As you can see from other reviews below, Holzapple Co is a pretty bad plumbing company to deal with and any home-owner from Syosset should stay away. Their SCAM is to charge a $125.00 Fee to come out and "inspect" the problem; to then have to chase them down to schedule a 2nd Visit so they can actually try and fix the problem. The Customer Service is the worst and the women in their office could not be more unprofessional to deal with. Holzapple Co is NOT a local plumber, this "local plumber" has been purchased by Petro. Zero Customer Service. Poor business model. Do yourself a favor, call Abalene down the street.

The worse. Lazy lousy service. They have a who cares attuide. The so called plumber who came to fix a toilet problem I still have since early 2018 never fixed. He told me part of my problem was due to too much lime. I asked what to do about it. He told me look it up on Google. Professional advice? Or blow off? Will let word on Yelp know.
