It was a quick fix for a toilet with a bad valve that will save us so much in the long run. He has honesty and integrity and that is extremely valuable. A few months ago, we bought the Parobek Partners plan and it has already paid for itself. The office staff and Daniel with the scheduling team are also professional and everyone is courteous and on time.
They sent an AC specialist on one trip and a plumber to drain and refill the water heater. My family appreciates the courteous service of this company and the peace of mind we are taken care of. Thank you and we'll done!

Adrian S was on time, professional, and was amazing. He was able to get my AC back up and cooling quickly and was a great representative for Parobek. I will definitely be using them in the future for plumbing as well! Adrian presented a great offer for not just the AC repair, but a preventative maintenance package that included two yearly visits for the AC upkeep and an inspection of the plumbing system. Called on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they had several more calls ahead of mine and that didn't know if they could make it that day. Much to my surprise I was called and they would work me in. Chase arrived and determined the problem quickly and got me running until further repairs could permanently fix my unit. He was very professional and talks to you in terms you can understand. Great company. Will use for any future needs they perform.

Parobek are great at communicating. They call and send text messages. I appreciated receiving the name and picture of the technician. When the technician Brian arrived he was incredibly friendly and personable. He listened to me, explained the issue and was patient. Our A/C went out on a weekend. After checking reviews, we decided to use Parobek. Their online scheduling app was very good and easy to use. We got a call first thing Monday morning to schedule a repair visit. The office worked us in for that afternoon. We got a call from the office again at about 10:30 am saying a tech was on the way. The technician was pleasant, professional and very informative. He got us back up and running within an hour. Overall the office and technical staff have been very responsive, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Parobek.

I had Adrian Sanchez come to my house to do a HVAC system maintenance and had excellent service from him. He arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He also gave three tips I could do to my unit that I never knew I could do. Even had dog treats for my dog. I highly recommend him for you maintenance needs. If I could he would get more than 5 stars from me.

The HVAC and Plumbing service staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things in a way that the customer can understand. Adrian was patient and did a good job. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable about the Hanish Water Filtration system that Parobek installed for me in 2014. He evaluated my problem and made recommendations even though they no longer carry that system and offered to come back out if I had anymore difficulties. I've relied on their services and they've earned my trust in over 12 years of service.
