I spoke to two customer service reps for two different jobs. They both were very pleasant and helpful. Both of the service repair/installers were great as well. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me into their schedule even though it was not urgent. The issue I had however, was with the appointment addresses we're not initially inputted or saved properly so I had to call and correct the address for service. Also, I spoke with a rep over the phone about applying the coupon, which at the end of installation was still not applied. That said, there seems to be a disconnect with what is discussed over the phone and applied to the service calls. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the service provided.

The project manager (Mariana) is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She made sure everyone in the team understands the game plan. The installers (Ricardo and James) are always on time, great listeners and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I had the best team from Anderson. Nobody wows clients like Anderson does. It's not just a lip service - it's the real thing.

I very much recommend Anderson Plumbing, Hearing & Air. I have used their services for many years (when applicable) and their Technicians are wonderful to schedule. They always let you know when they will be arriving, along with photograph of the Technician. Once onsite, and especially during the Pandemic, each wears a mask! Their work is always professional, cost-effective, and is of the highest quality! I will always use their services in the future, and would certainly recommend Anderson to my friends and family!

We will only use Anderson Plumbing should we ever need any plumbing work done in the future. Kristina Anthony, the plumber who did the work was absolutely phenomenal! She was polite, professional, friendly and she is all around awesome! We will request her specifically of if we need the company's help in the future. The company was responsive, timely and less expensive by hundreds of dollars than another company who quoted us a price for work we actually didn't need! Anderson Plumbing is the best company out there! I hope we don't have any future plumbing problems, However if we do it's Anderson who will get our business and we will request Kristina Anthony by name!

We received same day service! Kristina was just really great. Personable, knowledgeable, gave extra explanation and did an awesome job. Despite missing our appointment time ( our fault), Anderson re-scheduled on the same day and had a technician come out in about an hour. The technician (Fernando) was very professional, cordial and efficient. He also spent time explaining the work and some preventive tips. Thanks for the professionalism! My new tenants moved in on Sunday, Monday morning I get both a text and a call from them letting me know that within minutes of starting their first load of laundry there was sewage coming up in the tub and toilet. I immediately called Anderson. I had used them before on my own home and they really did a great job. Their scheduler let me know there would be a tech at my place by 9;00.

Like clock work tech Loren appears along with his amazing support Barnard. What an amazing team! They listened to my concerns and formulated a plan. Several avenues were attempted to clear the blockage but alas 100 year old cast iron pipes presented it's own issues. We did need to move everything to the next level but the professionalism of this amazing team was such a breath of fresh air.

Today was there last day at the project. I stopped by and found Jordache and Oscar doing the final sweep in the area. Everything was exactly as it had been less a couple of easily replaceable plants. I could not be happier with these amazing men! Without question I will recommend them in the future! In fact I already have!

I was so impressed with every single person that I came into contact with from Anderson. Our older AC unit bit the dust and we had to completely replace it. Anderson was able to come out next day to inspect and give an estimate. Eden was amazing. She was so thorough in explaining the different options for us. The installation crew was able to come the next day. Pauly and his guys were phenomenal.

Professional and skilled in what they do is an understatement. I loved how they made sure to put plastic and mats everywhere to keep my house clean. You couldn't even tell they were there after the left. We now have an energy efficient AC and a great warranty to go with it. We can't thank everyone at Anderson enough! I highly recommend!

Both employees were polite and professional. The service was great my only concern was according to them they did a follow-up to my original request for service and supposedly left a V/M which I never got. Seems like when they didn't receive a confirmation from me they would follow-up but they didn't. With all that said they did still honor the scheduled service appointment. I have gotten estimates from this company before and in my opinion their prices are a bit high.

We had Anderson Plumbing install a new heater and AC system. The team of three men arrived on time with a 30 minute advance phone call. They were true professionals and represented Anderson extremely well. They worded as a team for the entire time, about 8 hours. They kept my wife and me well informed as to what they were doing and their progress. Poly, Oscar, and Bryan are outstanding employees and representatives for Anderson Plumbing.

