Metzger plumbing did a great job for me. Phone call was answered immediately and appointment was made for me. I received text messages regarding my appointment status. Metzger plumbing is still locally own and you can tell after speaking with my plumber that the owner is still involve and care about his business. Their plumber showed up and was professional and arrived on time from the block of time I was given.

The plumber fixed my issue and they accepted credit card for payment. They charged me a very reasonable rate for same day appointment as compared to other places I called. Metzger plumbing was a great experience for me.

Late at night I realized one of our sinks was clogged, and the water wasn't flowing as well as it had before, so I reached out to Bill Metzger Plumbing and their representative just left my house 5 minutes ago. On the phone last night, bill was courteous and provided me with a detailed account of how it would work Saturday morning. Nick, his repairman, showed up on time, and was pleasant and courteous as well. (He is a fellow Star Wars fan, so we had a quick conversation about Obi Wan .) Nick gave me the options based on what he was seeing, and luckily he was able to correct a simple problem and get our water flowing again as it should be. I highly recommend Bill Metzger Plumbing!

I have been using Bill Metzger Plumbing for several years now including two bathroom remodels, kitchen appliance installation, tankless water heater flushing, and the techs have always been top notch. They are always able to fix the problems easily. I am always able to get quick appointments and the techs are either on time or early. I like that they call ahead to let you know they're on the way also. I find the pricing competitive and appreciate the peace of mind, knowing that Bill always has my back. I am forever grateful for all their help these past years!

I did a lot of research prior to scheduling. Being a single female homeowner, I'm well aware of the gamut that quotes/prices can run.as I have experienced it for several years. Thus why it's so important to find honest technicians. My plumber, Art, was amazing. Professional, kind, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had requested replacement repairs from an inspector's report (at significant cost) only for him to tell me they were not necessary and the report was wrong.

We did other repairs but he literally cut my repair costs in half. Which such good faith service buys much more than immediate invoice payment.it buys my repeat business. Seriously, look no more. You won't find better.

Bill Metzger plumbing & their technicians have been to my house on several different occasions to help me with a slab leak and today a building cold water pipe. Every time they come out they are on time, extremely respectful & extremely proficient. They get the work done quickly and try to disrupt you as little as possible. They're fees are excellent and today, the technician Art, even took time to clean up the drywall and mess that was made. I highly recommend Bill Metzger Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I called Bill Metzger after already having 2 other plumbers at my home only to tell me that they could not fix my kitchen sink and to just avoid using it for the time being. Even during my first conversation with Bill's, I was told the technicians would not leave my home until my sink was fixed. Entering my appointment with that confidence made the experience that much more enjoyable.

After the other plumbers completely failed, Gregory and Jenri saved the day! They did the same exact job that had been attempted several times before but were actually successful and did so in less time! I am kicking myself for not calling them first but am counting my blessings that I finally did. I will 100% being recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable and proficient plumber! I called Thursday afternoon and they were out to install a bidet Friday. The called ahead to make sure I was home and Jordan arrived at the beginning of the estimated time frame. Jordan was professional yet friendly, provided an estimate, and then quickly installed my new bidet. I'm new to the area and now have a plumber.

Parker had to deal with a complex countertop to attach the faucets to, but did an excellent job completing the install. He also ran an additional copper line to fix previous problems. Parker responded to our home regarding a slab leak. He thoroughly explained what the problem might be and how he would handle it. He explained what the cost would be. He asked if we wanted to proceed. "Yes, Of course!" We replied. Parker brought in his equipment and got to work. He was efficient and completed the repair within an hour. The Bill Metzger Plumbing team helped me with installation of my washer and dryer. They were kind to bring the dryer up the stairs to the second floor. I experienced wonderful service! The technicians were punctual, kind, and clean. My toilet was having issues and they were able to fix the inside parts instead of replacing the whole thing. 5 star company all the way. I've used them multiple times for minor plumbing issues in the past but recently had Parker install a tankless water heater. Pricing, workmanship and communication was all fantastic. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job, big or small.

My current water heater starting leaking last Saturday late afternoon. It was 24 days out of warranty. I started making calls as to replacing it but to no avail. I did receive verbal price quotes but it looked like Monday would be the first time I could get a replacement, maybe. My last call was to Bill Metzger Plumbing. Bill is a long time local plumber with a great reputation.

Bill said he would have one of his men out first thing Monday to look at the situation. Jacob showed up at 10:00. I told Jacob I wanted to change water heaters brands and put in a Bardsford & White 75 Gal. Jacob gave me a great price and asked if I wanted to do it now. After taking cold showers I was looking for a warm shower. Jacob called the supplier, they had one and it would be delivered.

