I have had 2 call Air Dynamics twice this winter to come out and fix my furnace. Both times the man on the phone was polite, understanding and had the service techs at my home in a few hours. The service technicians are friendly, courteous and professional. And might I add both times we had below normal Temps very cold teens and 20s. Also very reasonable with their prices. We will always call Air Dynamics for our oil burner repairs and maintenance.

John always has a quick fix and tries to save you money at every turn. Mike at the main office is always friendly and prompt for needed quotes and emergency situations. We trust Air Dynamics and will use them for all future HVAC projects.

I had a technician come out in December 2020. Assessed and Issue and came back almost 3 weeks later stating they were waiting on a part. In the meantime I never received any update or a phone of what was going on. I called them again and we scheduled for them to come install the piece 4 weeks later. That didn't make my unit work. Spoke with mike who said we would have to reassess the situation and start all over again.

Now I am going through home owners insurance. So I know the process can be long. The point here is a never received a call back after the came out the second time to fix what they thought was the problem. I had my insurance company call them and still no response. I had to change to whom I was going through to fix my unit. I am so disappointed on how unprofessional and unresponsive this place is. I would not recommend this place to anyone

When they show up, they do a good job at a high price. They could not give us a price for routine maintenance and they told us they would be at our home between 10-12. We called them at 1 PM and they did not know when they would arrive. They showed up at 3. I asked the tech people to have the owner call me back regarding the late arrival. Jimmy the owner called me back but he had no idea why I was unhappy.

I suggested that a lack of communication WAS the issue. He TOLD me he would take me suggestion under "advisement" and hung up. He has got to be tradesman since his customer service skills are lacking.

A very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant group of gentlemen! From Mike in the office to Bill and Chris who came out to my home. I appreciate each so much! They were efficient and very reasonable- a very decent company with integrity.

Going to have to say stay away from this company. I've gone back and fourth about writing this review because I really did like the guys that came out to do the work. My recommendation to stay away from this is due to the front office taking advantage of my good nature and trust. Make a long story short the owner Jimmy has been over charging me for services 2 to 3 times what the going rate is.

Most likely because the initial work they had done for an HVAC installation was under bid by them and they wanted to make up the money (they told me personally they underbid the initial HVAC installation). For example, they charged me more than double the going rate for a well-pump, sump-pump, and water filtration service. This negative review is about Jimmy the owner and the front office for taking advantage of my trust.

Keep in mind they'll come back with a response but at the end of the day the owner didn't have the guts to call me personally and talk this out. Again, what ever response they make, I've stated the absolute facts of pricing and the more than double charges with no response or follow up from them. I'd stay away. And, my bad for trusting this company and not going out and getting a couple more estimates for each job they did. * As you can see by their reply my comments are totally justified - My cost by other company to have the sump pump replaced 250.00 - my cost to have my water system serviced this year 200.00 - three estimates for well-pump replacement ranging between 1200.00 and 1500.00.

The company that did my sump pump told me for the cost of the installation of the new sump pump "he'd have done 3 of them". Funny how the owner Jimmy didn't have the common courtesy to go over this with me until I post something bad about them and still has the front office reply. Thanks for posting the prices now everybody can see for themselves how you charged me 2 to 3 times more than competitors.

And I must say, the company that did the sump pump were in and out of here as opposed you guys being here all day! BTW, I felt no need to mention this in my original post, but they totally screwed up the sump pump installation. Came home from vacation and found water shooting up from the sump pump pipes they installed. Just take a look at the picture.

In fairness, they did the right thing and replaced the poor work they'd done originally but had we not come home on vacation the day we did my ENTIRE living room floor would have needed to be replaced. Again, they've posted their prices now go have the same work done at prices that don't take advantage of you!

I would highly recommend Air-Dynamics for any heating or air conditioner services you need. Yesterday my furnace flooded my mechanical room. I called R. F. Ohl, who had serviced my furnace since we moved in, and was told they would call me back. After hours of waiting I called Air-Dynamics. It was late but they said they would be there first thing in the morning (I didn't want to pay for emergency services).

We continued to empty the bucket that we had placed where the water was running out of the furnace. The men arrive shortly before 0900 hours. It took until 1300 hours (1:00 pm) to complete the repair but, for the first time since we moved in the furnace seems to be running properly. We had another repair service company coming in every few weeks and even after they left the furnace continued to be troublesome.

I believe that this is the first time since we moved in that I haven't felt stressed about it. I would highly recommend Air-Dynamics for any heating or air conditioner services you need.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Knew what the problem was immediately and repaired it promptly. Wore shoe coverings upon entering house and cleaned up any mess! Repair costs reasonable! Most importantly they showed up when they said, in the Poconos that is a huge problem with businesses. I highly recommend Air Dynamics! Five Stars

This company is honest, prompt and professional. They came out the next day after I placed a claim with my home warranty company, had the problem diagnosed and approved immediately and the small electric baseboard unit was replaced within a week. Quick, painless and would definitely use them again. Their workers were always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Moved into my house in 2010. Had a problem with the oil burner after about 9 months. The first person I called wanted to replace all kinds of things so I called Air Dynamics to get a 2nd opinion. They came out when they said they would, came in fixed the burner in no time at all. Didn't need any of the stuff the 1st guy said I needed. A year later I had Air Dynamics come back to do a yearly maintenance on my burner and air conditioner systems.

They came out did their thing and everything was good. About a month later I had another problem with my burner and they came back out and fixed it for no charge at all. Can't say enough about their service. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Air Dynamics
