Had BSE install a replacement a/c system. Arrived on time. Their employees were professionals. The work was impeccable and left with the system tested, preforming perfectly and area immaculate. I highly recommend them.

The tech Henry was fantastic, was meticulous with his work and extremely knowledgeable. He was also a very pleasant to deal with and explained everything. This is the first time I have used BSE. I have and LG AC unit and their name was on the LG website. I required regular maintenance/cleaning. There was a little confusion on pricing once the job was completed but was quickly rectified. I would use them again for maintenance and because of their quick response customer service. They came in 2 days to repair and tune up my furnace. They showed me the cause of the units malaise and tips on keeping it serviceable. This is the third time I've used them. First was a component replacement, IE: spirovent, expansion tank, valves to isolate furnace(baseboard system) from rest of system, chase and repair calcified joints, (real alkaline water).

Then major repair at daughters house due to earlier shabby work. For a major company in our area it's refreshing to have actual plumbers show up for a reasonable cost. Unlike a founding fathers crew.

These guys may be good with basic plumbing and leaky faucets but beware with high end fixtures such as exhaust fans and ovens. They do not do any research before moving things and breaking them permanently without remediation or taking ownership for their mistakes. Ask questions before having them make any changes to existing structures. Again, probably competent with leaks and basic plumbing

They are HONEST, do quality work at a fair price. Decades of experience. They took care of my Navien Water Heater leak, installed 3 new bathroom faucets, a new toilet, tub and 7 new fixtures in the master bathroom, installed new thermostats, all in 1 day at our Warwick, NY rental. Highly recommend these guys.

These guys rock the clock. Excellent communication, prompt arrival, low impact to the home. Did a full bathroom addition and even though they had to do some follow-up work that was slightly unrelated, they did NOT charge us extra. The reason being that we had just hired them for the big job and they appreciated it. Well, they certainly have maintained a customer here.

Just moved into Ringwood, and had an absolute nightmare with the well water, filter system and water pressure in the house. At times, we would have absolutely no water pressure at all! Called BSE Well and Mike came over and spent the better part of an hour helping me, for no charge. He determined the problem with the system, set up a course of action, and we moved forward.

Now we have fantastic water pressure, beautiful clean water and no more changing filter cartridges every two weeks. Professional, clean and fair priced. 5 stars all the way! Thank you again Mike. It sounds silly, but you made a major improvement in our lives. Great work!

Brian, Steve and the guys were amazing! Professional with so much knowledge. They can do any difficult job. I have not seen guys like this since I worked in New York City. My husband is in construction for 40 years and very picky with who does work in our custom house and thought these guys were outstanding!

The whole process of working with BSE was as good as I could have expected. They listened to and addressed my concerns. Their estimate was prompt and accurate. Work to install my new heating oil boiler and indirect water heater was scheduled quickly and performed as promised. Their installers left the place clean and neat. It is clear to me that they take pride in their work as the job was not only completed correctly but the end result is tidy and well organized.

All components are positioned with thought to how they will be accessed for future service. All of this was also done at a fair and reasonable price. I will continue to recommend the company without reservation to everyone I know.

After a quick, less than 15 minute service to unclog a drain (that was successful), we were a bit shocked by the $300+ invoice. I called and the administrative assistant looked further into it and found an error with a computer code and adjusted it reducing $100. We've always been pleased with the work BSE has done and their quick response. We can now add that we are pleased with their excellent customer service as well.

Had a leak in my upstairs bathroom, that was leaking into kitchen downstairs. I called, they said they were booked, but would call me back. They called back within a half hour, to say that they would get me someone in the afternoon. Technician should up at 1, fixed my problem, did a very good job, Have used them in past, always had good experience

When my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, the company that installed it told me they could probably be there within the week. They were rude and ridiculously unreasonable. So I asked for some recommendations and that's how I found BSE. Came within 24 hours and fixed my problem. They were reasonably priced and the customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend them!

Had a split ac unit installed. These guys are awesome. Can't be any happier. They were quick easy and really affordable. Will always use them in the future.

This isn't based on work done yet, but my conversation with Bernadette today was extremely clear and the best I've ever had from any repair company I've ever called. I will definitely go with them when I'm ready to get the work done!

I had guests over at my new house right before New Year's, and my water well pump seem to be giving out. I called friend of mine who I lived in the area for quite some time, and he recommend I called BSE. I can't believe how excellent these guys were. They were able to pencil me in that day, and made it to my house within an hour to assess my situation. Mike and Tony then left to make a quick trip to get supplies, and were back at my house within moments.

They were able to get my well pump switched out in below-freezing temperatures quickly, and it cost me a lot less than I thought it was going to cost. They also went above and beyond, explaining my water purification system to me (as I had never had one before), and loaning me a hose and nozzle so I could flush the sediment out of my lines with the new pump.

From this day forward, these guys are the only ones who are going to be allowed to touch my water system at my house. They are very trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely reliable. If you have a problem with your water system, these are the first guys you should call. You will be glad that you did.

BSE is great. Reliable, friendly, courteous - all of it. I first came to use them when I was having an emergency - a frozen pipe, no heat during a frigid winter when I know they had tons of other emergencies. And I was not a customer at that time - but they treated me like I had been a customer all my life. And I have been since that day, probably 8 years ago now. Brian and Stacy are really nice people and the few guys I have met who work for them are just like them. I have nothing but praise for them and I will be a customer for life.

Seriously - couldn't think of a better company! We knew it must be "too good to be true" when we bought our house in West Milford - turns out we didn't know how correct of a statement that was! It's really turning out to be the money pit! However, Brian & Stacy, along with Louis and Laura from the office, have made a set of terrible circumstances go as well as possible.

They are VERY respondent to calls, super organized scheduling, and they really care about their customers. The owner, Brian, has made multiple visits to our home - both to look at complicated situations/give quotes, but also just to check on how everything is going. Couldn't be happier with their crew, work, and just doing business with them in general. Mike, their well guy is amazing too - really knows his stuff!
