My heater stopped blowing out air on a Sunday morning and other places, that were open for Emergency 24 hour service, wanted to charge $200 ($105 over their normal charge) just to come out to look. The response time was quick and the issue was resolved within the hour. I was given additional information on my unit ( this was a concern I was aware of prior to this trip) with no pressure, just guidance, on what I may need to do to resolve. Thank you for not price gouging emergencies beyond your customer's control and for your quick response!

Called kimmen plumbing and heating about an issue and talked to an on call technician. He was extremely rude and condescending. Didn't want to help at all, and even made fun of me. a sexist pig as well. DO NOT CALL this company!

Critical: Value Be aware of this company overchargeas, They charge for the time driving there and home, also for an hour long trip to a parts store that was 10 minutes away. A small part (universal pressuse switch) that averages 20 mintutes to replace took three hours of over charge $420 just for labor BEWARE! Service: Repair HVAC

Worst Plumbers ever. I would not recommend their plumbing services. I did a remodel at my home and they failed to install the tub and shower surround correctly. As a result, I had a leak. They had to reinstall the unit. Now I am faced with the repair of the newly installed drywall. Currently folks are working to repair that drywall. In addition, I felt like they did not spend time to adequately gather specs for the remodel.

I felt as if I needed to "oversee" their work. While they have quite a list of commercial customers, my feeling is they do not offer the same level of service to their residential customers. I would strongly advise against their residential plumbing services

We've used Kimmen on several occasions and have had positive results. The $90 service charge is steep, but all places charge this anymore. Kimmen doesn't gouge us on the parts and get the job done right and fairly quickly. Same day service in most cases. Will work with them in the future. Great service techs.

We called with a plumbing problem they were here the next day-fixed the problem- about two years ago the put a new toilet in our bathroom- very nice employees

Kimmen came to our house three separate times, each time failing to fix the problem with our furnace and only giving us temporary heat. In the end we ended up calling somebody else. I'd rather pay more for someone to get the job done than get a better deal for multiple failures.

They were fast and efficient! Highly recommend them. Dave was very knowledgeable about the situation and kept us informed. Lori that works at the office was very nice and was willing to work within our means. Thanks so much for the service kimmen!

10 stars for Kimmen! We got three quotes for a new furnace and AC. Charlie answered numerous questions we kept coming back to him with. He listened to what we wanted, gave his opinion on options of what would work best for us and had the best price. John, Dustin and Brian did superb work! Knowledgeable, hard working nice guys and they kept the. house clean even though they were working more than one day. Things were always swept and organized when we got home after work. John is very detail oriented and explained to us what would be done each day. Dustin takes great pride in his work. Brian helped when he wasnt on emergency calls and a great asset as well.

We normally do our own projects - this was one left to the experts. Kimmen Plumbing & Heating did not leave us down. Absolutely satisfied with their service, quality, cost and products!
