I had a new gas system installed by Marshalls at the end of May 2021. Within the first month there was a leak from one of the pipes in which someone came out to fix, second service call to Marshall's for the same exact thing so someone came out to fix it again. At this time (beginning of November) the entire system is not working. It is 28 degrees outside and 43 degrees in my house.

I called for service early Friday morning Nov 5th and spoke with Erin who was very nice and apologetic that she could not get anyone out to my house until the following Tuesday Nov 9th. By Saturday morning it is so cold in my house it is unbearable so I called for emergency service and that said they will charge me! YES charge me for a brand new system that is less than 6 months old. UNEXCEPTABLE.

A BIG shout out to Glenn Dickey Jr. and the team at Marshall Services for a job well done today installing our brand new heating and A/C unit. The crew (George, Zach and Mike) arrived on time, they were very professional and finished ahead of schedule. My whole system went down on Saturday and they were able to accommodate us first thing Monday morning at 8:00 AM and finish the job by 4:00 PM. I highly recommend this company for all HVAC, oil delivery, electric, and drain cleaning services.
