Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Used this company to look at a boiler heater for a potential property. They arrived at the wrong time and left before the appointment window. Sent a plumber instead of an hvac specialist. Clearly did not care about their business. Don't use them.

The technicians name was Wayne. The lady in the office was very nice, called me ahead of time to let me know they were on there way. Tech did his job in a timely manor and did not charge me a arm and leg. Thank you very much for your services. I will be using your company in the future if I have any plumbing issues. I don't normally leave reviews like this but I feel like I have to. I had called several other companies come out and check my ac system out. I finally got to All State on Home Advisor.com. A super nice secretary named Percilla returned my call in a few hours, and the next day Greg Hall walked me through all the issues I had with my a/c. I just planned on needing a new system but that wasn't the case. Less than 500dollars later I'm back to a cool 73°. The best money I've spent in years. 1 happy customer, J Dickerson

Greg, James and Wayne did a wonderful job of installing a new sump pump, fixing leaking pipes, unstopping a tub, sealing off an unused water heater. They also went above and beyond by fixing a few things not on the list! They arrived on time, worked diligently to get things done, and took the time to explain, step by step, what they were doing. I love these guys!

I'm so sad that I have to give this company even 1 star! They absolutely deserve NOTHING! We spent over $10,000.00 getting 2 new units with All State and it's been nothing but pure hell since the beginning. Not only do they not finish their jobs they make promises to come out and never shows up! it's been excuse after excuse with them. Then when they finally get everything up and running, 2 weeks later we have a damn leak in our family room.
So go figure the tech NEVER removed the drain hole plug before installing the drain tube! so the water had no place to go but out the back of the unit. This unit is located in our Attic. So the water ran down one of my sons bedroom closet soak the walls and his floor, then the water traveled to my other sons room floor, which is over my family room which caused the water to come thru the ceiling. Needless to say we had to call a water restoration company to come out and remove the drywall, carpet and dry out everything in ALL 3 rooms.
So now we are out an additional $4,000 in damages and they have been Non-responsive. We have no choice but to take legal matters at this time. We have been more than patient with this company with no result. The final kick was the inappropriate, disgusting, unprofessional Owner Wayne Garrity he is rude and has no empathy at all!. But that's ok they got the right one this time. You will not continue to get away with the stuff yall do!.

A few weeks back we had Josh out to our home for what we thought was a possible sewer back up due to a smell we were getting. After thoroughly investigating our situation, Josh determined it was our old wax ring on the toilet that needed to be replaced! He replaced it quickly, cleaned up after the mess and was on his way! What we thought was going to be an expensive service call turn out to be very minor and inexpensive. Finding a knowledgeable and honest plumber is hard to come by. call and ask for Josh!

BAD! I have used Allstate in the past for many years. Normally a technician named Josh came to service the property. He no longer works there and the owner came out when I contacted the company. He repaired a blower motor assembly in my rental heating unit. He said the relay needed to be replaced as well but that it wasn't necessary. The fan would continue to blow but that should be fine.
Less than a month later the tenant said she smelled smoke and shut off the unit. I called them to return to the unit and I was told now I need a whole knew unit, to the tune of 6400, after paying 904 the month before. He Kindly said he would discount it to 5500 because of that. I refused for him to fix it. I had 3 other companies come give estimates and it turns out the really blew because it wasn't fixed. He didn't complete the job and it burned the components in the board. My husband has called the company twice and gotten no call in return.

Wayne has been horrible to work with. He never finished the job. Still charged our card. We never authorized the last two installments to come out. He also pretended that he was not the owner. He lied about the amount of hours his employees worked. I advised him I would contact my lawyer and he said " Go ahead we have 3 Jewish lawyers" and hung up. Very offensive and unprofessional. Beware!
