What amazing focus on going above and beyond! First, Andrew searched far and wide for a replacement cartridge for our 12-yo water filter faucet that I thought was a Franke, and found one that seemed to match the pictures and measurements I sent. Then when it turned out to be just a bit too long (such that the handle stuck out a bit), Adam offered to get me a second one at a discount and grind it to size - and I am all the way in Toronto.

Amazing experience! I ordered a small screw when my Moen kitchen faucet handle fell off. The new screw kept falling out. I brought in the faucet handle and The Faucet Shoppe showed me that the original screw was still inside! They gifted me the hex key to tighten it. Problem solved! The Faucet Shoppe is honest and generous with their time and expertise! #grateful

I don't work in the field, but when I bought a product that cost $ 67, I asked if I could return it and they said yes. The next day I wanted to return it and they didn't accept it because they said the product is good you just have to cut the pipe even though I said my pipe is long. If you are a manager you just had to explain to me that you have to cut the pipe The manager's attitude is not professional and he doesn't know how to talk to his clients after he sells them the most expensive product and he totally ignores you when you tell him that what he gave you is not what you asked for.

They had the replacement parts I needed for my faucets that the big boxes and standard hardware stores do not carry. I needed them urgently when the existing parts failed. I first called to inquire, then emailed a photo and one hour later I was called back and the parts were pulled and waiting for me to pick up. Amazing service! Thanks Faucet Shoppe!

We were having issues with our Dornbracht faucets, and our plumber (from D&B Plumbing) recommended we go to The Faucet Shoppe (TFS) to get advice and replacement parts. Turns out that TFS is a major distributor for Dornbracht parts. Adam at TFS was so helpful - he listened to the issues we were having, gave us advice about how to disassemble the faucets, and provided the correct replacement parts once we brought the disassembled faucet into the store (per their store mantra of "bring samples"). Highly recommend TFS for their stellar customer service!
