This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped.

I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us.

My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation.

He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Critical: Value Had two toilets trickling water into the toilet bowl. It took technician LESS than a half hour to replace flappers. They charged me over $380. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Extremely disappointed. Service: Toilet repair

We have used Cahill's plumbing for many projects over several years. Projects range from small to large, a couple hours to several days. All the guys are professional and friendly, and do a great job. The costs are reasonable for a company that you expect to do an excellent job every time. These guys are highly recommended. Amazing response time for a leak in the water line between our water meter and house. They had someone out within an hour of our first contact who was able to provide suggestions. The next day we had the leak located and by the third day a trench had been dug in our front yard and the pipes repaired. They filled the trench in and you can barely tell! Attached are pics of the leak as located, the trench when it was dug and the trench when it was filled in. Excellent service will definitely use again and recommend.

Can always depend on Cahill's Plumbing to be available on short notice for issues that arise. they've helped us install hose bibs, install toilets - multiple projects. The people that work there are courteous to my kids. Would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

We discover our downstairs bathroom/washroom baseboard was swollen. Called Cahill's and Russell answered the call. Promised me he will have his guys visit my place with in 2 hours which they did. Cahill's technician Tanner and Austin are true professionals. Quickly identified the issue and went to work right away. Our builder put a nail in our waste pipe while nailing the baseboard. Took them only an hour to fix it. If you have a plumbing issue, give them a call!

Great service from Cahill's. Their phones weren't working but I used the online form and Russell called me right back. Had two repairpersons out to my place based on my schedule. They were really nice, professional and took care of my wood floors when they did the work. The repair looks excellent. I would definitely use them next time. I used them on a different house a few years ago and the repair person noticed something wasn't right about my toilet plumbing and showed me what was going on and improved it.

Can't recommend enough for your plumbing needs. They were able to fit us in the same day for a pipe leak fix. Russell Cahill has a great team of plumbers working for him and they were very thorough in explaining what they would do, what price they thought it would be right before starting work, fast and efficient, and helpful in assessing what we could do next (to fix the wet wood). If I had to sum up; just helpful, courteous and perfect work.
