We contracted with the owner, Paul, to install 3 bathroom grab bars for disability support. There was little ontime communication, agreements were missed, measurements were incorrect, and every conversation was begun with several gripes and excuses by the owner about what a rough week he was having. We are three months in on a project that should have taken two weeks.and it's still not completed. We are looking elsewhere for the rest of our needs. Disappointed

Paul and all the technicians are friendly and professional. Unfortunately, Connie in the office is neither of these things. We had a billing issue and when my wife called to talk about it Connie was confrontational and rude. The work done was excellent and we still like them, but dang this experience was off-putting. Services: Toilet installation, Water heater installation

Phil and Tyler tore out bath and installed shower.they were respectful of COVID protocols with 2 seniors in household, important. Install was impeccable and cleaning up after, you would never had known they were there. Have used 1st class plumbing for almost 30 years and will continue, top notch! Service: Shower installation

1st Class came at short notice and helped with a broken water pipe in the basement. They apparently knew how to turn off the water from the street when another RochesterMN plumbing company told me they couldn't. They also installed some stuff for me like toilet, faucet, and dishwasher, suggested some places for me to try to get dishwasher when big box stores here didn't have good selection/prices.
They also came a few months after installing a new dishwasher and cleared a drainage problem for me without charging. The guys are always friendly, willing to explain, and more or less on time. I will only use them now.

Evan did a great job! I had to make a last minute appointment. Called at the end of the day on a Wednesday and they were able to get someone to our house at 8am the next day. All other plumbers were out 2 weeks! We had Evan install a new kitchen faucet, reverse osmosis system and garbage disposal, he also reinstalled 3 bathroom faucets! Thanks for the fast and great service!
