Gary was absolutely amazing. The quality of work and customer service received was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and explained everything, answered every question I had, and was helpful not only in the problem we scheduled to address but saved us from a major issue down the road we didn't know we had. I 100% recommend MasterTech and Gary as your technician.

Nate was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to talk over different options for the installation of gas lines in my laundry room and kitchen. I appreciate his willingness to try and make the job affordable while maintaining quality. 10/10 would recommend.

I've used MasterTech several times since buying my house in 2021. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful when I call and the technicians always do a great job. Tyler and Kyle came out today to fix my AC and they were punctual, respectful, and friendly! They always end up teaching me helpful things whenever they come out to repair things and as a first time home owner, it's so helpful!

The Plumber showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was able to unclog my sewer pipe very quickly and was reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends! I will use them again in the future! Service: Sewer repair

Guys were able to quickly locate a coolant leak that could have been very expensive but found a much cheaper solution and finished it same day. Their employee Nate was fantastic. Had a leak at shut off under house and he helped us with that and never made me feel like a dummy with any of the stuff had done to fix plumbing issues throughout house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave some very helpful tips.

Replaced old heat pump and back-up gas furnace with new similar equipment. Got good equipment at great price and absolutely excellent installation. Installers put up with a lot of questions, were very professional, and did excellent work quickly. Couldn't be more pleased with Mastertech overall and especially with great service from the installation team and from the administrative staff. Definitely recommend them.

Friendly tech and knowledgeable! He used my outdoor clean out tube to snake and clear clogged drain. He took the time to mop up spills made in the house and took the time to take care of us. Found the sewer backing up and master tech had it finished and cleaned 2-3 hours later. Good value too for it being after hours. Service: Drain cleaning

On time, always nice. They try to get you the best price. You could find cheaper but the quality will not be as good as MasterTech. I have never had problems with them. Service: Sewer repair

Sunday morning and kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off. There was nothing obvious to me. This was a single handle faucet. I shut off water supply to the house and called the Master Tech 24 hour service. The kids and all of the Grandkids were coming over and I needed to have the water on and a functioning faucet. The lady that took my call was friendly and helpful and told me a repairman would soon call me.

Shortly thereafter 'John' called and asked what the problem was and recommended that I go out and buy a new faucet and that I was third on his list and he would be here in a couple of hours. John showed up and got to work immediately. Very pleasant man and obviously very skilled. He was done in 15-20 minutes. A big thank you to the lady that answered my original call and to John for his fast and professional service.

My home's water heater failed and MasterTech was able to install the replacement water heater on the same day I called for assistance. MasterTech has the most professional and personable technicians and customer service representatives I've ever encountered. They schedule appointments quickly and arrive on time. A text was sent to my phone with pictures of the three employees who would be installing the system before they arrived. Everything agreed upon and signed for electronically was immediately sent to my email for my records and review.

Tyler serviced our HVAC recently and he was wonderful! He educated me about our system, was highly professional, conversational, and sweet to our dogs. Dana always schedules our MasterTech appointments over the phone and she, too, is very kind and thorough. We appreciate this company and will continue doing business here! Matt Mayfield was our technician. Came out and changed filters for our home immediately. Also cleaned out our furnace. Very nice guy and appreciate the prompt service. Mighty nice people with mighty nice service.

The girl at the office called to let me know the technician was on the way and texted me his picture so I would know it was him. Tyler, the technician, was on time. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about his work. Did the furnace checkup and installed some filters. He showed me different components on the furnace and where to install the filter.

When he was done, Tyler briefed me on his findings. This is my first house with gas, so safety was foremost on my mind. Tyler reassured me that my furnace is operating safely and efficiently so no worries. If I ever have a need, I wont hesitate to call them! MasterTech is fantastic! Extremely fair pricing as well!

We Have a major leak under the house. Had someone come with camera. He Showed me where the leak was.2 ft deep. I jackhammered out 2 foot to find no pipe running that direction. Finally after digging 6ft by. Hand I found the line running the opposite direction. I called again to have another camera inspection to see where the leak may be. I clearly told him I was done and not digging another inch. Decided to have them finish. tech shows up.

It's muddy and a big hole. 1.5 hours later he decides the job is too muddy and tells my wife it would be $8000.00 before he got back in that hole. We agreed on $1800.00. Now I'm stuck with a mess in my house that he didn't clean up. And who am I to call? A plumber? I thought I did call a plumber. They price gouge like no other. I can't imagine how many people get taken advantage of by this company. I also have him on video coming in the house talking about me to one of his co workers. Don't they claim mighty nice people In their ad? Lol

Matt and Nathan came to replace an outside hydrant. Nathan made a great suggestion to move it to a better place. They did a GREAT job and left my place way better than they found it. I am HUGELY grateful. They were professional but super nice and pleasant to work with. They had everything they needed on the spot and were done in no time. I am beyond pleased with their work and would call them again in a heartbeat. I am so relieved to have this work done!

Nate installed a water softener & whole house water filter I had purchased myself. He did a wonderful job & even changed out some shower heads that myself plus a few others were struggling with I hope to not have to call a plumber again in the future, but if I do, it'll be mastertech! Thanks Nate!

Let's just say that for the price of replacing a FAUCET we could have purchased a new DISHWASHER and DISPOSAL. This is no exaggeration either. Oh and NO RECEIPT! BBB will be hearing from us and/or Attorney General. Have done before and won against ATT. And during a pandemic and the holidays on top of it, taking advantage of people during hard times. How do they sleep?! GO ELSWHERE

They should stick behind their services and warranty that they give you, but they don't. They just want to charge you more exhorbant prices to fix what they broke. After having paid thousands to replace all the plumbing in the house, they didn't fix one of the main issues of my washer being clogged in the drain pipe. I called up and after some back. and forth, they finally agreed to come back and do what I had paid for and requested the 1st time.

Now I have a leak in the wall that is draining into my carpeted living room and again, they want to charge another 350 to 800 dollars just to come see where they broke it. Christmas is just over a week away and now I will have to cancel it until I can find a reputable company to come fix what they have done. Thanks for ruining Christmas for my family mastertech.

Andrew was great! He came in the middle of the night when we discovered our pipe had burst. He was friendly and stayed all night and made sure we were able to get our water back on. I'm definitely recommending you guys to all my family and friends!
