they had performed well on a much more expensive sewer job 2 years earlier. I would have been happier if they would have provided a per day rate or any other detail that would have helped me understand how they came up with the pricey estimate, and how much more the job would cost if the leak detection was not accurate. Also, the office called after I signed the contract with a request to put 10% down; that wasn't in the contract.

He was very professional and inquired in detail about the problem and what kind of water heater I had. He gave understanding and advised what to do. He, too, was ready to go down the same day. I am very grateful for his advice and experience and will use it in the future if necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Thanks again!

I needed someone to come and check my yard since I had Flooding last week after the rain. Richard came and looked at my yard and gave me 3 options. He wasn't trying to sell a big ticket and I do appreciate him. This is the first time I used Brinks Services but won't be my last. They are very efficient. The time of arrival, the notification and Richard was very professional and knowledgable.

My water heater broke and was flooding my town home. Brinks sent out Brandon and he was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly and replaced the water heater without any issues. He even coordinated with the emergency vac company to come out and dry my carpets. I would highly reccomend brinks thanks to Brandon!

Angel is a lifesaver! He's done several repair projects for us (replace bathroom sink stoppers, kitchen disposals, bathroom toilet tankflushers, etc.), and I am always confident that it'll be done well. Angel came out to assess a leak that I had from my second story master bathroom to my kitchen below. I thought it may have been a leaking pipe, but Angel was able to determine that the leak actually came from the shower pan and not the pipes. He cut a minimal piece of drywall in the kitchen and showed me where he had found the leak. He recommended replacing the old shower pan and did not try to upsell me on a temporary fix. I appreciate the honesty and the detail of the work that he performed and I will definitely use Brinks again for future plumbing services.

Yesterday morning, my family was in a state of severe anxiety praying for the slab leak and piping repairs required for our 46 year old home in Escondido. THANK YOU BRINKS SERVICES TEAM! 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH! TEAM members Brandon, Tino, and Humberto arrived in the morning and went right to work with the investigation phase to find the leak or leaks.

Given the age of our home, repair options were limited. After locating the various leaks the guys were able to complete repairs and restore our water supply. The TEAM finished up after 630, we paid our agreed upon sum against our credit card to Teresa, another AWESOME TEAM MEMBER. The relationship may have started out on the wrong foot, but I think my mind has been completely made up, where I would be willing to be a refrencable customer. In fact, I have just booked additional services with brinks for next week. Richard was knowledgeable, he was quick, and he went the extra mile to ensure I was well educated on relevant things to me such as how Water pressure works with a water Softener in place. As such I am readjusting my review to reflect the last level of service I just received.

I called this business on a Saturday to find out about their septic tank services - one of their services listed. Woman answered the phone and said "we don't do septic services." Others that I have called today at least recommended other businesses.

This company is outstanding, their estimate was fair and reasonable. Brandon Castro, the companies technician was very professional did a great job locating my leak and gave me good advice on how to make the repairs which I agreed. I sign their contract, The project was scheduled and they came out on time and finish the project as per contract with out a hitch. BF. Weaver

Brinks Services came out right away and saved the day! I neighbor in my condo complex had a plumber out to address their clogged drain. Instead of snaking the neighbor's drain the plumber busted into my unit and burst a pipe causing a major flood. My kitchen was drenched in filthy water and the broken pipe was causing more damage with every passing minute.

The jerk plumber refused to come out and even look at the pipes. Brinks services to the rescue! Brinks had two techs on site quickly. The techs stopped the flooding straight away. They took extra care to document the issue, both in writing and with photos to assure an easy claim with my home owner's ins. I was kept in the loop along the way, the owner of Brinks even called to touch base.

In just a few hours they were able to repair all of the plumbing damage caused by the other plumber. Brinks has gone the extra mile to provide the documentation and reports to my insurance company to help streamline and simplify the claims process. I'm grateful for their excellent workmanship and customer services. THANK YOU!

Our toilet was leaking and I called Brinks Services. I was surprised how fast they responded to my request as Kenneth came out in less than 2 hours of my call. Kenneth was very kind, professional and explained everything in detail and told me what the possible cause of the issue might be. I'd definitely recommend Brinks Services and would like to thank to Kenneth for his professionalism.

When I called for service I was told that there was a $67 dispatch fee which would be credited to my invoice should I have them perform the services. When the plumber came out, he quoted me $249 and I accepted. My card was charged the $67 dispatch fee when he came to the house. The next day I was charged $249. I then called them up. in the end they told me my total bill was $316 thereby my $67 was credited thus the additional charge of $249!

I was deceived. Had I been told that this fix would cost $316 I would not have used them. an hour later they called me back; they said they will credit my account $67 and apologized for the misunderstanding. As such, I change my stars and will comment on the service: The tech was prompt and completed the service in no time. Except for the the above misunderstanding, I was very pleased with the service.

It started as water dripping down the smoke pipe over range. Luckily we got Thomas Scott from Brinks Services to take care of this! A very skilled and professional plumbing engineer. Equipped with FLIR camera, he located the wet area of suspicion and opened up the dry wall to find out the pin hole in the L shape corner of the copper line supplying the cold water. He was highly skilled to cut off the piece and soldered the replacement in just another half hr! Thank you Brinks Service for providing such a high quality service!

I referred my friend Julianne to Brinks plumbing because I knew they do camera service. They had a ridiculous quote from a plumber who I will not mention here but it was in the tune of $20,000. Bill came out and did the whole thing for $1000 bucks, repaired a small section of the pipe. The other plumber try to do the whole house when only 2 feet was needed to be replaced.
