I recently had an issue with my HVAC condenser unit and reached out to multiple people for help. Three people came to fix it and didnt know the problem and charged me for diagnosis and asked me to replace the whole system. Alex came by looked at the system and changed the capacitor and everything went back to normal. I would definitely recommend him for HVAC services.

Alex really bailed us out this time. Our A/C quit in the middle of this last heat wave. I called Alex and somehow they found the capacity to come out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. My poor Dogs couldn't have taken another day of oppressive heat in the house. IMHO, these guys truly know their stuff and are really honest as well. No extra charges and no attempts to upsell you additional equipment or services. They have really earned our business!

These guys really came through when needed. Alex responded really quickly and the communication was great. Sent a tech next morning which had a pleasure to meet his name Rodrigo. He was really helpful and explaining what was the issue. We had major leak issue because of our AC unit backflow and Rodrigo immediately told me what was wrong. We use Alex's service to find and repair the leak in our sprinkler valve. The leak has caused us a big headache because the water bill went really high. Alex came on time and patiently explained the problem and how he's going to repair it. He's very humble and not like those other HVAC servicemen we used in the past where they are too cocky to explain the problem and the solution. Alex explained that our house sprinkler valve was old and it's the metal kind, not the PVC kind.
Over time the valve has become corroded and water seeps through causing the leak. Alex completes the repair within a few hours and he's definitely a life saver. His pricing is very competitive too. Thank you Alex for your help.

Weve used Positive Plumbing, Heating and Air for years now. Alex first installed a new AC compressor for our own home. Then my mom needed a new furnace, new ducts, etc so Alex did all that for her. Alex was awesome! I called in a panic when our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. He was referred to us from a well-known commercial AC company. He was busy, but made time for us. He thoroughly explained the issue and attempted a "fix-it" solution to get us through the summer. Ultimately, we needed to replace our 25 year + AC unit, but I was impressed with the time he took to get the best price for us. Positive plumbing is the best service and lowest price ever, Alex came on time this morning and very friendly and professional. He charged me only $150 where other plumbers were going to charge me, $350 (RC plumbing) and $540 (Pristine Plumbing). He helped to make sure everything works correctly before he left the house. Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. It's an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.

Alex is an exceptional plumbing/heating/AC professional. I originally called him for my AC which he repaired and serviced promptly and efficiently. Then, i had him visit my rental property for annual AC maintenance. Next, I had him install shower fixtures. Most recently, I had him come out for an EMERGENCY call on Sunday morning at 7 am!
