Steven's consistently does a solid job. They are there on time and get the job done. I have had so many other plumbers in the area ghost me mid project or just not follow through.

Nice guys, good work, fair price. Can't ask for much more than that! They handled a complicated bathtub installation for me and did a great job. I would certainly use them again in the future!

I've been searching for the right plumber for years. They all charge too much and leave a mess behind. DH Stevens was my best experience with a plumber ever. They did the work really well and at a fair price. I won't use anyone else.

Kevin came to look at some water pressure issues that we'd been having. He was absolutely brilliant, super helpful and talked me through and showed me what had been causing the issues. I was anticipating that I'd have to rip out walls to solve the problem, but he was able to do solve everything without such drastic action. Kevin has 35 years experience, so has clearly seen just about everything. Would highly recommend!

We're renters, and whenever we've need help with a plumbing issue, we've used DH Stevens, and they're always quick to provide great service. Haven't run into any issues with them missing appointment windows, and scheduling has always been relatively easy.

These guys were nothing short of absolutely fantastic. We had an emergency with our main sewer line and time was ticking. We frantically did our best to scout 3-4 companies. Stevens was given to us by a friend of a friend of a friend (literally). The others were totally, abjectly awful. They began giving preconditions, giving opinions over the phone, talking about how unavailable they are, and had mighty large attitudes.

Just awful. These guys took down my info, knew immediately what to do, I got a callback with a consultation in less than 10 minutes, and then was told that if needed, a plumber could come out tonight (and boy, was it late). Quick, efficient, targeted, and prompt. Literally all one could want from a company. I seriously do not recall being this impressed with a company in a while. Yeah, after hours service is a pretty penny, but what are you gonna do - it's after hours. I sincerely cannot recommend these folks strongly enough. I can totally see how they ended up surviving for more than 13 decades. hopefully many more to come.

Alejandro and his assistant arrived quickly and were wonderful! Took their shoes off as we are that kind of house - worked so carefully and quickly assessed and handled the problem! Stan came out to look at our catch basin of our newly purchased home that had accumulated debris at the bottom of our driveway over the years. It needed some work since the previous owners didn't maintain it well, but he gave us a fair (and free) estimate for the job. We chatted about how catch basins worked, how to mitigate future issues, and background of his occupation.

He was personable, professional, and made the overall experience very pleasant. I referred my neighbor to them, and they're working out there as we speak, which reminded me to write this review.

All I needed was the gasket changed on my dripping toilet. The bill came to $490.75! Is this a plumbing company you want to call? The first time the technician came he did not have the correct gasket. It took 5 minutes to determine. The technician did not charge me ($65 for coming and $70 for the five minutes being rounded off to half an hour at $140 an hour), yet Stevens Company said he should have!

Why when he did not have the correct parts and they knew the problem? When another technician returned, he padded the time by half an hour but thankfully I had the moment of arrival from a call to my phone, and the time of departure by photographing my watch and the bill showing the padded time. Also, parts were replaced that did not need to be and I was charged.

When I called to challenge the bill, Stevens Company took off a half hour because I had documentaion of the time, and a half hour from the first technician's time. I paid $350.75, an outrageous charge for a leaking gasket. No, I won't call DH Stevens Plumbing Company to fix my plumbing problems.

As a property manager I work with dozens of plumbers. My team really likes working with Stevens because hey are one of the most reliable, honest plumbers we have ever worked with. Their pricing is consistently fair, the stand behind their work. They are capable of large jobs like riser replacements and small like a toilet running and they have the same professional and quality work with both.

My tenants are now requesting them specifically when they call in for work requests. That says a lot. If you are looking for a great local company to take care of your plumbing needs I could not recommend them more.

I have to share this plumber with anyone in need. Save this company for future or current use. When I was in need of help the owner personally spoke with me, made sure he had a backup crew come when things got challenging with my repair and then showed up himself. He was fair and well priced. I will only work with them in the future. A+. Very ethical which is hard to find.
