Able to find the leak and then dig a hole to repair replaced the piece of copper pipe and covered it. Comes with a year warranty. Took pictures and sent with receipt to email. Price was reasonable. They did a great job. Service: Plumbing leak detection

We thought we may have had a slow leak and decided to contact this company because they had decent reviews. They came out and put some puddy around the skimmer and said it was a slow leak. We wake up the next morning and the pool water is lower than it was before because somehow the technician caused sone other type of issue. We tried calling and leaving messages along with their "emergency number, " but get no response.

They won't be getting paid from us and we have both before and after photos along with text and calls. I wouldn't do business with them again. I asked for a different technician because the pool was worse after the previous tech left. We were told the same tech needed to come out instead of someone new. They scheduled an appointment and canceled because their tech called in sick.

They didn't know the phone number for their own corporate office when asked. Horrible customer service and experience. Update: This company canceled twice for rescheduling what they didn't fix, and potentially damaged. I ended up using another company to do the job. This company was quite possibly the worst company I've personally ever dealt with.

The corporate office won't call you back, so I wouldn't reccomend calling them. The second company found a broken pipe, which this company said I had no leak after doing a "leak detection, " which they did not dive the pool. I now am paying a different company for another leak detection because there is a second broken pipe. Strange how we can go from a small leak around the skimmer, which is what this company said, to two broken pipes. I'll see them in court if they expect to fet paid for a leak detection they did not do.

Had a slow water leak coming from a dry wall nail that had punctured the PEX water line. It took 6 years for the nail to rust and the leak to start. This company does not want business. I had a plumber come to my home over a month ago. I have got nothing but a run around ever since. First two weeks it was "computer issues" and they could not send a quote. I've waited because out of the three plumbers who came I liked this one the best and had already decided that I would hire him even if he was the highest.

The insurance did not get the estimate for over 4 weeks and NOW they are telling me they can only send it to insurance and not me. Well I am the one hiring not the insurance. They obviously do not want business.

Dakota came and performed a leak detection on my pool and repaired it same day for a third of what I thought the detection alone would cost! Great service

Came out, decided before he got started that we should do a bucket test. Evaporation not a leak. We did. No leak. No cost. Exactly what I would want from any expert.

They were very quick to get to my house. Within an hour or so I think. The technician was very nice and explained what he was going to do and check for to see if my water leak was from my plumbing or not. My insurance company sent them out and I was happy with the services I received.

Michael was on time and did an awesome job locating the leak, was very thorough and answered all our questions. We will be using them to repair the current leak and any plumbing needs in the future.

We were concerned we had a leak in our pool after running some DIY tests. We called American Leak Detection and they explained the process very thoroughly and got us scheduled. It did take some time to get an appointment, but well worth the wait. Michal arrived early (he texted to confirm our availability first) and got to work. He explained the process answered all my questions and took the time to check some common, simpler diagnostics before suiting up (wet suit) to enter our chilly pool (bless his heart ).

He found the issue, explained he could repair it, told me the cost and after my approval finished the job. Michal was professional, very knowledgeable and really nice to work with. I highly recommend American Leak Detection if you are concerned about your pool.

If you have a hard to find pool leak use no-one else but American Leak Detection. Michael found and fixed my pool leak in less than an hour. I will never use anyone else for hard to find pool leaks.
