Michael and Michael came to adjust a small issue with a toilet that had been repaired the week before. They found the problem right away and took care of it at no charge. They were both friendly and knowledgeable.

My toilet valve has been giving me issues and i was recommended by my neighbor about this particular plumbing company. I thought i'll give them a try and was surprised Dan could arrange for someone to come out the same day to look at it and then i would decide if i wanna fix it. Daniel came by took a look and gave me a reasonable quote, he was swift and skilled about to get the job done in 30 mins and also help replace the flush pump. All in all, i'm very satisfied with the service provided and i know who i can count on the next time when my toilet has other issues. Thank you Coastline Plumbing!

They replaced three faucets for me. The price was a little cheaper than another estimate I got. In and out pretty quickly. They showed up right at the start of the window they gave me. They were neat and polite, no drama. Good place. Would use it again and would recommend it.

Their Technician was prompt, he gave me the quote to install the water heater burner ( 386.00) He gave me a discount which I really appreciated.

I don't like to write reviews because I'm weird about privacy. But I make exceptions and this is one of them because I owe it to the vendor. Background: I woke up to a 3am slab leak. Typical 20+ year old South OC house. Seems like half my neighbors had already dealt with the garbage copper pipes while the rest (like me) were hoping we'd be unicorns.

No such luck. It was my turn. When you have no water, days count. After research, I decided a repipe is a long term solution. Plus I didn't want to jackhammer my slab after recently completing a kitchen reno. It was the right decision, IMO. I asked my homeowner insurance agent for recommendations. Dan over at Coastline was on the short list. A couple of photos and texts later, he quoted me for a job. 2 day later, they started.

They basically abandoned all copper pipes and ran new PEX, guaranteeing that I won't have future issues. It's a long day with a big crew - and it's an ugly result. Holes everywhere to snake pipe across a house to bathrooms, a kitchen and the laundry room. But it is what it is and they did an amazing job cleaning up. Within a day or two, the drywall guys showed. Again, another long day, but they patched everything d cleaned up.

Now I have to repaint, but that's my problem. And a far better solution than kicking the can down the road until the next leak. I should mention that I had what I'm guessing is a project manager who was awesome about planning and communication. Toby is his name. Kudos to that guy, too if you're reading this Dan. Look, repiping your house is generally not an elective project.

Nobody says, "Hey. Let's spend thousands of dollars and have our house torn up because that'd be cool." But I couldn't be happier. Coastline crews were amazing. The results are awesome. Problem solved for life. Thank you Coastline. Highly recommend.

These guys were recommended by another company that didn't service my area. Daniel came in and took care of the issue quickly. Very courteous and reasonable price with 30 day guarantee. I would definitely call them again if things come up.

Isn't great to get a timely return call? Schedule an appointment that is met on time (and communicated status before arriving)? Getting an estimate on cost and amount of time required to perform the work? Having a provider that has all necessary parts and/or skill? Well -- I found all that with this group. Smaller is better. local is comforting. Thanks to Dan and Dan (and helper whose name I didn't get) - new go-to group for me! (Issue was wax seal at toilet base - pretty common)

My downstairs neighbor said she could hear water leaking when I ran the dishwasher/sink in my kitchen so I called Coastline to check things out. Daniel came by the next day and was awesome - kind, knowledgeable and quick. He ran a couple tests to see if there was actually a leak or just some extra noise from pipes (since it's an apartment complex).

He was super thorough and luckily no issue was found with the pipes. There was a $65 service charge which I would pay anytime just to have the peace of mind. Totally worth it and stoked to have found such a great local plumbing company.

I HIGHLY recommend Coastline Plumbing (CLP) for their knowledge, experience, professionalism, integrity, courtesy, and overall value. Dan and Daniel were fantastic to work with from the initial phone call to completing a job well done. Coastline has earned our business with their superior service and competitive pricing. They did a high-def, color camera inspection to determine what was causing a periodic backup in our main line every 12-16 months. Daniel explained everything we saw from the inspection video and what he recommended we do to solve the problem which I really appreciated. Daniel used a pipe locator to find the main line leading from the house to the street which minimized the amount of digging in our yard.

We ultimately had CLP install a clean-out in our front yard along with some boring and hydro-jetting which fixed our problem and now we have a critical access point to the main sewer line for future service. I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Coastline Plumbing. Truly a solid company made of great people who take pride in what they do and how they service their customers.

We had such a head-ache with a pipe that broke in our kitchen & flooded our dining area. It was on the weekend & we were getting ready to go to Disneyland for the day, so you can imagine how this messed up our plans! We had to stay home & call the plumber. We had hire Coastline before for a bathroom problem so we decided to call them again. Within 2 hours our broken pipe was replaced, we were so exited & pleased with the results. Thanks to their fast response we were able to continue our day & headed for Disneyland right away. Thank you guys, what a day-savers you guys are!

We found Coastline Plumbing in Yelp noticing the great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. We had an issue with the plumbing/drain in our master bathroom sinks and Daniel came to fix the issue. He was punctual and very professional. He also took his time to explain what the problem was in detail as well as gave us some really good advice. He did a great job and got it all fixed. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other places. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues!

