"The number you dialed is not in service." Dr. Piper is parked in the red zone on Beverly Glen Blvd. This risks ticketing and/or towing and restricts access to my driveway. There is plenty of room for Dr. Piper to pull up and park fully legally without being illegally parked at a red curb. Please move your vehicle immediately. If not, I may be have to report this.

We recently bought a home and discovered the tankless water heater needed to be replaced. After contacting several plumbers and getting multiple quotes, I called Rodi and described what needed to be done. I had already purchased most of the equipment for the job, and knowing that most plumbers like to promote and sell their own product, Rodi gave me a reasonable quote for labor only.

His crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. The only issue that came up was that the recirculating pump I had purchased was the wrong one, so the crew called Rodi and he recommended the correct model. I couldn't believe the difference in the quality of the workmanship, compared to the previous installation that these guys did. They also did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises. Thank you Rodi and crew!

Great service. I had a problem with my water heater and honestly, I had absolutely no knowledge regarding this matter. Called the guys and told them what the problem is. Not only they explained everything in details to me, but their service was outstanding and quick. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the WORST service work anyone could imagine. First the work took months longer than promised, then we find out that they used our old parts when they were supposed to be new. Now we just found out that the system wasn't even hooked up correctly. It is costing my HOA 0ver $9000 to fix what Malden and his Dr. Piper crew messed up.

Called these guys several times over about a month or so. Never got a person and never got a call-back. Maybe they're out of business? If not, maybe they should be?

I have used Dr Piper to install my Thermal Solar system. Malden was very knowledgeable about everything around the solar and how it works. He came with his crew and did the installation for only few days. Now I have free hot water and I am really happy with his service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

On the recommendation of a contractor, I hired these folks to repipe my house back in February 2011. They did an excellent job; the price was competitive, and unlike others they explained what they were doing and gave me options. A few weeks ago I had a leak in one wall and they came out, after 6 PM on a Friday, to open the wall and repair their work; as it turned out, an original part had failed, but even though it wasn't under their warranty, they found a hard-to-find part, came out on a Saturday and replaced two fittings, all for nothing. I would recommend them for any job as hard, honest and smart workers.

I've dealt with Dr. Piper, Mladen Mladenov for several years, I've found him to be very professional, available, reliable, honest as well as very helpful with solving problems have come up that I could do which saved me the expense of a house call. You will be happy to have used him.

I always think I have the right person on the job when they tell me I don't need to do a repair or maintenance (even though the manufacturer says I do) and explains to me why I shouldn't or should do this or that. Malden Maldenov is that guy. He also explained to me some trouble shooting I can do to determine certain things having to do with my Noritz Tankless Water Heater. He's great. I am highly satisfied and will call him next year for our annual maintenance.

Good experience. My Bosch tankless water heater stopped working one night so the next morning I called Doctor Piper for service. The person taking the call was polite and detailed, but couldn't say when someone would respond. this is not good for business and caused me some doubt about the professionalism of the business - hence minus one star - should I call someone else?

But all turned out well, Mladen Mladenov called back within 2 hours and then arrived 45 minutes later and quickly diagnosed and mended the broken unit. I would probably not buy another Bosch water heater but would recommend Doctor Piper (via Mladen Mladenov) if you need to service your Bosch unit.

We had Dr. Piper install our tankless water heater, and while that has been going well. When we needed them to come to check on it because it wasn't working, they wouldn't return calls. We waited all day for them to get back to us. So, they may be okay for installation, but you may be out of hot water for a few days if something goes wrong. We ended up going with someone else.

I had a terrific experience with Dr Piper. Unlike a couple of other plumbers I was trying to get tankless water heater quotes from, the guys at Dr Piper arrived when they said they would, did a thorough job (and even fixed my ski rack mounted across the garage from the water heater!), and communicated everything they should have regarding the installation and operation of the unit. I would definitely recommend them!

I cannot recommend this plumber enough. Mladen Mladenov is highly professional, articulate, intelligent and probably the best plumber in Los Angeles. I received about 15 quotes for jobs to repipe and add a tankless water heater to my house. Mladen was the only one who suggested moving the heater to a different location, which made it less expensive and put it closer to the showers.

He was also the only plumber to recommend CPVC piping, rather than copper. CPVC is less expensive and has a lower chance of leaking. I checked this out with my brother, who is a pipe-fitter in another state. When Mladen and his crew arrived, they were polite, clean and professional. They went straight to work and I could not be happier with the job they did.

The walls were re-patched when the work was done, the water heater works great and the new pipes are as quiet as can be. I would hire Mladen again in a second, and have recommended him to any of my friends looking for a plumber.

Terrible experience. DO NOT USE! Contact me and we will tell you the whole story if you'd like. Upshot is, we have the city coming out here to cite all the code violations and, as the company has been unresponsive to our complaints, we will be suing them for the job, our legal fees and considerable time wasted. DO NOT USE! UPDATE: We won in our complaint and received full payment back for the job from this company's insurer. This company may do good work elsewhere and may be suitable for you but beware in the event of any dispute!
