Came out the next day snaked my line and fixed the problem they stood by the price and was clean and kind I would definitely use them again in and out in under 1 hr I was more than happy

If you are looking for the most expensive plumber in town, look no further. No complaints about the responsiveness or quality of work, but the price comes out to be about $800 an hour. Try Aladdin's plumbing or Rite Away plumbing for the same level of service but fair pricing.

WARNING***WARNING****WARNING******They charged me 200 dollars to come out to look at a leaking water heater and did nothing while other plumbers give FREE ESTIMATES. I just called Roto Rooter and they give FREE ESTIMATES in which most plumbers do. I am a single women on a budget they seem to just want peoples money and when I called to ask he said we charge 200 to just come out to give an estimate and said if the customer doesn't ask we don't tell them that we charge 200 to give an estimate. Wow really? I think this is wrong and they should tell you before they come out that they charge 200.00. I think it is deceiving for a company to do this.

Quick response and fair pricing. I would definitely use them again. They explained the issue clearly and fixed the problem right the first time.

I try to use local companies whenever I can. Recently I needed a plumber on two different occasions. While the plumbers who arrived were themselves prompt and courteous, I was dismayed to find out that the company does not stock their trucks with seemingly even the most basic repair parts such as valves for washing machines, inlet valves for toilets or drain hoses for dishwashers. If a part is needed, the plumber has to stop working and go get it all while the clock is ticking on your dime. Sorry but I won't be calling Doheny Plumbing again.

I contacted Doheny Plumbing the last of April. I would NOT recommend them under any circumstances. They were unresponsive to phone calls or follow-up. It's online 'mission statement' has absolutely NO value. The service person was an hour late & then was going to instigate overtime charges. The majority of the service call was spent explaining for the 4th time, the problems that needed attention.

I was charged $269.00, an overcharge of 1/2 hour (10 minutes of which was for writing up the bill) & ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was accomplished! I was left with ALL of the same problems - a COMPLETE waste of a lot of time and precious money on my part & a lot of stress. There was NO acknowledgement or response to my letter to them to them regarding all of the above. I would give them ZERO stars if that was possible!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the owner of this company. I had an emergency leak and they sent a plumber out within 30 minutes. The guy they sent had all the parts needed to fix the problem and everything was fixed within 45 minutes. As I was pulling out my wallet the plumber told me the owner said not to charge me as a thank you for my military service. I am very grateful and will be using this service again. I've also been recommending them to other military friends of mine who live in the area.

WOW is the first thing that comes to my mind. We just called Doheny plumbing because we had a water leak in our travel trailer. They were super quick to get to us, were located on Camp Pendleton. After they were done fixing our issue they thanked my husband for his service and told us it was on the house! This just speaks volumes about this company. Thank you so much, totally unexpected but made our day!

Quoted one thing on the phone to install a new toilet. Charged me almost $400 to install it. $100 more than quoted. Did not honor the quote.

Doheny plumbing came recommended through my contractor who saw them do an awesome job before. Time will tell if that is the case for the work they finished for me today. What I really don't like about them, is the way I was charged. First, they refused to give me a quote for the work and said they work per hour ($165 per first hour and thereafter $145/h). Then, I was dragged into useless conversations about where to place the sink and so on and the guy had to see sink (although I told him that this was the contractor job, not him, he had to place a clean out and my contractor will do the rest).

I called my contractor to have this conversation with him, as I sensed, the guy was just dragging time. Anyways, when the contractor came in 15 minutes, the guy from Doheny abandoned what he was telling me and just went with the simple obvious solution (as he knew he cannot pull that with a contractor). Then, he left to buy material for a whole hour for which I was charged in time. So, in the end, for 2-3 hour work (unclog drain and place cleanout on it as well as camera inspection of drain) I ended paying $791.10.

He came in knowing they are placing a cleanout, but did have the material they needed for it, making me pay for material as well as a whole hour he left to get it! So, I recommend this company for people who don't really care about their money! I do!

Don't trust this company! Our HOA sent them to our home to check if there was a pipe running through a certain area. Plumber sent was able to access a downstairs "cave" and saw there was no pipe, there for HOA was not responsible and there was no job for doheney plumbing. WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION the plumber cut a hole in our ceiling to "confirm." He then said HOA would fix the giant hole he cut.

We called the HOA and said they should have never cut a hole and would not be taking responsibility. We now have a giant hole in our ceiling that has been the biggest pain to repair. Zero stars for this company! Do not trust them! Use any other company.

We called three plumbers on the Saturday before Xmas to get a quote for six small jobs (slow drains, broken toilet, broken soap dispenser) we'd let pile up. Over the weekend, we got one quote for $500 and had not heard from another. Doheny called at 8:00 Monday morning and quoted $180-250. By 10:00 Monday morning the entire job was done and the bill was $200. We would highly recommend David and will use Doheny Plumbing again.

Brandon S. was awesome, I had complained of two drain lines leaking and he came out and investigated, found that what I thought was a leak was actually my hot water lines experiencing thermal-expansion. He saved my walls and put my worries to rest. He also replaced a drain line that had leaked in the past, cleaned the lines as well from years of sludge build up. Great service, very knowledgeable plumber, highly recommend.

Called late last night @ closing time the person i spoke to asked me if it was an emergency or if it could wait until the am. We are also a business and was not an emergency so the next day was fine. I was expecting them to say between 8-5 someone would be out. but NO the gentleman on the phone said between 8-9 am WHAT! i first thought we will see. well guess what little after 8 am here shows up the plumber. OMG what a surprise someone keeping the appointment no call from them saying well something else came up no he was here :.

Was staying at my sisters recently purchased property by the pier. A pipe broke at night and they saved us. The owner who was familiar with the building even came by and help me find the shutoff before his worker showed up.

I needed a quick lead detection for a client's house after a flood and Doheny came to help immediately. Tim did a phenomenal job pinpointing the where the leak was and even did the reroute the same day so water was back on in the house. Thanks much. Will continue to use this company going forward.

I had an awesome experience with Doheny Plumbing. I needed to get my gas line rerouted and I was desperate since my renters would not have a stove till the gas line is rerouted. Doheny plumbing was able to schedule a tech (David) to my residence within the hour. Amazing! I was very impressed with David's hard work and honesty. Honesty you ask?

I paid David in cash and did not realize that I handed him more cash than the bill. David called me and informed me of the error and met me at our local Walmart parking lot got the overpayment resolved. Doheny just got a loyal customer for life! Tanks David for your hard work and honesty. Tom

Absolute best plumbing company to use! I have used them several times now and have always been very happy with service. This time I called for my elderly parents and they came over quickly and took care of what was a big problem quickly. I talked with the owner on the phone that said he would make sure the issue was taken care of quickly for them. Awesome place!

I would like to shout out to Brandon from Doheny Plumbing. it was a Friday night at 5 PM and my sewer was backing up into my showers! Brandon came out with a smile on his face and was ready to do whatever it took to get my sewer line cleared out. He worked super hard to fix it. He is a lifesaver!
