Very happy with our purchase, with the option to finance was great. And to be able to sign off moment's after the walk through and discuss is epic!. I highly highly recommend working with this company. Update: Had the on wall unit have a water leak when we started to use AC. I have to again say customer service has been beyond amazing. Al is awesome, the go above and beyond. I know mistakes happen we all make them, but it is how you recover and fix them that really matters. Five stars is not high enough!

Called because my well tank needed replaced / no response for two weeks I do not recommend this company / I was without water for 5 days after calling over 5 plumbing companies/ did the project myself after one plumbing company wanted to charge me 250.00 for a ball shutoff valve that cost me 38.00 at home depot / I recommend trying to to it yourself - most of these plumbing companies seemed to be managed by incompetent tweakers / do your research before they take advantage of you

The first technician was not helpful, but then they sent Ben out. He was awesome. Explained what he was doing, showed me what he was doing and fixed our furnace. Ben is a good dude. Service: Heating system maintenance

Our heater decided it did not want to turn on in the midst of Montana winter. Ben came over and was so wonderful, he explained the issue clearly, and was just warm and genuine. Hi GCP, The technician was Tyler and service completed on Friday, January 21. He was exceptional, friendly, courteous, he took the time to explain the issues with my furnace. End results, furnace runs better, way better, than when new and first installed. Part of us wonders if it was correctly set up from the start. Tyler noted a part that needed replacement was not a factory original.

We don't recall ever having it replaced. Since the replacement the furnace is so much quieter. Glad it is fixed now and can't say enough about the quality of service received, you are lucky to have Tyler on your team. Thank you, Dena Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

My forced air unit was leaking one afternoon and Garden City Plumbing & Heating sent a technician out first thing the next morning. The technician, Cha, found the problem within minutes, fixed it, explained to me what was wrong, and he's just about the most friendly human being I've ever met. Several times he mentioned some of his coworkers and jobs they've done for customers, and each time he spoke highly of his coworkers and what excellent technicians they are.

This really impressed me and I found it so admirable. Everybody would love to have a coworker like Cha! And I was super happy with the price of the repair. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company and particularly Cha.

The crew was on time; put down protection for the carpeted stairs because of multiple trips in and out of the house; gave me a good overview of the new furnace and hot water heater when done; and no issues with the city inspection. And Devan was good to work with on the quote and what we needed for Costco, since we were having this done as Costco members.

We had a Geothermal heat pump go out ( no heat ) called GCP, once, twice, two weeks later I called a third time requested to talk to the owner Bill, was told he would call me back. Nope ( to busy or did not care?) I got a call from a estimator who should have called me back way sooner than two weeks, he apologized. blamed the lack of customer service on COVID, and people with no heat calls, Hmmm my original problem.

Funny thing Temprite got a bid in the same day as the service call. Andersons Heating and Air put a bid in 3 days later, the owner John Anderson, personally went out to survey the situation, put his bid in the same day. Now thats customer service, looks like Bill didnt even get to bid on a $20,000 job because of a lack of customer service his employees provide. If Bill would have taken 10 min. for a call he might have smoothed things over, but another Company's owner went the distance, took the time, . and got the job.

They were available earlier than any place else and charged less of a fee. Found out my furnace was pumping out carbon monoxide and probably saved the life of myself and my pets. Offered to loan me space heaters at no cost and financing on a new furnace. Very polite, professional and courteous! Service: Heating system maintenance

Call these assholes to get two valves on two bathrooms changed got told all we don't work on mobile homes well I thought my money was as good as anybody but apparently not so I'm going out of my way to let everybody know

They sent two guys to do a one mans job. Still charge for two guys to show up. Their goal is not customer satisfaction but to charge you the highest amount possible. Unethical, deceptive and shady. I will never use them again.

My furnace cut out during the winter at 9 pm on a Saturday night. I also have small kids in the house so I needed to make an emergency call to get a tech out here to look at it and see if we can get it started again. I called Garden City plumbing and heating to get there after our service. They told me a tech would call me shortly. After an hour without receiving a phone call I called them back and was told that they will send out another page to their tech.

Half an hour later I called them again to check in on the process because the tech is still not called me and they told me that they would message the tech again. At 11 P.m., 2 hours after my initial call, their office called me to let me know that they were unable to send out a tech. I get that companies are shorthanded right now, but don't leave me hanging for two hours during a winter night with no furnace while they try to figure themselves out. If they didn't have the personnel to come out they should have just told me that upfront so I can move on.

Garden City Plumbing installed a furnace and ductless heat pump for us. They were on time, professional and patiently and clearly explained how to operate the sophisticated controls. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with Garden City Heating & Plumbing. I sent a message on Yelp 'after hours' and received a quick response, even though we didn't have an emergency. The courteous gentleman came out today, as we are returning to OH in 5 days. He quickly diagnosed the problem as to why our heat was not 'coming on' and fixed the issue. Frank wore a mask and explained the problem. The charge was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

We just had a horrible experience with this Company. They ripped us off from start to finish. They lied to us and overcharged and scammed us. Approach this Company with extreme caution. Get everything in writing right from the start. Check the quality of their work when they are done, too. Make sure they are not charging you while their staff are sitting outside your home or business doing nothing.

A 10-minute job cost us hundreds of dollars. Hopefully you get the hint. At the end, they also highlighted our account too as a customer to not provide service to in the future, which is laughable after the experience we had with them from start to finish! William, thank you for your response to our review. You should refer to our detailed letter to your office for the rip offs performed by your staff on our service calls.

There is lots of details there that you as the owner should be aware of in the future so it is prevented from happening to customers like us in the future. We also wish you and your Company the best and hope this unfortunate incident is not repeated on your customers in the future.

I called Garden City Plumbing last week to make an appointment for them to come out to service the Coleman Furnace in my Mobile home. The alarm indicating the attic air vent was not working properly had gone off. The next day they called me back to cancel the appointment and said I needed to contact an electrician. That seemed very strange to me. So, I called Temp-Rite for a second opinion.

They told me they were very familiar with working on Coleman furnaces and I did NOT need an electrician. The repairman is here today replacing the air vent motor on the roof.

Hugh messss.water heater discombobulated and leaked all over the place. Garden City came right out, fixed it, new water heater and all the guts necessary! Great job. They got the plumbing inspector out here to approve their work. I'd hire them again (and have used them in the past). They are a bit more in cost but they actually know the plumbing codes and adhere to them and they know what they are doing and do it right.
