ASAP Plumbing / Totally Toilets

I Was surprised with the amount we paid For his services. ALWAYS get other plumbing bids, even if referred by a relative. We didn't have an emergency, and we had existing plumbing in our laundry room. After job was complete, I asked another plumber if that price was fair, and his first response was is there existing plumbing in the laundry room.

This job was 6 times higher than what another plumber that was doing work for us would have charged us. I don't know what I was thinking when I used this company. GET OTHER BIDS! Okay

They were awesome! A huge wealth of knowledge and he explained issues or concerns in a way that I could understand. They did an inspection on plumbing of our new house. Told us things that are important and not important as well. Robert was our inspector and even caught mistakes from the plumbers that our home warranty company sent recently. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. They will definitely get our business for any future plumbing needs.

I was told it was going to be 100 DLLs if it was only a clogg, then the guy said he could not unclog it, that he needed to run a camera and then use a.machine to check if the pipe was broken. He charged 325 DLLs for it. Then he marked the floor and said they needed to brake the concrete floor in my kitchen to see the pipe because it was broken. At the minimum it would be 2400 dlls, and from there up depending on the size of the project.

I remembered my insurance covered plumbing, son I called them and paid my deductible for 75 dlls, the plumber came and unclogged it in 5 minutes. There was nothing broken, it was just a regular clogg and these guys ripped me off with 325 usd, I can only imagine what would have happened if I had went for the full project. Beware!

First time homeowner here dealing with my first leak from a ceiling was definitely stress inducing; but, ASAP plumbing helped put me at ease! Robert and Joseph were quick, reliable, efficient, and very friendly! After they quickly diagnosed the problem (leak from a unit above me), they went over in detail with me what was happening and suggested next steps. I will highly recommend them to all friends/family in the area as well as all of you Googlers! Thanks guys!

Lady who answers the phone seems to have an attitude. I call to simply ask questions about a job, which is normal in her position and should be helpful but is not really professional. I give people a chance and judge based on my experiences with them. This is a representation of your company so i would think it needs to be looked at. 3 stars because the plumbers are nice guys.

They repaired my faucet squeaky clean so now it's nice and running and even better they were on time! I recommend this company for everything my cousin used this for his water heater and it came out good! So 10/10! Service: Faucet repair

This review is not regarding ASAP's plumbing service. My landlord uses ASAP for our apartment complex and I've found the plumbers to be helpful and knowledgeable. This review is meant for their customer service/management. I ran into an issue with a plumber who kept getting delayed at a job site. I decided, after waiting over 6 hours, I didn't want to wait late into the evening and canceled the appointment with plans on calling back the following day.

The next morning I received a phone call from ASAP that there had been a technician at the apartment complex DESPITE not having made an appointment for that morning. I was able to reschedule an appointment for that afternoon and eventually got my drain issues fixed. However, ASAP ended up charging me a fee of $98 for missing an appointment I NEVER ACTUALLY MADE.

By far, the most frustrating part of this experience was speaking with ASAP about this absurd charge. I spent well over 20 minutes speaking with the gentleman who was in charge and he showed no compromise in waiving my fee. I argued my position literally a dozen times - THAT ITS TERRIBLE SERVICE TO CHARGE A CLIENT A FEE FOR MISSING AN APPOINTMENT THEY NEVER ACTUALLY MADE- but it fell upon deaf ears.

This conversation was terribly frustrating and made it clear that ASAP's management is more concerned with their bottom line than their customers. I would never do business with this company under my own will.

I had a problem with the sink in the garage. it was backing up from the kitchen and floading my garage. my rental management sent Taher from this company and he worked in a fast and expedite way, he cleaned the horrible sink, unplugged the drains and cleaned the back yard after draining the stinky water. Thank you for your service now I can use my kitchen again.