After about 3 hours Jacob was done with the removal and installation of the new water heater. All and All a great job, great price and great service. I highly recommend Bill Metzger and Jacob.

Our kitchen dishwasher was backing up. I was looking forward to using this plumber. We waited for during out "2 hour" window, the plumber drove up, sat in front of our house for 15 min., then drove off. We called the office and was told they went to a house down the street. The plumber never came back. We must have called the office 4 or 5 times during the day to find out what was going on. I felt badly for the office staff. Not sure what happened to our plumber, but I called another company and they offered to come out right away, and fixed the problem.

I definitely do not recommend this company. I called them out to fix two toilets. And somehow both toilets needed to be "rebuilt "however they were very new. Charged me $500 to "rebuild." One toilet was only making a loud noise after flushing. That was the only problem with it. After the plumber left, Toilet was still making loud noise after flash and was now running intermittently.

Extremely frustrating. Had to call them back out the following day, was told on the phone that there would be a $40 visit charge depending on what the warranty covered. However we were never told about a warranty. Guy showed up and left during work hours so we were unable to communicate due to work obligations. Toilet is still making loud noise after flush.

I am extremely disappointed that I paid $500 to resolve an issue and it's still persists. Oh and I forgot that they left the part trash in our small bathroom trash can. And parts on the floor for my baby to find. Third visit And now after flushing, toilet sounds like a small jet plane is taking off. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

Jacob is the best! Called BMP for assistance on a garbage disposal and running toilet. They came out in less than 24 hours during the proposed time window, with advance text message including a photo of the plumber. Fantastic service, as always!

We were fortunate to have Jacob from Bill Metzger Plumbing replace a cast iron kitchen sink with a new stainless steel sink today. The job was not easy because our house is almost 50 years old, but Jacob explained what he had to do to make everything work. We could not be happier with the finished product. Bill Metzger Plumbing is BY FAR the most reputable and professional plumbing service in the South Orange County Area. As an apartment complex owner the past 21 years, my apartments have had plumbing issues throughout the decades. When I was new to the area I made it an effort to call a different plumber each time I needed service. Once I was 100% satisfied with ALL aspects of the service, I would then decide to stick with that plumbing service.

I used 5-6 different services in the South Orange County area before calling Bill Metzger Plumbing for the first time. After experiencing their service, I have not called another service ever since! Their communication, explanation, their punctuality, professionalism and understanding are second to none. They are decent people with a compassionate nature and are always trying to help you in anyway possible.

I simply will never call another plumbing service as long as I live. Please note, my data sample is not small. It's been at least 20 years straight of GREAT SERVICE. I'm sure there other companies out there that are fine, but I'll never know because I'm SO HAPPY with Bill Metzger Plumbing. Full disclosure, I have never been asked to write up anything and I am not related despite similar last names! LOL

The perpetual leaking shower is no more. Greg made one visit, quickly determined that what another plumber attempted, would not be worth the time or cost. When he returned one week later, exactly as promised, he replaced the shower valve to full function - without one thing - the annoying leak that's plagued us since April. I've dealt with 7-8 service companies in the past year, due to a home move. Plumbers, HVAC, fire sprinkler, drywall, electricians - you name it.

Bill Metzger provided the best overall experience. From answering the phone with a professional approach, using helpful technology such as SMS for confirmations & updates, sending out a competent & friendly service tech to the quality work, I cannot imagine a better option for your plumbing needs. Full disclosure, I cannot speak to the value, as I did not get other estimates. But, IMO, when it comes to plumbing (and electric), the quality of work and peace of mind is much more important than saving a few bucks. Highly recommend!

Called Bill Metzger Wednesday night about a clogged sink drain. Bill picked up and scheduled a plumber for Thursday morning between 8:30 and 9 am. They sent status updates Thursday morning on exactly when the plumber would show up, as well as a short bio about the plumber. Zack showed up exactly on time and spent an hour cleaning out our kitchen drain, and told us how to prevent it from clogging again. You get what you pay for, and Bill Metzger delivers every time. This isn't the first time we have used their services and it sure won't be the last!

I really felt like cheated. They told me it's going to be free no obligation quote. It when the plumber showed up and when he was looking at the problem one twisted pipe he accidentally moved and my water issue got resolved. And he told me I must pay $110. It was no obligation free inspection only appointment and after which if I like the price then I should pay them and get work done.

But he literally fight with me on me paying him money. I also texted owner but there was no response. I didn't wanted drama with my kids being at home so I paid but I will drag them in consumer court. And believe me they are literally overpriced.
