You guys have been the best sub on this job by far. My super, Jim, has had nothing but good things to say about your field guys as well.

We had a hot water heater installed this week (our old one was at minimum 15 years old). We were quoted $1508 for a 50 gallon electric hot water heater. When they get there for installation, the water heater they have brought was too large for the space. So, they would have to get a thinner heater to fit. Wanted to charge an extra $340 for the heater due to the difference in cost, and the pan underneath.
Upon complaint, they reduced this to $189 (in addition to the original quote). The heater starts leaking. The come out twice and replace the pressure valve, as that is where it was leaking. Still leaking as of yesterday, so they send (who I am guessing is a 'more experienced') technician out. Our heater needed an expansion tank! This is why it was leaking.
He called the heater a 'ticking time bomb' without it, because the pressure could have caused the whole heater to split. And extra $225 for the expansion kit, which should have been installed from the beginning, and we lived with what he called a 'ticking time bomb' for 4 days. While the technicians were friendly (especially the one who finally figured the issue out yesterday), we're still highly frustrated and dissatisfied!

I needed all my pipes in my basement replaced due to it being all old and Corroded. They was easy to work with and it cost about 1,850 dollars to have all thos pipes removed and replaced so i think that was pretty good. My water pressure is way better now and i wont have to worry about them busting so I'm really happy about that. The plumber they sent was also very friendly and professional so thats nice.

This company had great reviews and mentioned "cost effective" and "competitive rates" several times on their website. I asked to have someone take a look at a small leak and possibly quote installing a toilet in the basement. From the time his tires hit the driveway to the time he left it was exactly 45 minutes. I was charged $175 for someone to lift the toilet lid and show me the filler was bad and then walk down to the basement and look at the pipes where I wanted the toilet. Needless to say I didn't even open the quote they emailed over. If a half-hour of "diagnostics" cost me $175, I'd hate to know what they charge for actual labor. Would not recommend.

My name is actually Mary Jo McClain. :) I was thrilled with the work that Gino and Ben did replacing my discharge pipe. They were professional, courteous, explained everything, had a sense of humor. Everything was efficient, clean up was perfect, and they really went above and beyond what I could have expected. Would recommend 100% to anyone (and already have).
Even my neighbors were impressed with how thorough and thoughtful they were. Couldn't be happier. Also - Anthony did the estimate, and he was great as well. Friendly, did a great job explaining exactly what he thought needed to be done. Thank you! Mary Jo McClain Milford, OH

Needed service on our tankless water heater, they were able to get us in the next day. Kyle was really friendly and quickly resolved the issue we were having. He also took the time to walk me through the process of flushing our water heater in case I ever want to do it myself. Will use these folks again for sure as needs arise.
