The worst plumbing service in Rochester. I had a minor water leak at a rental property. I called them and they sent an unqualified technician right away. I called different plumbing companies before calling them but no one was able to come same day except them. This should be a sign for me to know of what I should expect. They have multiple young unqualified technicians that they cannot do basic work.

The technician came there the first time and he called me after 3 minutes and said he was unable to find the leak. They charged me $115 service call for him being there 3 minutes which is fine. Here is the bad part. I went there the next day to check where is the leak coming from and as soon as I opened the doors in the bathroom vanity I found the leak right away.

It was very easy to see and repair. I called them back they sent me the same guy again. Probably it was his first or second day at the job. Again he came right away. Probably because no one use them because of their unqualified technicians. He repaired the leak and I even had to show him what to do. They sent me invoice of $334 for very easy repair.

I called them to pay the invoice they refused to waive the first time service call out even though he didn't do anything and he didn't not find the very simple leak and the water was leaking on the carpet for 2 days. Then they charged me more labor then he actually work second time. I spoke to a manager he was very rude then he said he will call back but he never call back.

Very expensive company for very unqualified technicians plus bad customer service. If you have plumbing issues use other services you can save yourself time and money plus you will receive quality work. As other reviewers said with most of the work they will do you will have problems after few days and they will charge money every time they come even though it is their fault.

If you have a bigger project use them at your own risk. Most likely you will be keep calling them to repair their own mistakes and they will charge you each time they come to fix their work.

So frustrating sometimes. Just finished up a horrible plumbing experience with Rochester Plumbing & Heating. Over charged me, didn't do the original job correctly, charge for drive time, etc. One simple job = $1,000. Stay away! First repair = $300+. Then they came back, ripped out all the new copper that they replaced earlier & replaced it with PEX = $700 more (they had to run back to the shop to get the PEX & charged me for that drive time).

In retrospect, they should've just replaced everything with PEX in the first place. In other words, the first job basically did no good. Think about it, two easy to access tiny pin hole leaks within a few inches of each other eventually cost me $1000.00 to repair. Something just doesn't smell right.

The plumber who worked on my house explained my drain issue to me and how to avoid the problem from occurring again. I felt very well taken care of. The price was also very reasonable. I would use their service again! Service: Drain cleaning

I can't say enough about how happy I am with this service. I was so thankful to get my drain unclogged in such a short time. Russell was professional, friendly and efficient. Left things very clean. Service: Drain cleaning

I had them come out and repair a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. The charges were a bit steep for the work, but it was done well and I have no complaints. However that night we noticed the water main valve was leaking. I called them out once again. It ended up only needing a tighting maybe 15 minutes work on the high side. Still got charged $110x2 for the second day's fix.

I feel that they should've caught the leak when the turned my water on the after repairing the initial leak. I've left a voicemai and hope they can rectify the situation otherwise I'd never recommend using this company unless no one else is available.

This probably the worst commercial plumbing services in the Rochester area. They are always expensive with bad customer services. We have given them over $100,000 business over the last 12 months. However, when the water heater broke down which was installed by them and still under warranty, they refused to come during emergency. They not only did not come, they behaved badly with us with the reason that we had 3K outstanding balance.

They could not even pin point from which date and related to what invoice. We have paid all the balances even during covid when business slowed down significantly. Try other plumbing services company.

My water heater quit working on a Thursday, I called RPH around 4pm the same day. RPH was able to have a service person at my house the next day at 8am and by 11am I had hot water again. The technician was very knowledgeable and because of that he could identify the problem quickly and fix it fast.

Our home heating boiler was not working properly. Mid morning I called RPH and described the problem. Joel replied, we can be out at 8 tomorrow morning. They arrived, suited up and took care of the heat exchanger problem. From start to finish-could not have found anyone better. The billing was much less than I expected. Be sure to call RPH before you make a decision on heating needs!

Wonderful and prompt service. Very happy with the person Mr. John who came to fix my boiler this evening. Love the company. Every other company was giving me appointments for next day or next week. They are very reasonable and give you a flat rate for first hour and half. My job was done in half the time. I am going to be warm tonight. So thankful.
