The technician Chris Parker was on time and very fast and professional letting us know about severa electrical issues we were having. Banks Quarles failed to show up for a scheduled appointment three separate days over the course of a week and a half! Each day (after I spent all day waiting), they texted me saying they couldn't get to me and were bumping me to the next day. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. Don't believe their "we can't wait to show you our five star service" slogan, it's just a slogan and not backed up by reality. If you want to actually have someone show up to fix your issue, call a different company.

The service that was proposed to me was far less than what was actually performed. A price of $499 was quoted. I thought that was high, but approved the work to be done. The actual service only required $20.00 in materials and 30 minutes of labor, and the service rep used my ladder and screwdriver to do the work! I called to complain and was told by three people that they would push the issue up the chain-of-command, then call me back.
None of the three ever called back, requiring me to continue to call them, further adding to my dissatisfaction. I was misled and ripped off on the cost of the service, but will never do business with Banks-Quarles again. They will only receive bad reviews and recommendations to do business elsewhere from me.

Chris and Kevin were fantastic, love how well communication is with text messages that keep you informed of appointments and upcoming arrivals. Very easy process from start to finish.