The plumber was at my house within 24 hours of me calling them. It was not an urgent situation. Daniel was courteous, work a mask, and covered his shoes before entering my house. He identified the issue, ordered the part and returned 2 days later to fix the problem. He called within 15 mins of arrival and advised when he was running behind. I highly recommend this plumber. I would use again.

Fair prices. They replaced a lateral sewer line and added clean outs. Pulled permits with the city. Passed inspection. Polite and personable. Also had them replace my water heater as it coincidentally stopped working after they replaced the lateral line. Again fair price and they installed on a Holiday. Will call them first for any other plumbing needs.

Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step, hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

We are outside of their service so this was not a normal service and I thank them for scheduling us. However, this company agreed to service a condo and we went with them because they had given us a quote and it seemed reasonable. There were several things that were not communicated to us as customers and this being the first time I own a property with things that needed to be turned off and or requested ahead of time.

The technician had to come out twice because of that and the right parts not being brought. The tub was still not draining quickly in one of the restrooms and the water would eventually drain so I let it go. I honestly didn't want to deal with the hassle of calling them back. Today the water won't go away and because it was past the 30 days and it was "fine" before they won't come fix it. We are outside of their area and I have to spend another $100+ to have someone else come fix it. Definitely not my best experience.

Great communication and got the job done seamlessly! We had to get our sewer line redone at our property. Coastline took a lot of the stress away by explaining the problem and what they were going to do to fix the issue. They also let us know ahead of time any possible setbacks so there were no surprises. They showed up to work everyday until the job was completed. Dan and Matthew were great to work with - professional and provided great customer service. I will definitely be using Coastline for our future plumbing needs!

For the past two weeks we've been dealing with a sewage problem at my house. By the grace of God, my brother-in-law told me to call Coastline Plumbing. Had an kitchen sink clog which I was unable to clear and called Dan at Coastline to help! With a house full of people during stay-at-home I was hesitant to bring anyone in the house but Dan was awesome. He replied immediately and was able to come in a matter of hours. We practiced "social-distancing, " and he used side-gate access to minimize contact.

He was friendly and worked quickly but efficiently to fix our problem. His fee was more than reasonable. Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him without reservation. Great family-owned small business!

I have been working with Coastline for a couple weeks as we have had a big slab leak problem. They have all been helpful and attentive to our present needs. Both Dan the owner and his technician, Andrew have been very informative and also another technician named Daniel. We haven't yet concluded the work as we are working out a plan to repipe so I don't have to have my house torn up again from another slab leak.

Andrew came out to give us a bid for a whole home plumbing remodel. It took a week to get back to us only to say they "revoked their bid". Who wouldn't want the business of redoing an entire house? Our contractor tried fishing a number out of them but thinks they either forgot to build an estimate or can't do the work. Either way, I'd consider another company.

I have called this company twice now. Once to replace a water valve to my fridge and move a gas line to my stove and a second time for a pipe that was hit during demo of our bathroom. Both times they replied back several hours later saying they are not available. I cannot speak to their work because I have never been able to get them to come out. I give them three stars because they did reply within 8 hours.

I wonder if maybe they should give more information on their yelp pages, about availability and not being interested in smaller jobs. It is strange to be turned down by a company that you have never worked with, twice. I have received feedback from Jessica at Coastline. They could not accommodate me because they book out several days. I appreciated her follow up and will definitely try to use them in the future when I have more lead time.

Overpriced and incomplete work Had a leaking tub fixed by them. Job took about two hours do complete and included a new plastic drain to properly seal the pipes. Andrew gave me a whole song and dance about this custom machined drain which I assumed would be metal (machined) but upon install it was just plastic connected to a rubber universal pipe.

It did the job but $1200 for that? And that was at a discount. Then to make things worse they leave me high and dry on finishing the job by not patching the ceiling! He told me to use the tub and see if it's no longer leaking then call him to finish but now they say they don't do drywall and never said they would. What a lie

Ok, so who really raves about plumbing!?. Well, these guys are awesome and deserved the praise! I have found my new go-to plumber's! Scheduling was cake. They showed up on time, presentable, and filled with knowledge on my issue. My problem was solved quickly, neatly and professionally. I felt I was in good hands for sure. Their prices are beyond fair (for the market).

Can't ask for much more! Real down to earth guys, that aren't trying to pull the wool over your eyes and swindle you for every penny (unlike any other plumbing co. I've dealt with)! Thanks again Coastline! See ya next time :)

I ordered a plumbing inspection during the escrow inspection period for my clients home purchase at the request of my client and they specifically asked for a video so that they can see what is inside the mainline. The contractor came to the house, put a line down the attic and then came down and told us that the video was on the line but there was nothing for the buyers to look at.

We received nothing. Instead of a real report, he also wrote on his invoice page a description of what he found and gave it to them saying that that invoice is the plumbing report. He charged $385 for this. The service was subpar and by far, the most unprofessional vendor I've ever worked with before.
