Electric Drain & Sewer

Tyler and Nate were awesome. They were tasked with fixing a major issue caused by our old contractor, and as a result had to jack up our newly finished bathroom to fix the issue. They completed the task quickly and were very careful to only demo what was absolutely necessary. They're stress relievers!

I had Electric Drain and Sewer come out to provide a second opinion. I was told by another company that there was a shift in the sewer pipe and that it would be a good idea to have the pipe lined. The previous company said this would cost $14-15K. Corbey from Electric Drain and Sewer came and ran the camera to from my house to the street. No issues were seen in my pipe.

The only spot in the line that the other company could have been mentioning, when they say that the pipe has shifted, is the joint between a section of green PVC and orange clay tile pipe. The clay tile is much thicker and this can cause the pipe to look as if it is not lined up properly. Camera is able to slide through area with no trouble. I'm so glad that I had this second opinion! I also really appreciated Electric Drain and Sewer's professional and friendly nature and their promptness.

Tomas & Riley came out yesterday 4/14/2022 to fix our toilet issue. They were ahead of time getting here and quick to fix our issue! These companies wanted thousands of dollars to simply diagnose the issue. Electric Drain was able to get the line cleared, ran a camera, and provided a solution all for a great price. The person that I spoke to on the phone was very professional, friendly and courteous. I was able to get on the schedule the next day. I am very happy with Corby - he is very friendly and honest. He did a scope of our main line, removed some tree roots that were growing in from a joint, and saved us from spending $10,000.00 My Buddy the plumber quoted us to line our entire pipe. I will always go to Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter before any other company. They are honest, told me there is nothing wrong with our pipe, it's common to have roots enter from the joints. Corby left a zip drive so we can actually look at the inspection. He also showed me the clean out in our front yard, that My Buddy the Plumber told me we did not have.

An excellent company! Replaced water shut off valve and installed water softener. Jett is an excellent master plumber. Business is not a franchise so prices are extremely reasonable. I got 3 bids. Electric Drain was the only one that could tell me exactly what had to be done and how long it would take. The other very well-known plumbers said they were not sure what they would find until they did the job. For example, if I would have soft water for both hot and cold water. Highly recommend these guys!

Would have been 5 stars but techs showed up unmasked and when I asked if they were vaxxed the answer was NO. I asked them to mask up which the did and then did a great job clearing the drain. Service man arrived promptly at earliest time specified. He was pleasant, courteous, and extremely professional. These guys are awesome! They gave us the price of the repair before they even showed up. We had called several other places that wouldn't even give an estimate unless they came. They did the job quickly, professionally and neatly. Both gentlemen that showed up were extremely nice and great to work with. The price was extremely reasonable too. They didn't try to price gouge in our emergency. Highly recommend!