We would highly recommend this company and their outstanding employees. Oh yes, our initial contact with Anderson was with Angie one of their HVAC Design Consultants. These 4 members of the Anderson team are an outstanding group with which to work and they represent Anderson outstandingly. There is no question that any future plumbing problems or concerns we will use Anderson again.

We had a sprinkler system added to our house years ago. However, the installer cheated on the connection and connected PVC to metal ( not a good thing ). A year ago another plumber can to fit a leak but didn't have the right part, installed it anyway and wait it was fixed ( it wasn't ). Yesterday day Anderson Plumbing sent one of their truly, fully trained plumbers.

He suggested the fix needed and did a great repair. His name is Donny and he was a pleasure to have at the house. He figured the cheapest but most effective way to provide us with a final solution. Thank you, Donny and Anderson Plumbing. BTW, he had everything needed, most efficient and was quick to complete the job.

Anderson is the best - simply put. Jorge Duran is the man. I am honored to have been in the presence of him. Plus, my pug loved him! The energy the technician had was incredible! I immediately felt the urge to blast "Free Bird" in the house after I was greeted with a chest bump. THEN the strong handshake soon followed that blew me away - impressive!

I was so inspired I actually put Anderson Plumbing on my 2020 Chevy Trail Boss, painted it pink and installed an insanely huge American Flag waving in the wind. I have never felt more American in my life. Anderson Plumbing can unclog my drain any day, and they'll be invited to my daughters wedding in 20 years with VIP seating - they're better than most of my familia. #Respect

The tech showed up gave me a quote and completed the job in a short 3 hour visit. I was re-piping for a shift from a wall mounted faucet to a free standing faucet for my shower. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! I have full confidence I will have no issues with the piping! Thank you for making me smile!

We recently had Anderson Plumbing come out to repair our pipes, but they ended up working on a section of piping that was not agreed upon. The technicians that came to actually repair the pipes were extremely helpful and communicated with us the entire time. They were frustrated because they were told to do the wrong job. They told us when they found out they were working on the incorrect portion of pipe.

They went under the house to double check, and they also tried to call Bryan multiple times to figure out what went wrong. But Bryan did not answer any calls that were made. The section of pipe that needed the repair did not get touched, and our pipes in our bathroom are still backing up. Bryan Castaneda has been working with us since the beginning of the process and has been hostile with us each time we try to speak with him saying that we should be charged more for the work that was done.

He also made false claims that he was on site for the repair, which he was not. He came to our house multiple times while we were not home, which would be fine if he had given us notice. He did not give us notice so my fiancee (the one who has been in contact with Anderson throughout the whole project) and myself were out at work. Bryan ended up marking the wrong area for the technicians to work on which led to the incorrect job being done.

We have called and talked to Bryan and he has been rude and unreasonable each time. He was rude to the property owners (who live out of town and do not know all of the details of the project) and he has been rude to my fiancee when she called to address the issue. He would not listen to us about what was wrong, instead he just insisted that the problem was fixed because they lined the pipes.

They lined the incorrect portion of piping so our bathroom is still backing up. He also threatened to raise the price on our initial contract because of his mistake. Our issue is with Bryan, not the other people at Anderson Plumbing. He has been rude and unreasonable to talk to. Everyone else has been helpful. But we will never work with them again because of him.

This company is amazing! I called and scheduled an appointment, they were able to come to my house the next day. I got a text when they were 30 minutes away, letting me know that they were on their way. The plumber was extremely nice and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling Anderson plumbing, heating and air when I need any other service done. 10/10

My wife had signed up for Anderson's VIP program awhile back when they put in a new water heater for us. You basically pay them to come out a few times throughout the year. They will find problems and try to get you to authorize the repairs. Last time they came out my wife asked them to look at 2 of our toilets that were slightly running. The service tech investigated and advised my wife that we needed to replace the toilets.

Something along the lines that the flapper seals were worn out. I was out of town and my wife called me to see if she should authorize the work. Advised not to authorize anything as a worn out flapper seal is an easy fix and you don't need to replace the entire toilet for that. When I got home I checked the toilets. No cracks in the porcelain. Water jets were not calcified.

