Pretty disappointed. Called after I had the gas company come out and turn off my gas for a leak. The technician came out and told me my only option would be to replace all of the copper pipes. He said it would be a big job, wasn't sure of the price but at least 6K. He could tell I wasn't expecting that. They were supposed to send me an estimate which I never received. Anyhow, ended up getting the leak fixed by another plumber for $100 bucks. I feel ripped off because I spent $60+ just to have All Pro Plumbing come out and only give me a $6k+ option that clearly wasn't needed

My Mother called after 4:30 pm today and they had a young man out here in around an hour for a clogged toilet. He was so professional and friendly at the same time, considering the reason for our call. He not only fixed the issue in a timely manner, but he also showed/recommended troubleshooting that might help me if the incident reoccurs. I will be more than happy to recommend this company for plumbing issues, and I will not hesitate to call them again if needed. Also, the fee was very reasonable for after business hours.

I had an urgent plumbing install. I had the Kitchen remodeled and I had a separate guy that I though was going to do the plumbing for me. At the at the last minute he cancelled because of the difficulty of the project leaving me without a kitchen sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. I called All Pro and they sent out Greg to give me a quote right away. Greg was trying to get a crew to do it today and when he found out he couldn't find a crew he did it himself.

He worked really hard to make sure I was taken care of on the spot! He did an amazing job running new water and drain lines and everything else that he needed. I would absolutely recommend All Pro to anyone needing plumbing. I will certainly use them again if I ever need a plumber.

I called All Pro after dealing with my kitchen double sink backing up for two weeks. I'm a pretty handy lady so I attempted to tackle this on my own. I did everything I could think of between plunging, taking apart the trap to make sure there were no clogs, ran a snake down the vertical pipe, two bottles of drain opener, nothing worked. I had no choice but to call in a professional. JW showed up at the beginning of the time window they had given me.

He was pleasant, cheerful and I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home. I gave him a brief description of my problem and everything that I had tried to fix it. He was able to clear the clog within one minute! I had watched multiple YouTube videos trying to figure this out and no one showed me his technique. We chatted for a few more minutes before he went on his way.

I was only charged the $69 fee (they charge this to show up and diagnose.) I am very happy with my service and price. If I need them again, I now know to request JW. Thank you!

We had a plugged drain. James came to our house and fix the drain in record time. We had tried another plumber service first and they failed miserably and still charged us. Had this company out to move some water lines and a drain line in a bathroom. They seemed more interested in collecting a $69 service ( showup) fee than doing anything. After spending 2 minutes looking at the job, they quoted me a price of $750. To which I passed on and paid the $69 fee. This fee seemed ridiculous, which was proven when I had another company did the job for $348. I would never use this company ever again, there are much better choices out there, in my opinion.

Called them this morning for an emergency repair. Tony was at my house within an hour and a half. He could not have been more friendly and professional. He explained what my repairs were going to be and gave me a couple of options. He was up front with the pricing and had my irrigation pipe fixed with about a half hour. I truly appreciate the prompt and friendly service. I will be using them again.

I expected more from a professional plumber who advertises the quality of work they do but provides less in actuality. I was very disappointed. They chose to charge a very high fee based on two people working three hours or so on changing out water and drain connections in my utility room. That solution seemed reasonable. However, when the crew came to do the actual work they chose a less complicated solution that was able to be accomplished in less than two hours.

I questioned the plumber why they did not strap the loose pipes to wall studs nearby and the plumber could not answer other than to say it was not necessary. They simply did not wish to spend the time and effort to do quality finish work. Given all the facts and pictures of work done and damage to the wall/baseboard their operational manager made excuses that the alternative approach was not what he expected and would reconsider an adjustment in the price paid. However, they never adequately resolved the damage done which now has to be repaired by another professional.

They chose to do less and charge more. In defense of the plumbers who did the work and damage, they did return to patch the holes as best they could but it had lasting impact that the operations manager had said would be resolved but wasn't. Given the opportunity to see the issues first hand and address further remedial work for the fee paid, they chose to not visit the site.

The owner, through his secretary, did eventually apologize for the errors made but not for the less professional solution chosen to relocate the water lines and drain as originally proposed that necessitated a higher fee. They did offer a partial reimbursement but not a significant one. I would not hire All Pro Plumbing as they over-estimate the work needed and solve the problems/tasks without consideration of a reduced price for less time and labor involved.

The lesson learned: Seek out a professional plumber that charges by the hour and identifies their rate beforehand, not just a total fee to be paid. They did a bait and switch at my expense. They may have done this to others. Be forewarned that the lump sum estimate will likely be too high for the work needed and they won't adjust it downward if they choose an alternative approach done in less time.

All pro plumbing was awesome Jesse and Vance very professional and friendly plumbers explained everything in detail that I could understand cleaned up everything spotless I would definitely recommend you use all pro for any plumbing issues and ask for Jessie and Vance you won't regret it. All Pro was very responsive I have been trying for days to get someone out to fix this clog called all pro this morning and they were here this late afternoon thank you Jesse and Vance he took a load off my shoulders and didn't rip me off, 5 stars for sure

They were out within an hour of my call and got right to work. Justin was very professional and did a great job. He had to clear the drain through the roof vent and was done within about an hour. I found this one through Angie's List And read many of the reviews on there. I honestly was surprised by the couple of reviews on here as they did a great job for me.

I admit that the job they did was not a large job but they responded so quickly and got the job done. I also talked to them about some other work that I may need to have done that will not be an emergency. The fact that this was a problem that needed immediate attention and was handled so well was a big deal to me as we could not get along without a working bathroom. I would definitely call them in the future if I am in need.
