We needed a new battery for the sump pump. Long story regarding the faucet replacement.but David was so patient regarding the situation. He explains everything so well, and he doesn't try to push services that cost more. He is so professional, but also really personable, patient and kind. He makes it easy to have faith in his expertise!

I have been lucky enough to have Reliance's help with two major issues involving bathrooms in a newly purchased condo. David and Brian identified problems with work done by the previous owners and handled the problems quickly and effectively. They've got a great handle on the issues posed by our old (maybe 100 years?) pipes. They are on time, courteous, professional, and effective. I'll be calling on them in the future, I feel certain.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly and Reliance came out same day to inspect and review the issue. Our water heater was 17+ years old so it was likely time to get a new unit, yet I wanted to call out Joshua and Florencio for trying to find the simplest solution. In the end, it made sense to get a new water heater and they were able to explain a wide side of options to explore, and took several of my follow-up calls to answer questions.

We decided to go with one of their options, and the next day George and Julian did a great job installing our new water heater. Honestly, I was impressed at the care they took to cover the floors and clean up after their work. I definitely appreciated the entire Reliance team's support to help get our family back on track with hot water.there were a lot of dirty dishes and need for showers in this household!

When I made the service call, the company sent me a picture of who to expect and a short bio. Brian Allen and his apprentice arrived the very same day and they were excellent! They explained everything that I needed and were very detailed. These gentlemen came, went above and beyond my expectations proving the repairs that were necessary and the additional repairs for items that could not fix myself. I would highly recommend them. I called in the morning and they were able to come within a few hours. They quickly cleared our sink drain and left the area cleaner than when they first arrived. He recommended that we clean the drain with a specific solution monthly and even left a bottle of it so we could use the rest and buy more. They were very friendly and professional. Would definitely call again and would recommend to others.

BUYER BEWARE! I should've known to check the Yelp reviews on this company first instead of just relying on Google reviews because everything negative mentioned from the Yelp reviews were accurate! I'm not one to write negative reviews but it's worth it to help protect other consumers from being ripped off. Our sump pump failed and long story short, we overpaid and basically paid them 3x for a new one that ended up breaking the next day and was told that we needed a whole new set up that would end up costing $13,000.

This was recommended despite already having a three sump pump set up including a commercial grade sump pump that was fully functional but wasn't kicking on after they installed their pump. Either they didn't know what they were doing and they were just too eager to sell us a whole new set up because they would know to put a check valve after they installed the new pump.

I'm glad we ended up getting a second opinion and had another plumber come by to look over the backup battery because he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replace the new broken pump that Reliance installed only a few hrs ago. The other plumber gave us a crash course on sump pumps and basically explained how the current system worked (which was fine) and confirmed that we didn't need to spend $13,000 on a whole new system when our current system was already top of the line.

To top it off, the other plumber was able to fix what Reliance did wrong and replace their now broken pump for only $168! That's a big difference from the $600+ that Reliance charged for the pump that ended up breaking after a few hours. I don't understand how this company remains in business considering what we went through. It's purely transactional and all they care about is their bottom line. Maybe they should reconsider changing their name from Reliance because they definitely should not be relied upon.

I was so completely satisfied with Reliance Plumbing. Antonio and Danny were professional, courteous, punctual, highly skilled and knowledgeable, and very responsive. Their gas pipe repair and water tank installation was an outstanding job. Antonio also was very responsive to my calls over the weekend. I used Glenbrook Plumbing for almost 20 years, but when they did not provide services when I had the emergency this past weekend, I contacted Reliance and they were just terrific. I plan on using Reliance from now on.

From the initial inspection of our water heater to finding that both our sump pumps were out Reliance was great! Turned out that the inspection was done by the owner Alex. Alex was extremely professional found that we called him in the nick of time as the water heater was done! I didn't ask him to check our sump pumps as I was thinking about getting a battery back up sump pump.

Again Alex immediately saw that there was an issue and both sump pumps were not working! After getting the estimate and understanding of what was to be done Alex had his team out same day. The technicians were extremely professional and friendly, did a great job, kept us informed and at the end of the day we have a state of the art water system in our home! Reliance Are the only plumbers we will ever use!

David Torres and Steven came promptly. They were professional, explained services well and did a great job, all on a Sunday afternoon! We had a sewer back up and it needed to be rotted out. We recently used Reliance to repair a broken underground PVC pipe for drainage and they did an amazing job. Everyone that worked on this project was extremely professional. We have used Reliance for many years now and we consider them the "big guns". They are a bit pricey but will do the job correctly and make sure that the customer is happy with the end result. I would recommend this company anytime.

Brian Allen was amazing. I had a million questions and he was so patient with me, and really broke it down so I understood what he was doing at all times. The helper that came with was great as well. He even helped me find an oil solidifier, so we were able to get rid of grease in the garbage instead of down the kitchen sink. It has been an overall great experience, and will definitely be asking for Brian specifically if we have any other issues.

David was professional and courteous. Both he and his coworker were masked and careful when entering the house. He asked what were the problems I was having with my toilets and then went about exploring what might be the issues. He explained the breakdown of what service options I could choose from and the cost of each service. He understood that I needed to communicate with my spouse and he waited while I got the response. Once we agreed on a course of action they got to work right away. They were very fast and clean with the repairs. I was very pleased with the work.