Not being a plumber I got a little concerned that maybe there was something I was not seeing. I called another plumber to check on the running toilets. Conclusion was to replace the flapper and flapper seal.the toilets were fine. I had to pay for a second opinion and was not happy with the outcome. Went to Anderson's website and submitted an online message that I wanted to make a complaint before I penned out a bad review.

Somebody called me back and I went through the whole story. The girl said she wanted their customer care manager to call me back and that would take 1-2 days. Waited over a week and heard nothing. Hence this review. Watch out for this company. They come across as very polished and professional but I thought in this situation they were trying to take advantage of my wife who knows nothing about plumbing or they are just incompetent.or perhaps both.

We wanted to upgrade our water heater and go with a tankless unit. We called Anderson and we're able to get a consultation appointment the same day. Additionally we were able to get an installation appointment the next day. Jesse and Adam were knowledgeable and professional during our consultation and installation patiently answering the questions that we had. The work was completed to our satisfaction. I love the service Anderson provides.

Our plumbing technician Paul was as professional as they come! He was knowledgeable about our needs, problems to solve, and multiple solutions to ensure the job was performed to the highest standards. He presented all information clearly to my husband and me and took the time to answer any additional questions we had. When he determined that there were aspects of the job that needed further improvement (like covering a vent on the roof that was letting water in) he didn't hesitate to take care of those problems so that the job would be truly completed when he was done. we were 200% satisfied with his workmanship and his professionalism throughout the two day job. We would not hesitate to have him come back and work on other needs that we will have in the future.

Raul @ Anderson Plumbing and Heating fixed my heater quickly and efficiently. He was helpful in explaining the issues and offering suggestions on how to handle the repair. They went up and beyond to provide excellent customer service as well as make sure that the job is completed when it was done. You don't find people nowadays that's a warrant to help and go out their way to make a customer happy and I am truly grateful for them doing what they did with a smile and never complaining the best service ever. Very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Drew the technician. Quickly found the problem of the sound of running water. Luckily no damage to our newly remodeled home. The pin hole leak is not repaired yet but he provided a fair estimate that we pursue.

I thought I had provided a reply! Sorry. I initially had my condo re-piped a number of years ago. I left the door unlocked so the techs could have access while I was at work. They completed the job in fours days! You can not even tell where the walls were cut as well. Perfect job! So, there was not thought process as to who was going to replace my hot water heater, Anderson Plumbing!

All I can say is thank you for a very clean and quick replacement. I have some other things that need attention. When I can I am going to Anderson and hopefully can have the same tech do the job.

Great job. After watching the commercials for such a long time, we decided to try and we were more than happy. The plumber arrived on time, was responsive to my concerns and completed the task (drain). We have tried a few companies over the years, but I must say, this is the company I will go to when needed. George came out in one of those big rain storms. He and his co-worker worked outside my window in a hard rain with sustained high winds to see what the problem was with our heater that didn't. (heat). They found the problem & got to work. I was at my desk and could see them getting pelleted. Neither one would come in the house to get a break from the weather, saying they didn't want to get our house wet.

Their umbrellas even blew open backward and blew away from them They kept on going. It was really severe weather, we told them to stop. They were apologetic that they couldn't complete repair and said they'd come back to finish. Really appreciated their efforts in such a challenging situation. And the bonus. it's a cozy warmer house now!

Brandon was very professional and thorough. He inspected everything and let me know it was safe and working well. That maintains my warranty on the unit APHA put in. He even set the time on my thermostat. He is a nice professional young man. Service: Heating maintenance

We had a heating, air conditioning system with new ductwork installed. The technician who inspected and evaluated our old system was responsive, pleasant, thorough and honest. The technicians who performed the work arrived on time; were pleasant, clean, well equipped and completely knowledgeable and professional. The entire system including demolition and install was a bit expensive but the service and attention to detail seemed to be worth it to us.

Our a/c was blowing warm air and of course it happened on the weekend. I had called the white glove dudes but no one responded. I then remembered Anderson! They were so responsive and the technician that came out, Michael, was amazing! He asked a couple of questions and he knew right away what it was. He spent some time and showed my hubby everything. It was fixed within a half hour! I will call them back any time we have hvac or plumbing issues. You have a customer for life!
