After getting 3 estimates i chose infinity plumbing there price was in the middle but what sold me was the presentation from the young man that came to give me the estimate. Clean, well spoken and walked through the house and explained every detail i had his full attention. So i chose them they showed up with 6 guys at 9 am and obviously knew what their job was and they finished at 3;30 that same day ( 3 bedroom 2 bath individual house) and it was amazing done perfectly and they through in some extra items on their own.
I even went under the house AMAZING and the next day the gentleman came to patch the walls and he did an excellant job. They are my plumbers for life. But i think the driving force behind this AAA company is Veronica answer's the phone calls me back when she says she is going to explains my questions in detail the pricing in detail great person to have running a company I should be so lucky to have someone like her. Recommend them to the end.

It was a pleasure doing business with Infinity Plumbing. I experienced great service and excellent work. They are professional, efficient and friendly. I would like to extend a special thank to Veronica. She was extremely polite, patiently answered all of my questions, and tried her best to arrange the scheduling efficiently, even with COVID-related resource shortages. I highly recommend this company!

I did not contract with this company directly as it was through our plumber because she said Infinity were copper experts and could get the job done quickly. We had some issues which were resolved fairly quickly with the help of our plumber. Issues included piping/water access being removed to our studio behind the garage. When we originally raised the issue with the workers we were told that the studio was not in the contract.
I agree it was not in the contract as it had new piping but it also was not in the contract to cut off the water supply. It took our plumber calling the owner to straighten this out. The second day of work, the ceiling of lathe and plaster was opened up on our curved ceiling. The ceiling was partially opened to allow for the re-piping. Shortly after the opening was completed, a large portion (at least 6 square feet) fell from the ceiling.
I made the false assumption that since the ceiling fell directly due to the work being done on our 1927 house that this would be patched along with the rest of the openings that were made, which was included in the contract. I apparently was wrong. Five calendar days after the plaster collapse and the piping was finished, the plaster team came out to do the repairs.
It was the workers who informed us that they would not be fixing the 6 square foot hole per their boss and if we wanted it fixed it would cost us additional money. We called our plumber, who at this point was rather embarrassed by the lack of customer care done by Infinity Plumbing's owner. She talked to the owner, Marco and then Marco talked to us stating that the ceiling falling was not a result of them opening the ceiling and therefore not Infinity's problem or fault.
He would only fix it for additional money. I will say that I had no complaints about the job site team. My complaint really is with management and their lack of customer service and inability to take ownership of their mistakes. The whole experience could have come out better had management spoken to us right way and not the day of repairs through the workers.

My home is on a foundation and original plumbing ran under the floor, had a huger water leak and decided to do a full repipe, These guys did a complete Hot water and a cold water Repipe of my full home, ran everything through the roof, these guys were on time, quick, courteous, clean, and left my home after a workday as it was before they were here. great price compared to other companies who were not gonna do the same things they provided in the estimates, the work was legit and professional. I will use them and refer them to my family and friends and just anyone needing plumbing done.

I used Infinity Plumbing during the demolition of a gas station facility since we needed to reroute the main water line to the shop. The price was fair, they were responsive, and got the job done in the time frame we needed. I worked with Marco, Alejandra, and Veronica and all were professional and helpful. I would recommend them.

The company was wonderful. Veronica was super helpful (she works at the office) my parents speak very little English so she was patient and very helpful. The guys out in the field working know what they are doing. My father voiced some concerns and they took care of him. I would highly recommend and use in the future. I found Infinity Plumbing Inc in the AOA guide and was looking to complete the cooper re-pipe of my 10 unit apartment building in Santa Monica. I needed 6 more units done as 4 were already completed while doing previous remodels. I was able to get a quick appointment the next day with Marco. Within a few days got a quote that was very competitive and decided to go with them.
From start to finish the crew was great, hard working, really organized, and everyone knew what they were doing. The job took 4 days as planned and all the workers were great with covering stuff up inside the units and left them just the way it was when they started. Baldo the Foreman was receptive to me as I had many questions and he was able to answer all of them. Veronica in the office was great and answered all my questions when I called the office. An overall great experience throughout the process and would definitely use them in the future. Steve

I would never use them again yes they quick but they destroy everything else in the way. Two days later after job was done I was inside the sink cabinet and got shocked beacouse Infinity Plumbing guy removed the outlet that was in the way of the new pipe and threw the outlet box on the floor and left the wires hanging in the air and unprotected and when I contacted him he responded to my e mail 2.25 weeks later trying to give me an excuse why this happen. Marco the owner is a dishonest person please don't thrust this guy.
I also was complaining that the water noise in the kitchen area was super loud and he respons was why don't you lower the regulartor pressure. I responded I paid you $6500 and you did not check and adjusted the pressure per code. I paid another plummer to come out and check the pressure and it was super high so this guy's did not check the pressure at all I can go on I think this is enough. When i asked him to come out and check and take care of the issues he said he is very busy and does not know when he could come out and take a look at it.
