Sal Manzo Plumbing & Heating

So my mechanic was Jason and I cant say enough wonderful things about this guy. He went above and beyond my expectations and made sure my pool heater was working before he left the job. We encountered numerous problems with the heater but he had so much patience and had to come back a few times with additional parts. Its hard to find companies that still offer outstanding customer service. Thanks for your help and excellent customer service.

I had a plumbing leak (slow drip) that was haunting me for a few weeks - I could not identify the source of the leak and it was driving me crazy! Kent and assistant came by (on time) and spent their time diagnosing the issues, describing what they were doing along the way, and was able to fix it very easily. Kent was very careful and laid down drop clothes when he moved my dishwasher to check behind it. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely use Manzo Plumbing again in the future!

I have used Sal Manzo before in the past and have always been pleased with their work. The services that were performed were the updating of the washer and dryer faucets. Also, I had my gas line to the dryer capped off as I am converting to electric. My technician was Mike, he was very pleasant and courteous. Very knowledgeable of his job and very respectful of my home. I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

My radiator started leaking late on a Friday. I called and Manzo was super responsive. They had a technician out within the hour. Chris was knowledgeable and was able to fix the leak, replace the broken valves, and preform maintenance on a few radiators that weren't working. Chris was knowledgeable and explained everything that was done. I would highly recommend this company.

Sal Manzo company set up an appointment promptly and came promptly. Their plumber, Chris, examined each of three problems we had, gave us an estimate, and explained possible additional costs if situations proved more complicated. However, he would not do the extra work unless we discuss it first. Chris did all three jobs in a couple of hours. We did not need more work. Chris is honest and efficient.

We have used several plumbing services and a contractor since we moved here in 2005. Our Leavitt house was built in 1950; that meant a number of repairs and upgrades. Some of the plumbing companies didn't do a great job, and the ones that were competent were also a bit pricey. Also, several had service fees that were twice what SM asked. No fee because we had the work done. Pleased that Sal Manzo knows it's stuff and is fair and upfront about costs. Will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.

I had a fantastic experience with Manzo Plumbing, in many different regards. Chris Pupke is a professional, well-spoken, and knowledgable individual. My wife and I felt very comfortable listening to his advice, and having him work in our home. He was very patient with answering my questions, and really helped me to understand the varied situations at hand. At the end of the day, we chose Manzo Plumbing for four different (and diverse) jobs, and it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

We had a leak in the waste line due to pressure build up. One of those toilet wand heads was accidentally flushed while cleaning the toilet. (Why do they even make these?) Three days later there was a leak. Sal Manzo responded quickly and had someone at the house 2 hours later. Mike was great. Took the time to research and diagnose the problem. Also spent time explaining the issue and educating us on the pipes.

He and his son were also respectful of our wishes for mask wearing as the wife is compromised and needs to be protected. We trust Sal Manzo for our plumbing needs, their professionalism, responsiveness, and getting the job done right.

Excellent service from Chris who provided all diagnostic information so I could make a decision. High quality work and explanations of what was being done. And when requested to show me why a previous part failed he didn't to hesitate to show me and explain patiently. I highly recommend this company and specifically Chris Pupke. Also all communication from the office is top notch.

I can't say enough good things about Kent and Manzo Plumbing. Have a home warranty service that couldn't get me service in over a week. I contacted Manzo and they were able to get Kent here within a few hours and the whole repair was completed in one visit. Very professional and personable. All of my questions were answered and I knew exactly what was being done and why. Any future plumbing or heating issues I have they are going to be my first call.

I've called Sal Manzo a number of times and have recommended them to friends. As always this company, Kent in particular, call right when they're on the way, they're polite, they put shoe coverings over their shoes, and get to work. He asked a few questions, checked a few things and luckily for me, it wasn't a big problem! He explained what happened and why and it was fixed!
