IT Landes has deep, rich roots in our community. We were established in 1929 when Isaiah T. Landes started his business, Isaiah T. Landes Plumbing and Heating. Four years later, Isaiah's son, Henry, joined the family business and they renamed it, IT Landes & Son. HVAC services were added later in the 1980s.
We are very proud of what we have accomplished and the list of satisfied clients we have acquired over the past ninety years. We have grown our small plumbing and HVAC business into a large contracting company providing complete mechanical services in all sectors of the construction industry. Zack was very thorough. Zack answered all my questions and provided good explanations on the system. We had a good experience with Zack and will definitely have IT Landes and Zack complete future HVAC system maintenance. The install team that was sent out to install my A/C unit was on time, extremely careful with setup and cleanup, their workmanship was impeccable, and they took all the time I needed to review the completed installation and answered all my questions. The install went smoothly without any issues. They are both valuable assets to the IT Landes team and I will certainly ask for them both personally next time I have an install or service. Also, should recognize the project estimator who was extremely knowledgeable and helped narrow down my options and specifications in selecting my A/C unit.
The entire process from product selection to quote, to final installation, took less that one week which is amazing. Make sure all 3 employees are recognized for exceeding customer expectations.

I've only been with IT Landes for 3 years but have been extremely happy with their service. Gerry knows his stuff, takes great care of my oil burner, & does complete and thorough maintenance - vacuuming soot, filter change, checking all the parts to the heater. I experienced a gas leak emanating from the heating system. Ryan arrived on time the next morning to determine what needed to be repaired. He diagnosed the problem and by early that afternoon he was done. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Ryan did an outstanding job! IT Landes is a great company!

On time prior call notification. Clean and respectful. I have used landis for years for plumbing installation, repair HVAC installation and repair. They are top notch. Local and trust worthy. That includes the office staff. That is why I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for honest reliable service. I have had the same repair people come out for years. Mike and his partner cleared an extremely clogged drain from our washing machine. During the work, Mike was also teaching his younger partner the ropes and tricks of the trade. Customer Service was great. For example, the phone call dropped (after we stopped listening to each other) and they called me back to follow up so that I didn't have to go through the system or call again. Then service itself was great. We had a plumbing issue serviced by Ryan and his team. They replaced a leaking water heater in no time and they adapted to my schedule which was great! Overall, everything was highly professional and very good quality. I just signed up for their Gold Shield program.

We have been using IT Landes for the past two and half years since we bought our new house. The previous owners used IT Landes and we just continued the service contracts they had. We couldn't be happier! The service people know our systems because they have been working on them for many years. In addition, we replaced our HVAC system recently and IT Landes did a great job and has been there for everything we have asked about.

As usual your Service Tech (David Walter) came to my home & performed my Heating System's Annual Inspection/Tune up in a professional manner. I previously worked in the Mechanical Service industry and I have to say throughout the past couple of decades I am constantly impressed with your Technicians professionalism. IT Landes is the best service/oil delivery Team in the area.

I had a new HVAC system installed by another company. There was not good air flow coming from the vents in my house, and I was told that the ducts in my house were not set up correctly and should be fixed, but this other company "did not do duct work." Frank C. came to my house, explained very thoroughly why the duct work was insufficient, and then advised me to go back to the original company and tell them to fix it, because in his opinion, they should have fixed it when they installed the new system.
He also advised me on some measures I could potentially do myself in order to fix it. Frank detailed both of these items before providing me with a quote for IT Landes to fix it, he was looking for ways for me to save money, even though he had not done work for us. He could have easily just provided a quote and walked on, but he wanted to make sure I got value for my money, even though I had spent money at another company.
I am currently talking with the original company to fix the issue, but if it is not resolved, I will absolutely come back to IT Landes. If you are looking for HVAC work, bring IT Landes for a quote, they will be honest, up-front, and thorough.
