The techs are AMAZING! I absolutely love "my plumber" Chesley! I will always request him. They do their job & check behind themselves to make sure there are no leaks and that everything is working properly. We had a problem with new free-standing bidet faucets & plumbing -- and Chesley was able to use his plumbing training WHILE THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX to solve the issue. (The issue totally stemmed from the manufacturer and NOT from my plumber.)

Chesley is the Man! I'm in the middle of a DIY studs out full gut renovation of my primary bedroom en suite bathroom. I called Sam Jolley Plumbing to move the shower drain from the center to a linear in the new shower panel. I was using my SDS power hammer to pull the tile I think the vibration loosened the nut on the tankless water heater in the garage and it started leaking. Chesley showed up within the 3 hour window and went right to work.
He was very professional and well mannered and he is a highly skilled plumber. He replaced the CPVC piping on the water heater with copper. I'm very happy with Chesley and Sam Jolley plumbing and will certainly use them again!

First time using Sam Jolley. I had a pipe leak over Thanksgiving weekend. They called me right back and we scheduled the appointment for Tuesday, as i was able to shut the water to the area of the leak. Office was very pleasant and responsive. They called when Joseph, the technician, was on the way and even send a text with his photo. Joseph was extremely polite and professional. He made the repairs and we tested before he left. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I Barbar was very very satisfied with the work. The tech was on time and it didn't take long. The tech took the toilet tank off replaced everything inside the tank. He replaced something under the tank. Also he put a new toilet handle and a new line that goes into the wall. He was very professional. I just want to thank you sir and you have a great holiday.
