I needed a new water heater and put it off for far too long. Marx Plumbing offered reasonable pricing and timely service, compared to other plumbers and most importantly had no issues with inventory! Arrived on time, was efficient with his work and installed the new water heater quickly. Discovered later that night that one shower still wasn't getting hot water and contacted JJ.
A quick discussion and he had an idea of the problem, returned within a day or two and confirmed the issue. Informed me about my options - warranty the part with the manufacturer or pay for replacement. He provided all the support needed to contact the manufacturer and get the needed parts for replacement. Once the new parts arrived, I needed help with the installation and JJ was available to support.
His knowledge of plumbing issues and repairs is impressive and he will ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction. If you need a plumber, definitely call JJ Marx Plumbing!

If you work for a business and have an 800 number, do not call this man. If I could give him NEGATIVE STARS, I would. He answered the phone and was SO RUDE for absolutely no reason. After he realized I was calling from an actual company that needed help with a leaky faucet he tried apologizing for being so rude and mentioned he thought I was a solicitor.
Even if I was a solicitor, answering your phone like that from your "company" phone number is not a good look for your business and I am glad I did not have him come out to look at the faucet with his rude attitude. There are plenty of plumbers in the area who will answer the phone PROFESSIONALLY and probably do a better job. I would not waste your time dealing with this man.
