Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business.

To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer.

You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.

We have a multi family in Weho and Seth did a very professional job I would recommend him and his company

I have used TRM Plumbing in the past with my washing machine and they are always prompt. This time I needed help with my tenants water heater and they were able the come within the hour. I appreciate the professional service and my tenants appreciate it too!

Who you gonna call? Nope, not them. TRM Plumbing of course! I was fortunate enough to find TRM through yelp and even more so to discover that they are a fantastic plumbing services company overall. We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us "The Wynn, Las Vegas" shower experience we've wanted all along!

We also appreciated Seth's expertise, professionalism and friendliness and will definitely use TRM again for future projects--as well as recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks TRM!

TRM hooked us up with a water cooler awhile back, and the thermostat had to be replaced twice (ug!). Todd came over on the newest thermostat replacement, and did it for free, even though technically we were on the hook for labor as only the part was covered! Go with TRM!

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair.

Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately. Just a great team to work with.

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall. Will recommend them without hesitation.
