Chris's Plumbing has done several jobs for me and are always great. This past visit was done by Greg and Junior, to clear a drain and replace a main water line, and they were super fast and thorough. On 2 different occasions we used Chris's for a service call. They were extremely accommodating and Professional. As a business owner and someone in the Construction trade, I recognize the professionalism and Customer service! Highly recommend! Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection

I will never use this plumber again. I contacted them about a leak in my ceiling and Cameron said it wasn't a plumbing but an A/C issue. There is no A/C drain there and I told him that the A/C hadn't been used in over a month so it was unlikely. He blew me off and charged me $120 and told me to call the A/C guy. I did that and had the A/C checked and it was found not to be the problem. Called Chris' back and asked that they send a different plumber who showed up 3 hours past the 4 hour window I was given but who did find a pipe that needed to be repaired. Parts were $12.20 and labor was an additional $240.

I had to contest charges. There was no consideration made for having the A/C guy come out because of an incompetent plumber's assessment of the situation or for the additional damage that was incurred in the interim. Even after they credited the original labor charges, I still ended up paying way too much. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this business

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had them come to our home to pump out our kitchen drain. Fine, they did it (not using the correct snake by the way) and here it is, not even a month later, and our kitchen sink is plugged up AGAIN! Called the company, only got an answering service and after some time, finally got a call back. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and blamed US for making the sink plug up again!

All we wanted was for the company to come back out and unplug the drain, the RIGHT way, without charging us, since it wasn't unplugged in the first place. But, she would not listen to our complaint and was going to charge us for their screw up! If you have problems in your home, DO NOT call this company! Find another, better company to do the job!

Greg was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient, he's been in the business since 1980 he told me. He had to put a new drain pipe under the tub that had a hole in it and was corroded and made water leak out from the bathtub. He also replaced waste & the overflow fixtures. Replaced the small toilets with taller and narrower toilets. We are very happy with Greg's work! He had this all done in less then 3 hours! I've also used them to clean out your Septic tank which is the best price I've found!

This particular company was called due to a clogged pipe and toilet backing up. They visited the property 3 separate times. I never received an invoice or notice of billing until all 3 invoices were automatically charged to my credit card. Before any service person went to the property they required a credit card number. The first visit did not result in resolution then they sent someone again.

This again did not fix the problem so I asked that someone that was more experienced look at the problem. STill. no resolution and toilet still backing up. I called another plumbing company and they found the clogged pipe within 15 minutes and I sent pictures to chris's plumbing. there was a four inch pipe COMPLETELY clogged with grease. They refuse to call me to discuss the charges and charged 3 separate charges for the plumbing work even though NOTHING was fixed.

DO NOT HIRE FOR CLOSING - INSPECTION REPAIRS. Chris' plumbing hold message talks about how well they do getting homes ready for selling and closing - by understanding the inspection process and how important it is to be timely. No show on first appointment - no call - I had to call and ask about status. Rescheduled for next day. Gave me a call 30 minute before appointment - tech called me about 10 minutes later to ask where I was. (In route as office called) Tech rude and arrogant. Did not install water heater to code.

I showed tech inspection report and explained house being sold and we needed to ensure next inspection okay. Inspection didn't pass - water heater not installed to code. Tech argued with realtor about code.

Both of my toilets were clogged. I called them they didn't have any thing available except for overtime. They would charge$145.00 and cbarges every 15 minutes. She was not very nice. She said all the calls were emergencies. But she didn't understand that I didn't h ve a toilet. That was to expensive for me. I just. hung up. Where l live a lot of people used this company but I told them what they said and I don't think they will be using this company anymore. Thanks for nothing

Great experience! I had an emergency on a Saturday and of course I had a house full of family staying with me from out of state. I called Chris's Plumbing Service and within minutes Shannon returned my call ( not to mention I did call other companies which took forever to get a return phone call) She was very helpful and polite, walked me through the steps to determine if I needed a pump truck or a plumber!

We decided to go with a pump truck. The driver was at my house that afternoon and saved the day! Highly recommend this company! They definitely have a new customer from here on out!
