Polite, reliable and courteous technicians. A/C is running like brand new! Can't recommend these guys enough after calling numerous companies who quoted outrageous prices. I just wished I called them earlier instead of going with these other companies who did nothing but waste my time/money and try to either upsell their products or get me to sign on for a membership. I used Super Brothers to upgrade my waterheater using the SMUD rebate. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and did a great job. They made the rebate process easy, and were the most competitive in pricing. Every 3rd party I've spoken to about them also highly recommended them. Superb Service and Quality of Care. From the Customer Service Representative named Eugene to Mike the Tech who came out. This company deserves 10 stars for the quality, and the time they sacrifice to come out to do an amazing job! My parents had a 20 year old Gas water heater that needed to be replaced. I wish I had pictures, my Dad parked his car in the garage now I can't get pictures of the beautiful water heater.

I will update before and after pictures soon. Plus this company doesn't rip you off! They do not compromise excellent service with lower prices. They are the best in town as far as I'm concerned. Great job guys!

From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with and it's clear they are here to do the job right and take pride in their work. We had our HVAC fully replaced, converted our water tank from gas to electric, and upgraded our electrical panel. They are SMUD approved contractors that are very knowledgeable about rebate programs and will file the paperwork for you.

Our work was all permitted and the inspector was very impressed with their work. We worked with several different employees, from initial quoting, admin, to techs, and had a great experience. Communication was easy and they helped make these projects stress free, especially considering the scale of the work that was being done! Competitively priced and great value for quality workmanship. Fantastic experience. Taking advantage of the SMUD and TechClean incentives, they were able to install a new Heat Pump Water Heater at no cost to me. They scheduled it quickly and got it done timely. The tech was very professional and informative. Easily recommended to anyone.

All I can say is "wow." This is the first time I've used Super Brothers and I'll never use anyone else. Since purchasing my home in 2018 I've dealt with 3 pipe leaks (all from the same area in the attic) and 5 different plumbing companies prior to Super brothers. Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed. Artem did a great job installing our new water heater. This guy is a beast! He worked so hard to get it done for us and I noticed he even nailed in a board that was sticking out on my house. We've used Super Brothers Plumbing numerous times on different houses and continue to have great service. Our most recent job was replacing a garbage disposal and fixing low pressure at our kitchen sink. I called in the morning and they were able to have someone come out that afternoon. Super Brothers have come out to help 2x now, and I am thankful for it. The first was for a slow drain in our bathroom, only to find that the piping under the home needed to be replaced as it was rusted and catching everything causing a slow drain, and the second was for our dishwasher that couldn't drain and would flood the countertops and under the sink.

So they came the same day I requested the repair and were able to get things done that same day. Overall, very happy with the service I have received from them and will look to them for future plumbing needs.

The lady (I believe her name is Gee, not sure of the spelling) I initially spoke to for a quote was very knowledgeable and was the reason I decided to go with Super Brothers. Andvii, was our installer. I can say he did a GREAT Job installing our new heat pump water heater. He is a perfectionist. Working with Super Plumbing Brothers has been such a great experience. Immediately when I bought my home, I hired them to do a full house repipe because I had kitec plumbing and it can cause water damage to your home. Called Super Bros after another company quoted me 4x the going rate for a hose bib replacement out front. Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes. They replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump. The price was excellent due to the rebates and it was a quality install. The installer doing the work did a solid job from plumbing the condensate drain, overflow tank, thermostatic mixing valve and running the electrical wire. We had Super Brothers repair two toilets in our house and they did an excellent job. It probably isn't the cheapest plumbing service out there, but the professionalism and service was top notch, so it was worth the higher price to us. We just completed a house repipe and new sewer line install. We had three estimates. Super Brothers (Dimitar) was the most knowledgeable estimator. We appreciated his honest recommendations and he gave us an estimate much less than the other two. We felt very confident in using Super Brothers. We were not disappointed. The installers were very professional and they took pride in their work.

The after service follow up was thorough. Bottom line. We got a quality job, from an honest company, for a very reasonable price. We have recommended them to our family and neighbors.

Complete satisfaction, excellent customer service and professionalism. I put an online inquiry into Home Depot late Sunday, May 26 for plumbing services. On Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day), I received a call early morning from Super Brothers Plumbing (Tony) to explain to him the services I needed. I have two toilets; one in need of repair (leak) and the other that needed to be replaced. Tony had an opening on Tuesday, May 28 that I had to decline so the work I needed to have done was scheduled for Wednesday, May 29.

I want to thank Tony for quickly setting up the appointment; clearly describing the work they would do; and providing me the cost. On Wednesday, May 28 Ray from Super Brothers showed up on time to repair one of the toilets and replace the other. I was very impressed by Ray. Super Mario Plumbing has exceeded all my expectations and more with there service. My water heater needed to be replaced and I contacted three different companies for quotes. Super Mario was very competitive and helpful and I'm extremely satisfied with the installation. I couldn't have asked for a more stress free and quality service I will definitely be contacting them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

My hot water stopped flowing all of the sudden a few days before I was going to list my home for sale, and Super Mario Plumbing saved the day. I figured I was in for a new water heater ($1300 !) just to get everything working again. Super Mario found a small plastic piece that had been lodged in the supply line and was blocking the flow of water and only charged me the min. service call fee. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me the water heater but didn't! That is true integrity!

This company was great to work with. I had a major issue with my pipes. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Quick to respond and fast efficient fix with a reasonable price. The men in the office are amazing and very professional. Couldn't have asked for more. I will be using this company again.

Definitely 5 stars. I had an urgent (to me) situation involving a previous plumbing company not doing the job right. I had 1day off. I called quite a few plumbing companies and Super Mario was quick to respond, actually accommodated my schedule. My service technician was awesome! The Super Mario Team replaced our house plumbing and water line, installed a tankless water heater, new shower and kitchen faucets, and a new utility sink/faucets. They were very dependable and respectful of our time and inconvenience while we had no water access. Yurie and team would give us a time they would arrive each day and they were always on time. Right from first contact on the phone they were great. Very accommodating with scheduling. Told me the price right up front including any other possible charges. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My hot water heater was almost 20 years old so I decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater. Super Mario was nice and responsive from my first call to them. They did a bang-up job on install and even the city inspector commented that from what he sees, they always do good work. If I need any plumbing in the future, I will certainly recommend this company.
