We had a broken pipe and a leaking tub (two separate issues). It cost a fortune to repair the broken pipe, and the leak was going to cost a few hundred more to resolve. But the thing that was the most disappointing - they made a huge mess in my bathroom and didn't do a thing to clean up. Mud from the plumber's boots and white powder was all over my bathroom and through my house. Unfortunately, we won't be using this company again.

Needed drained unclogged. Repair guy came out on Wednesday did not have equipment to fix drain. Called back on Thursday no one showed up. But they took money for services out of my account. Called on Friday no one showed up. Called on Saturday no one showed up. Called on Sunday repair guy said he was coming out as soon as he wrap his hand up from a cut. I do not recommend this company.

I called Friday night at around 9:00 pm because I had sewage back up in my house, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and professional. She told me somebody would be in contact with me. Well the guy called me about 10 minutes later asking questions and he told me someone would call me by 10 am Saturday morning, well 10:30 am Saturday morning I hadn't heard anything so I sent the guy a message asking was anybody gonna call me or did I need to call somebody else if they were too busy I understood, no response it's now 3:05pm Saturday afternoon and have yet to hear from somebody from Spanky's.
